I had a breast reduction at the end of July with Dr Ratanshi. My experience with him and the clinic have been great. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all questions and concerns. I broke out into a rash a week later and at the follow up he referred me to doctors that were familiar with the issue. Rash has cleared since and healing is going exceptionally.

How do you thank someone who has impacted your life so greatly?⁣ ⁣ Plastic surgery can sometimes come across as shallow, and selfish.... something that is done by people attempting to reclaim their youth and hold on to it with a death grip, and something that is done by greedy money hungry doctors praying on people and their low self worth.⁣ ⁣ Dr Jennifer Prince and her staff are NOTHING like that. ⁣From beginning to end it was an amazing experience! Laurie at the front desk is always friendly and helpful and makes you feel like a friend, not a patient!! Dr Prince sat and listened to my fears about recalled toxic breast implants, that I first got 20 years ago as a insecure girl who had given up a child for adoption and just wanted some semblance of her pre pregnancy body back and explained patiently and without judgement what I needed to know about the rare cancer potential that all of the sudden became a specter hiding in the back of my deepest subconscious. ⁣ She went to bat for me to have the recalled breast implant removal covered by medical and knocked it out of the park, getting the coverage. ⁣ She clearly told me the good, the bad and the ugly that could come along with the breast lift that I would need after the explant and when the young girl with body dysmorphia who lives in my head asked for extra liposuction she told her gently that the extra cost, trauma and pain was not necessary instead of just taking the money I was so willing to throw at her and do the unnecessary procedure anyway. ⁣ And finally, like a true artist, she removed the implants and reconstructed to perfection not only my 41 year old breasts, but my peace of mind and my self esteem. ⁣ ⁣ Dr Prince, I will never be able to thank you enough for what you have done for me. You gave me back me. You brought that traumatized young girl striving for normalcy back to where I can comfortably walk in my own skin for the first time in over 2 decades. You did what 2 other doctors in Vancouver couldn't do, and it did it with a grace and kindness that is a rarity amongst people in this world. Dr. Oxley has done two procedures removing cancer for me. The first visit I had with him was in the surgery suite. He was professional, punctual and had just the right amount of humour for what was a stressful time for me. The follow up visit was on time and I was booked for a second surgery. The second surgery was again, punctual and professional with a touch of humour. I am in the process of booking a follow up to my latest surgery now. I would not hesitate to use Dr. Oxley again.

Getting surgery is a long process, first by determining the need for surgery, then a referral to pick the type of surgeon and procedures. I am not sure how all that works, but next comes the booking of the surgical suit, by this office. In my case the surgery was done in a different location and everything turn out fine. The plastic surgeon had the level of expertise and training for the intricate work. Good Job ... ps: the surgery was not cosmetic.

If you are referred to Dr. Murabit you may want to ask for another option. While the surgeon took care of my skin cancer, the service I received from her staff was the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I had a 1 pm appointment which the office changed at the last moment to 3 pm. I was told to confirm I could make the changed time. I called and advised I could make the change but had to be out to make a very important 4:30 meeting of my own. If this was a problem I asked them to let me know. I arrived at 2:45. At approx. 4 pm I was escorted to a room to wait for the Dr. At 4:30 I was still waiting there to see the Dr. so I came out and asked when. I received a very snarky, nasty reply from the staff saying the Dr. was with a patient. At 4:40 the Dr. came in and took the 2 minutes needed to see me. After explaining what I had been through the Dr. advised that she had nothing to do with booking appointments and timing. It was her staff's fault. I have never felt so disrespected or insignificant. If anyone else ran their business this way they would be out of business! Seems the office staff of Dr. Murabit considers herself above everyone else. If you have to go there be prepared to be treated with no respect and indifference. Then try and control your emotions as you are totally ignored.

About a month ago, I had my breast reduction surgery done by Dr. Imran Ratanshi. I am super happy with the results. He did a wonderful job. I felt the difference in size immediately. There were no complications and I am glad I made the decision to move forward with this surgery. Dr. Imran Ratanshi made the process easy and answered any questions and concerns that I had. Highly recommend Dr. Prince. Had a breast reduction Oct.20....best decision Ive ever made. Dr. Prince was so professional and helpful. Great bedside manner. If you're on the fence of having this operation, go for it!! The pain level was a 1, if that. I kept waiting for the shoe to drop and the pain to hit me, never happened. Two week post op...ready to play tennis, but will wait another week. Thank you Dr.Prince and Lori!

I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Adrian Lee and his whole staff. They were extremely professional from start to finish. I have had several friends who have had breast augmentations and found that the one who had seen Dr. Lee had the type off look I was going for, natural, full, and proportionate to my body. From start to finish Dr. Lee and his staff were very professional and made me feel like I was in very good hands. A few weeks after surgery one area of my nipple was not healing. It was a long weekend so I called the surgeon on call. Dr. Lee was on vacation at the time but I was told to come in and the doctor on call would see me. Once I arrived the doctor saw me right away and gave me some antibiotics just in case and advised me how to care for the area and booked me another appointment for a follow up. I ended up having to have a small revision which Dr. Lee performed and was happy to do so with no additional charge since he stands behind his work. A few weeks after the revision I had another appointment and everything was healing well. My surgical experience was by far one that I can look back at and know that I had the best level of care. If I have any additional cosmetic surgery in the future I would not hesitate to go see Dr. Lee and his team! I will continue to recommend him.

4 weeks post op from a tummy tuck and liposuction to the flanks and abdomen with Dr Lee. I wanted to write a review because I am so happy with my results and this whole experience. After multiple pregnancies (including 1 c section) I was left with so much extra loose stretched out skin in my mid and lower abdomen. Because I have a relatively small build (being only 5 foot 3) and carrying almost all my extra weight in my mid section, I looked like I was 7 months pregnant all the time. It really took a toll on my self esteem and confidence as I no longer felt like me (It didn't help that people would actually ask me how far along I was!) Well from my very first meeting with Dr Lee he was so understanding and easy to talk to. As a father himself, he really understands what a womans body goes thro during pregnancy, and he made me feel like it wasnt my fault! He is just such a friendly personable guy! I had my surgery on May 15th at the Valley Surgical Centre, and I can honestly say it was the best surgical experience of my life. All the staff and nurses there were so kind and really made me feel at ease. Special thanks to the nurse who held my hand as I was going under and told me not to worry and that she would be there with me the whole time. I have had a number of surgeries in my life for various medical reasons, and I have honestly never felt so calm in the minutes leading to going under. All went great with my surgery, when I woke up in the recovery room I felt really hot so another sweet nurse brought me freezies, it was everything to me in that moment. lol. The post op nurse that helped me with removing my drains and stuff at my first few post op appts at Valley was so nice and knowledgeable as well! And all my appts with him at the Plastic Surgery Group office have been great as well. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Dr Lee and his staff are amazing! and I just really could not be happier with the whole experience. Even the pain was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. 4 weeks out now and I have no pain at all anymore. I love my results! Before, despite the fact that my legs are about a size 8, I was having a hard time getting a size 14 to button over my belly! Made buying jeans pretty much impossible! Now I love shopping again! Even the scar itself is actually quite pretty (for a scar) lol. I know that sounds weird to say but compared to my old c section scar (which hooray! is gone now!) this one already looks better 4 weeks po than that one did 13 years po! Dr Lee is an artist!

After a ton of online research I chose Dr. Adrian Lee at The Plastic Surgery Group to do my eyelid surgery, Dr. Lee understood what I was hoping to achieve while talking me through what he felt would suit my Asian eye structure the most and addressing my concerns with earnest. My eyelid surgery was done a few months ago the consultation was reassuring, the procedure was very comfortable and the positive result was amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone! He is extremely competent and his staffs are excellent. After the surgery I not only can see well also my eyes looked very nice and better than I expected. I was delighted with the experience resulted.
