After 20 years sinus infections. And over 10 specialists. Dr. Kolenda was the only doctor that cared to fix my know. The moment I opened my eyes after surgery, I knew that Dr. Kolenda fixed my nose. I haven't had a sinus infection since. I am so happy. GREAT Doctor!!! Professional staff!

I had a previous surgery done at another clinic by a doctor who claimed that they were a professional, once my recovery time was over, I could tell that he clearly wasn't. After a lot of research for a new clinic to go to I ran into Dr. Kolenda online. When I went in for a consult and explained to him what happened to me, he was very supportive and honest and gave me a lot of advice on how to move forward. He clearly showed that he had my best interests at heart and wanted to truly help me with the problems I wanted fixed. The staff was also great and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone that is in the market.

Dr Kolenda as an ENT - 5 stars! He cured a recurring ear infection that was flaring for years, with one visit. My previous ENT was unable to diagnose it correctly. His follow-up after a hearing test was the most comprehensive I'd ever experienced. As an ENT surgeon and Plastic surgeon - 5 stars! He removed a massive amount of cancerous thyroid gland material through a 2" incision that's now invisible to the untrained eye. What's more, he's a nice guy with a great bedside manner. Highly recommended.

Upon referral from Emergency Department during a weekend I was pleasantly surprised to get a call early in the day on the following Monday and an appointment to be seen by the doctor later that same day. Dr Kolenda was polite, professional, even reassuring during my visit. However... My condition got better, then worse again in the course of 7-10 days. When I called back for a follow up, I was refused and told I would have to seek out another referral from Emergency or GP. Several days later I was back to Emergency and requested another referral but this time my referral was sent to a different doctor, not sure why, and it took 10 days for that office to even call me. Delays in treatment have severely impacted my health in a very negative way! Simply unacceptable to refuse the follow up request!!

The Verso Clinic was really an incredible first experience for me. The doctor was wise and very insightful. He made me fully aware of the potential risk, benefits and let me know what my expectations should be. My one fear I had going into this process was that I wouldn’t know any of the specifics, but the staff ensured that I was fully satisfied and that I had no doubts before the procedure. I am so so happy I picked this clinic.

Absolutely horrifying customer service. Never have ever been so disrespected. There are some ego issues in this place and horrible staff training. The surgical nurse who claims to be Dr.Kolendas partner is a psycho who had what i can only describe as a mental break down of some sort during our meeting. Save yourself time and go to someone who actually cares about their reputation and their customers.

Dr. Kolenda is an amazing Surgeon. I am a 66-year-old grandmother and although I thought I was ready to grow old gracefully…I found myself looking at facelift photos. My eyelids were disappearing, my neck was sagging, and I just did not feel good about myself. I lost my sister to COVID, which made me realize just how short life really is, so I started researching. Dr. Kolenda is a certified member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and a member of the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is one of the top facial plastic surgeons in Canada and I can now personally attest to this. The invisible incision areas are a testament to his skill level. Dr. Kolenda is very personable, and he immediately made me feel at ease, answering all my questions and providing me with the information I needed to make an educated decision. After careful consideration, I decided to proceed with a face lift and from the time of the booking, everything was managed with precision and care. The day of the surgery went smoothly, and I felt comfortable knowing I was in the best hands possible. The Anesthesiologist was a wonderful Doctor, and her professionalism and bedside manner could not have been better. From pre-op to post-op, the entire team was amazing. The consultation and administrative staff at Verso Surgery Centre are wonderful to deal with…they are obviously dedicated to making the customer experience pleasant and positive. The Centre is an exceptionally clean, sterile environment which is so very important. Even the little things they did, like having the medications delivered directly to my home were appreciated. The nurses are highly qualified and the care and attention I personally received from Czarina was second to none. Czarina is an amazing professional and my pre-op and post-op visits have been far more enjoyable due to her expertise. I cannot thank Dr. Kolenda and his team enough for making my experience a positive one. The saggy neck is gone, and you can see my eyes, but the best part is, I still look like me and I feel happy and positive. Yes, there was pain, but it was managed effectively, and the benefits definitely outweigh the discomfort. It was the right decision for me. Dr. Kolenda is a highly skilled surgeon, and I would highly recommend him.

I have had one surgery and a procedure. My first surgery, my lung was punctured to fix my deviated septum that I have had since childhood. I also had a broken nose which still shows and I still have a deviated septum. Right after my surgery when I first awoke and could not breathe, I was told to sign a piece of paper, too groggy from the medication I did not understand what might have been said nor could I read it, it was obviously to say I would not sue. He is a great doctor and came to check up on me while I was in the hospital for a week. I still have indent on my nose, it still goes sideways, and I still cannot breathe properly or smell that well through my nose because it is still deviated. I had a procedure to fix the indent but it is still there. Now I made a new appointment to see him, I am told I owe $85 for a missed visit, which I was never informed of from apparently years ago and they wanted a CT scan as if my nose is my fault and not his. I very much like him as a Doctor however front desk from 5 years ago is not that great and he clearly could not fix my nose. Hopefully this time it will be straight and my septum will be normal. After writing this post, I had a call regarding my post, they said something about ministry of health etc and that my appointment is now cancelled, that I would need to find a new doctor elsewhere.

I had a problematic and growing saliva stone that was giving me a substantial amount of discomfort. I went initially to a surgeon that said he needed to make a cut on the outside of my throat to remove the enlarged stone which is risky. Dr Kolenda not only removed the stone successfully but he did it from inside my mouth. Dr Kolenda and his staff made all the arrangements for the surgery and since I have limited family he also arranged for my stay at the hospital for one day after the surgery as well. I also want to say that the surgery was back in June of 2019. It has been a year and 10 months that all is well and good. I want to thank Dr Kolenda for his expertise and his considerations and as his staff. Thank you so much and thank you for truly taking care of me. Joe Pesce

Dr Kolenda performed two surgeries on me 10 years ago for Parotid Cancer, when other ETN's wouldn't touch it...I understand this reluctance is common due to the high risks of compromising the facial nerves, for life. My surgeries were successful and I am alive today because of Dr Kolenda's skill and self-confidence. Since then, he has monitored my condition to ensure any recurrence is caught early...he sees me regularly and this helps me sleep at night. Dr Kolenda is a state-of-the-art surgeon and other medical practitioners I have dealt with whole heartedly agree. If you get to see him, you are a lucky person.

Dr.Kolenda needs to work on getting new staff! Waste of my time booking with this doctor. His assistant was very unprofessional from the first minute I was in the room with her. She was occupied about how I was going to pay for my consultation fee as opposed to the real purpose I was there, for a consultation regarding rhinoplasty. After a bad 10 minutes with her, I paid for being there and insisted I only see Dr.Kolenda and not her. I have to mention within that 10 min, she told me I would not be seeing the doctor today, then she kicked me out because I told her she was being ridiculous and she was wasting my time, and then she mentioned ‘I have to deal with the ‘army’ before I see the doctore’. I was furious by then to the point I actually cried because I couldn’t believe what I was dealing with. Once dr.kolenda came in, he decided not to even give me a consultation as he acknowledged that his staff gave me a hard time and knew most likely I would Not proceed with his services and so there was no need to go ahead with the consultation. And right away he decided to refund me for the $$ his assistant made me pay before going into the room. I’ve never run into such an unproffesiobal environment as I did with Dr.Kolenda’s office. I waited 6 weeks to meet with him to run into this experience.

I went in for a tummy tuck surgery at this clinic, first of all, I am completely over the moon happy with the work they performed. They made my waist and hip area look insanely good. Ill spare the graphic details but honestly one of the best clinics I’ve been too. I have been to a lot of clinics in the past and none of them compare to Verso. I was amazed with the results; they look so natural and almost like I never even got anything done!! You will not regret picking them!!

Just got a Facial Fat Transfer performed at this clinic. I won’t go too much into the personal details of what I wanted to target but I wanted to leave a review with my opinion on the staff and the doctors. They were all very welcoming, friendly and polite. I have never gone into a clinic and felt such positive attitudes and vibes! :)

I'm sorry to say that I had surgery to improve my breathing(deviated septum),unfortunately my nose is worse than before,he told me that he guesses what he did didn't work,so he suggested to do a different procedure,,,,,,No thanks,,,,if it wasn't fixed the first time,what makes me think it will be corrected the second,lost time and money for nothing,,,sorry,,,

Im putting a good review here because my surgery was a huge success. Not only did everything go well, but I was also treated so well by the doctors and the whole staff. They passed no judgments towards me and the surgery I was getting. The experience has left me with a better self-image and confidence, and I have everyone at this clinic to thank for that. :)

My son had a surgery done here last October for his nose. A few years ago, he was playing baseball with his friends and got a ball right to the nose. Obviously, nothing good came from that and his nose was shifted to the right a bit. He came to a full recovery but had issues with the look of this nose afterwards. One of his friends had something similar happen to them a few years back and recommended we go to Verso for our inquiries. My son is 27 years old and had me go with him because he wanted to make sure he had a second opinion there with him and I can honestly say that the service we received was impeccable. They truly are magic with their hands. My son’s surgery went flawlessly and he now has his nose back to the way it looked before! Nothing but good things to say about this clinic.

I have been going to this doctor for many many years now. I’ve been getting Botox injection treatments for my hemifacial spasms and they are the best. They make me so comfortable during the treatments and they are such friendly people. The whole experience at Verso Surgery centre was out of this world. I am the type of person who needs to be 100% prepared and confident before I do something and everyone at this clinic was so accommodating. They answered all my questions in detail and made sure I had no concerns regarding anything. The surgery I had gotten done is very personal so I won’t go into detail but I wanted to just add in that the surgeons and staff are great. They are such kind people and seem like a big family. Came in 8 months ago for consultation, for Blepharoplasty. I am extremely happy with the approach the doctor had with me and giving me his honest opinion about the procedure. I did not have any ounce of pressure to do the surgery, they just helped me understand the procedure, and the recovery process which really helped me make my final decision on having this surgery done at this clinic. Dr. Kolenda is both unprofessional and lacking in empathy. After 2 unsuccessful surgeries on my septum, I have seen numerous professionals about my situation and after doing different tests to determine the issue, I was referred to Dr. Kolenda. I waited 6 months for my appointment and was rushed out within 5 minutes of being there. After briefly shining a light up my nose, he told me to go back to my original surgeons to fix the complications, one of which has retired since and one of which has moved locations. I asked if he felt he was incapable of performing the surgery, and he replied with something that went along the lines of “I can do it, I just don’t want to”. I further explained my situation to him, and it seemed as though my desperation made him angry. He told me to have a good day and shut the door behind him before I could finish speaking. Definitely not the type of doctor I’d recommend to anyone.

My life has been completely changed because of this clinic. If you are thinking of booking a consultation i would definitely tell you its in your best interest to do so. Without a shadow of a doubt, this clinic is the best. Reading reviews can only tell you so much but actually going in for a consultation and meeting the staff and doctors will for sure sell you on this clinic. The doctors and staff are so skilled and qualified and truly put their all into their work. Whenever you need to contact him or the staff they respond almost instantly. I recommend this location to everyone. Just simply amazing clinic.

My experience with Dr. Kolenda was absolutely amazing!! He is very professional and excellent at what he does. He took the time to really listen to my wants and needs and talked me through everything before injecting . The after results were phenomenal and looks completely natural, my family is wondering how I look so good and youthful they have no idea that I've had any work done. I have no words to describe how well Dr. Kolenda did on my rhinoplasty. I'm 4 months post operation and the recovery has been going great.
