I recently visited Dr. Garramone’s office for lip injections. I got a half a syringe of Juvederm. I was taken care of by Sara and her medical assistant. They were amazing. Of course I had no idea what to expect because I have never had lip injections before but it was the least to say a great experience and would not have been if it was for Sara and her assistant. They made sure I was comfortable and was happy with the procedure. The procedure was pretty painful, but it was worth it and the results were amazing. During the procedure Sara and her assistant comforted me during the most painful parts and talked me through the pain. I will definitely be back for another procedure!

First off I absolutely love this place. The staff is super polite educated and kind. The building is absolutely stunning very clean. When you set up appointment that is exactly what u get and wait time is never more then ten minutes. I got a lifted lip lift first for the first time with Botox and really pleased to follow There recommendation. I have gotten lip filler in the past three different times but it wasn’t what I had in mind even though I was pleased to an extent. Going here and not only educating myself but communicating what I want and getting exactly what I want is awesome. I got filler today and she nailed my idea. I will be going two more times to achieve the look I want and progress into it. Thank u to the entire staff and they are so detailed and listen they don’t just inject you and take ur time and money. I walked into Garramone in Fort Myers today for the very first time to purchase Obagi products. First of all, this is a gorgeous place! I was greeted warmly and then went upstairs for a product consult. There I met, Katelyn, and the magic continued. She helped me with product selection and we talked about my wants and needs. Needless to say I booked a procedure with her after Christmas. My favorite thing about Katelyn was her confidence and expertise. I could tell immediately that she knew her craft. It gets even more amazing! I mentioned being interested in Botox and was introduced to Valerie. Keep in mind that I was a “walk-in” client and now I’m being offered Botox on the spot. Valerie was also confident and skilled. Needless to say, it was a Botox spa day for me…. Just a new, walk-in client! I was impressed with EVERYTHING! Can’t wait to return. In April of '19 I purchased a package of twelve cycles of Coolsculpting from Garramone Plastic Surgery. I used all but two cycles straight away, but wanted to save two to use on a later date, after a surgery I was having. I called and spoke with Auby three weeks ago to make my final appointment and she informed me I had no cycles left. Now this did not seem correct to me, but she was unwilling to discuss it, she just kept putting me on hold and would come back and tell me "No, you have no more cycles."-twice she did that, she wouldn't even talk about it. So, I requested that she send me all my medical records, so I could give this information to the next office I would be going to finish up my Coolsculpting. I.E. the dates of service, what area of the body was Coolsculpted, and in what order. I have yet to receive these medical records and I doubt very much I ever will. Since then I have called Dr Garramone's office three times requesting to speak to the office manager to solve this dilemma but the office manager seems to be ALWAYS either on vacation, in a meeting or just unavailable to speak with me. I am very disappointed, spending the amount of money that I did here ($6,250.00), to be ignored and treated in this disrespectful manner. I have many friends that I have told this story to and they too have decided to go elsewhere for their plastic surgery needs. My father always used to say "You can have a million dollar business, but if you have ten cent help your business will reflect it." 1-16-2021 Update: Since the writing of the review I have been contacted by Dr Garramone's office and they resolved the issue. Dr Garramone's office manager was very apologetic and polite. I was given my 2 cool sculpting cycles back and a gift certificate as well. I have the utmost confidence that this was a mistake caused by one person and it was taken care of in a very professional manner. I would have absolutely no qualms in returning to this practice for future procedures. Thank you Dr Garramone, and staff, for correcting this problem with such efficiency.

9 Years, 2 Surgeries, 1 Top Doctor! When I first started looking for a plastic surgeon I traveled to a "top" Dr. in Miami and even NY. A friend told me to check out Dr. Garramone, which I did and felt extremely comfortable with his staff, especially Annette (ask for her). His recommendations for both surgeries were on the conservative side, which I was surprised with but felt compelled to trust his judgement. I am so beyond happy with his work, it's flawless, and the stitches are hardly noticeable. Do it, make the call, it's worth it.

I was totally impressed walking into the state of the art office. The staff was polite and well informed. I came in for a consultation with Dr. Yee. She’s been spent a great deal of time with me going over my options such as starting with some Botox and injectables with my future goal down the line of having a facelift. I booked an appointment for the following week at 9:30 AM. The day before the appointment her office staff called and asked if I could come in at 9:15 AM… Sure, no problem. I am on my way to the appointment this morning when I receive a phone call 30 minutes before my scheduled time from her staff asking me if instead I could come in in the afternoon since Dr. Yee has a conflict; she has a surgery booked this morning! Are you kidding me?? I was already in the car driving to my scheduled appointment. It’s not like she had emergency open heart surgery to perform.... She’s a plastic surgeon. So obviously it meant more money to do a surgery then a couple thousand dollars worth of injectables. So very unprofessional on her part and her office staff. Then to top it off, her office staff calls me back because they know I’m upset and are willing to delay the person waiting upstairs for plastic surgery. So VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON ALL LEVELS! Once you look past the beautiful office and the kind and sweet staff, this doctor and practice isn’t for you if you want someone that obviously cares about their patients above the money. They just lost a patient that would have been coming back for years… Who doesn’t want to look young and youthful. And this all took place TODAY

I cannot praise this place enough! This was my first going into any type of sx so I didn’t know what to expect. I had lipo, Brazilian Buttlift & a Breast Augmentation just a week ago. Dr. Garramone made sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions. RN Riley was amazing too, so incredibly sweet & knowledgeable, she was thorough with all I needed to know prior to sx. Theresa from the financing part side also went above and beyond, answered all of my questions prior to making a deposit. I didn’t know I would meet her but when I went for in for my preop app, I got the chance to and I’m so glad I did. She was so kind, and assisted me in picking out the best breast size for my body type.. “Theresa knows best!” So glad I listened to her! There were some last minute changes that I had to switch with Nurse Maria for the actual day of my surgery, and she was also such a blessing that day, her energy and smile (behind the mask!) was incredible! I needed her kindness especially on surgery day when I felt so overwhelmed with emotions. On my follow up appt. I was able to see Dr Garramone again and it felt like I’ve known him for a long time lol he removed my stitches, checked me out, and sent me to Steffany @injector_steff and Jennifer I followed Steff on IG so I was excited to meet her and as soon as I mentioned I loved her work, she created a time slot for me right then and there, gathered her supplies and pumped me up! It was so unexpected but the absolutely best!!! I’m blown away with my lip results!! They’re just stunning ???? she’s truly the best out there. She was so gentle I had little to no bruising on my lips. As a lip filler first timer! I was more than impressed and I can’t wait to return to her in the next few months. Finally, Dr Garramone’s assistant and jack of all traits, Ms Jennifer. She took such amazing care of me that day that I had to make sure everyone knows the wonderful the ppl that work in this office are. She went above & behind, made sure I had everything I needed (supplies wise) for my after care. I’m not sure if this is included with the package but after she noticed how bruised and swollen I was, she suggested to do a broadband light skin treatment! (Bbl) so she herself took me to another office and made it happen.. I was just surprised in how much I got done in one day. The bbl skin treatment took about 30mins, not painful at all, just a warm rolling sensation. This procedure was a definite cherry on top, so unexpected but so grateful for the suggestion. Jennifer even helped me squeeze inside my new very tight compression garment ???? alongside another sweet assistant, god bless them ???? In conclusion this entire experience was perfection. I currently reside in Maryland, but I wanted to do my surgery in Florida near by my mother, so I did extensive research and found the very best!! So glad I made the trip! So grateful for the wonderful staff that really made this experience so positive. So grateful for Dr Garramone’s talented hands that left me with an hourglass figure I never thought I could have! ❤️????

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Garramone and his staff. I was so nervous about having surgery but when I came in for my consultation I saw Jennifer and she went over everything with me and suggested things I never knew were possible to give me the look i wanted for my body. I had been nervous for years about having surgery but after meeting with her and then Dr. Garramone I was so comfortable and knew I was in the right place. After I had the surgery I was surprised at how little pain I was in and his staff took such great care of me - they even taught me how to get rid of the minimal scars I had. I had a breast lift with an implant, liposuction to my fat back and my legs and then Dr. Garramone transferred that fat and was able to plump up my skinny lips and give me some cheeks! I truly look like a new woman. I no longer wear a coverup at the beach and I now feel confident with no clothes on. If you are nervous - don't be!
