I’d been contemplating rhinoplasty since I was a teenager and finally decided it was time to do it! I visited a few doctors, and Dr. Porter was easily the one I felt most comfortable with. She worked with me until we had a shape I was happy with, a look that was very natural, and only a subtle change to my appearance. The surgery went smoothly and the recovery took only two weeks (1 week to get rid of the bruising and noticeable swollenness; 2 weeks to feel comfortable going back to work). The only hiccup in the whole process was that my skin was allergic to the glue used for the cast after surgery, so I had to remove it early and deal with 2-3 days of an allergic skin reaction. Other than that, it was a seamless experience and I have never been happier with my appearance! Dr. Porter is fantastic to work with and I’d definitely recommend her to others!

I know I am in the best care with both doctors, and COMPLETELY trust all of their recommendations- I would only trust the best specialists with my face! I have done neurotoxins (Botox) with both doctors, and have just started doing filler in my lips. I could not be any happier with my results!!! Dr. Sitapra was patient with me and answered all of my questions (and trust me, I had a lot!!!) One of the patient coordinators who I’ve scheduled with many times, Kelly, is also nothing short of amazing. Got a rhinoplasty on 4/19. I'm one month post-op and this experience has been excellent! I received A1 service from start to finish. From the front desk staff (who answered all my frantic calls with patience), an understanding and kind patient coordinator (Kelly) who explained the process like a pro and worked within my budget, Meghan (the RN) who gave me a great laser treatment after to help with swelling ( do Neoskin by Aerolase!) to Dr Porter who was knowledgeable, accommodating and practical which made this scary process a lot smoother. She answered all my questions and let me know what was doable but didn’t let me go overboard. She explained the healing process and seemed genuinely excited about her job; which was comforting. The day of surgery was a breeze and Dr Porter was able to send my medication to my state prior to surgery so i didn't have to worry about picking it up in an unfamiliar place. I’m one-month post-op and everything is healing quite well. I only wish I lived closer to take advantage of the other services that the office provides. if you are on the fence; I completely recommend it! You won’t find a bedside manner with the (verifiable) knowledge to boot anywhere else.

Went to an event their office held in July to learn more about Sculpsure and signed up for 2 treatments. It is painless, with very mild bouts of discomfort which are extremely short lived. You feel cooling and heating sensations, back and forth, for 25 minutes. The slight discomfort is during the heating periods, but it is BARELY uncomfortable and lasts only seconds. I was kept company all 3 times by super nice women that work at the office, and the time flew! I went straight to work from being treated. Piece of cake!!!! In the end, I can really see a difference! We took pictures just last week, and there is a noticeable difference. Looking at the before and after photos was great, that's when you can really understand how well it works. I'm so glad I decided to do this, and really glad to have found this office! Everyone who works here is an absolute peach! And Dr Porter is just great!!! Can't say enough nice things about my experience here, as a whole!!!

After some searching I found Dr. Porter's site and was impressed with her accreditation and the reviews people had of her services. My consultation with Dr. Porter was just what I needed to finally get the surgery I had always wanted. Her staff were very professional and courteous and Dr. Porter showed me exactly what she would be able to do to get my face looking as I always wanted. 1 1/2 months after the surgery my nose has looked as I always imagined it could. Everyone I tell about it tells me that it looks amazing and that there are no signs of scarring or surgery marks at all. I cannot recommend Dr. Porter's services enough which is why I refer everyone thinking about a nose or face job to her.

First, one of the things I love is that the staff in this office is small and extremely personable so they really get to know you. You don’t have to deal with someone new every time you come. I got my first treatment in January and my 2nd in April and I didn’t realize how much progress my skin (face) has made until they showed me the before and afters! I've been wanting a rhinoplasty for years, but was hesitant in going to just anyone given I am multiracial and had a nose that reflected that. I had a hump on the bridge of my nose I wanted taken down, wanted a slight slope, and no work done to the tip of my nose. I found Dr. Porter through an existing patient whose before and after picture went viral on Twitter. I immediately scheduled my virtual consultant and was so pleased by both Dr. Porter and Kelly the patient coordinator. When I came in for my in person consultation in September, I was photographed, given a realistic idea of what my new nose could look like thanks to computer imaging software, paid my deposit and set my surgery date. Dr. Porter was clear with what she could do for me and no words can describe how grateful I am she was able to deliver. We revisited my rhinoplasty wants several times prior to the date of my surgery to make sure we were on the same page. Flashforward to 2/15 and I underwent my rhinoplasty. Everything prior leading up to the day of my surgery was fabulous as far as customer service, communicating with the lovely staff (thanks Jayda!) and having my many questions answered. I had no pain post op and was checked up on personally by Dr. Porter and Kelly throughout my recovery week. I got my cast removed 2/23 and I LOVE my results even with the swelling. Finding Chevy Chase Facial Plastic Surgery was pure coincidence and one of the best things that’s ever happened to me. I had wanted a nose job since my 9th grade year of high school. After college, I started researching rhinoplasty surgeons that specialized in ethnic noses, as I am mixed (Black and white). I did not want just any surgeon, but a surgeon who could fix what I disliked about my nose while also taking into account how my new nose would look with my other facial features. When I found Dr. Porter, what really struck me was her gallery of work. I absolutely loved how natural her results were on other rhinoplasty patients. I reached out about over a year before I even scheduled my first consultation. I did not have the funds yet but still wanted to inquire about the procedure, costs, etc. I met Kelly, who was the nicest patient coordinator I have ever met. Excellent results! I had the following done: rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and ablation of the turbinates. The rhinoplasty looks EXACTLY how I wanted. I am beyond ecstatic with my result. The other two items were supposed to assist with flow in my sinuses due to massive sinus headaches I would constantly get. After this procedure, I maybe get one every 2-3 months rather than the constant pressure and weekly headache, in which no medication would relieve. Results aside, I went to 5 consultations in the DC area. I chose this place due to cost, surgeon experience, and trust, even though they were ~1 hr away. Overall, the cost at this facility was lower, and the surgeon was amazing in terms of listening to what I wanted, honesty in ability and realistic result, and empathy/patience with all of my concerns, which were many admittedly. I can't say enough good things about my result. Highly recommend.

I called to setup a consultation and was made to feel extremely rushed. The lady was very adamant about not scheduling me unless I was prepared to have surgery within 30 days. When I let her know that this would be my first consultation ever, she then started on a little tangent about possibly scheduling the consult if I would be prepared to put 20% down. Money is never an issue. Me feeling confident and comfortable with the establishment and surgeon is my top priority. There are only a handful of reviews for this surgeon compared to a lot of the other doctors in the DMV area. Most on Google were from nearly a year ago. If none of the people who have been OPERATED on by Dr. Porter feel compelled enough to rave about her work, why then would I rush to schedule a consultation under the false guise of wanting a surgery in 30 days? I had originally told the lady I was thinking maybe 3-4 months but had I had the opportunity to attend my consultation and been pleased with it, I easily could have committed much sooner. Overall, a bad taste was left in my mouth.

It was a bonus for me that this is a black-owned business. I decided to have my torn pierced ears repaired. My baby had pulled on my earrings and torn my ears and the long slits had healed so that whenever I wore earrings, one would be nearly 3/4 of an inch lower than the other ear. Dr. Porter repaired both of my ears 2 weeks ago and the slits in my ears are no longer visible. She is extremely gentle and skilled, the procedure was painless, and her staff is professional and delightful. Honestly, I cannot lie that at first I had my hesitations due to Dr. Sitapra's age. But nonetheless, Dr. Sitapra has been one of the most honest men I have ever met. Never one time has he tried to hustle me. Furthermore, his direct competition in the exact same area complemented his work. In addition, his clinical coordinator, Kelly Oswald, has been phenomenal with her timely responses. She has put up with me and my million questions and my persistent asking for discounts. I praise her highly. Lastly, I could have gotten this procedure for 2500 dollars cheaper at a nearby location but I have zero regrets and would not take it back. Id rather pay a little more for great customer service and absolute trust in a practice than a place that tries to hustle me and only cares about getting my money. Highly recommend. Love this place.

I've been wanting a rhinoplasty for as long as I can remember. I had this bump on the bridge of my nose that made me self-conscious and no other doctor/consultation in Montgomery or Howard County made me feel as comfortable and ready for this surgery like Dr. Porter. She showed me pictures of how it would look and honestly, it came out way better than the image simulation!! I've never had surgery before and I was so scared because this is the focal point of my face. I just wanted the bump removed and a little tip work to make it look natural and symmetrical. I am BEYOND happy with my results!! Recovery was also so smooth! I barely bruised and the instructions for care were very clear. I had the best experience with Dr. Porter and her staff at the office. I communicated mostly with Kelly who has been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive, but the other office staff are so welcoming and helpful as well. I highly recommend Dr. Porter for a rhinoplasty - not only is she a master at this procedure but the experience with her and her team is phenomenal.

Dr. Sitapara and his team are a godsend! I went in kinda apprehensive about my thinning hair. Dr. Sitapara provided a comprehensive consultation, diagnosing my hair thinning condition (female pattern alopecia), educating me of the various treatment offerings. He and his medical team walked me through the entire treatment; the staff greeted very nicely each time I visited the office. Dr. Sitapara and his staff are amazing. I inquired about earlobe repair surgery months ago but they told me they didn’t have the PPE so they’d call back when it was safe to come in.
