I met Dr Tutino last year, July 2018. I attended the training session and found Dr Tutino to be very knowledgeable in his review. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Upon my assessment with my mammogram diagnosis, I opted for a mastectomy, but I wasn’t quite sure this was what I wanted. Dr Tutino explained another option of a partial mastectomy, and this was great news as it was also approved by my wonderful Oncologist, Dr Alana Hosein. I have since recovered from my surgery, and there is very minimal scarring, if any! I feel great! I appreciate all the care Dr Tutino has given me. He is professional, courteous and caring. Plus, I suspect he is very passionate about his work and takes his work very seriously. Thank you for giving me a new and improved outlook on life. Both Dr Tutino and Dr Hosein are two people I trust completely.???? Update for August/19 My surgery August 12/19 was for a right breast reduction/lift. The much needed reduction has given me immediate relief and comfort to my back and chest. Plus I now have a confidence I hadn’t felt in years. Again, Dr. Tutino was very patient and kind and answered any questions I may have had. There is very minimal after surgery pain/discomfort. I was anticipating this surgery for a while and I am so happy with the results. Thank you Dr. Tutino!

I had a mole on my face that bothered me my entire life. I’ve seen other surgeons but was always too scared to go through with the removal. Today I saw Dr. Tutino at the Dufferin location. Not only was he nice, but I didn’t feel rushed throughout the process. He gave me all the necessary information, the options I had, and gave me time to think about it. Highly recommend. Also, the front desk reception was very friendly as well.

Dr Tutino performed my bi-lateral breast reduction the end of January '19. I was super scared about the pain and recovery, but he took the time to explain the process. I was amazed with the healing. The pain was minimal when i was resting at home. I had no infections or problems. in the first two weeks, i was concerned about the scar- he took me right in, checked it out and assured me this was part of the healing and it would soften. Today was my final check up and the scars are smooth and faded. no lumps or bumps. The backpain relief was INSTANT. my shoulders no longer bear the weight and i havne't had a headached since. And finally, after 15 years of 2 different sized mishapened breasts, i'm in awe at my reflection in the mirror. I'm so grateful for everything.

Dr. Tutino played a big part in my cancer journey. He did a detailed presentation on the various post-mastectomy reconstruction options (immediate vs. delayed, implants vs. DIEP), patiently answered any questions I had, and made sure I was armed with all the information I needed. I made the decision to proceed with a double mastectomy with immediate DIEP flap reconstruction. The morning of my surgery, I was completely at ease because I knew I was in the very best hands possible. The 10-hour surgery was a complete success thanks to Dr. Tutino. I am so pleased with the results and so grateful for Dr. Tutino. He is truly skilled at what he does and the outcome is better than I could have imagined. In the middle of the pandemic my 3 year old son burnt himself with hot chocolate.
