My experience with Dr. Ashley Tregaskiss and his team is nothing short of amazing. I had a virtual consultation with Dr. Tregaskiss during quarantine and he was attentive, polite and answered all of the questions I had before visiting his office in-person for a consultation. His patient coordinators Anna and Mai are superstars and responsive to any question I had or rescheduling an appointment. I felt completely at ease and confident in my decision to have him perform my breast augmentation surgery, I trusted him with my life. The surgery went seamlessly and so was the recovery. I went back to work 11 days after my operation! I absolutely love my results and I am still amazed he could fit a large silicone implant (520cc’s) through a 1.5 inch incision! Dr. Tregaskiss gave me the breasts I have always dreamed of having, and my body confidence has improved my life in so many ways and I cannot thank him enough. I will 100% be returning to Dr. Tregaskiss when, not if I want another procedure done!

I have always disliked how large my chest was and knew that once I could muster up the courage I would have a breast reduction done. As a mom of two, I knew it was time once my kids had grown out of the baby and toddler stages and I had the flexibility to work from home due to the pandemic. Dr. Tregaskiss was the second plastic surgeon I met as I did not feel a good match with the first surgeon I had a consultation with. From the first email to the last in-office appointment, my experience with Dr. T and the team was positive, efficient and patient-focussed. Dr. T listens to your wishes and hopes and his bedside manner is kind and caring. My request was for a fairly significant reduction (from a 36F to a 36B) and Dr. T respected my choice and told me he could make it happen! After leaving Dr. T’s office I immediately booked my surgery date. The surgical facility was beautiful, state of the art, clean and relaxing. For an anxious person going into surgery alone I felt completely at ease with the personable staff and little details such as a massage chair pre-op (amazing!). My surgery went as planned and I was home by lunch time the same day. Dr. T was available for all of my questions post-op and went the extra mile to ensure my recovery was as smooth as possible. My only regret is not doing it sooner! Thank you Dr. T!!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Tregaskiss for anyone looking to undergo cosmetic surgery. I saw him in May to correct my asymmetrical bust and I am beyond thrilled with the results. Dr. T was honest and transparent about what would work best for my case and never pressured me to undergo additional or unnecessary procedures. I trusted him completely to choose an appropriate size for my implants and he chose perfectly for my body type/shape (I literally told him to choose implants that were big enough to make the surgery worth it, but not so big that they are obviously fake and look unnatural and he nailed it). He is very professional and has a reassuring and calm bedside manner. His office staff was also very helpful and patient with me. If you are looking to get any cosmetic surgery done, I highly recommend you book an consultation with Dr. Tregaskiss.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Tregaskiss and his team. From booking my consultation appointment to now, months after undergoing Breast Augmentation Surgery the experience has been a dream. He was so knowledgeable and kind during each appointment and gave me peace of mind while guiding me through what would be best for myself and get the best result with the procedures. I was a little nervous getting liposuction and a thighplasty and kept my expectations tempered so as not to be disappointed. The outcome was better than I thought possible. Dr. Tregaskiss was confident he could get me the results I wanted and he delivered. This procedure is not an easy one and the recovery is not quick but it was the best possible I could hope for and at the one month mark I am ahead of the expected milestones. Dr. Tregaskiss takes great care and follows up diligently - you couldn't ask for a better surgeon. Anna Hutfield is wonderful and I felt so comfortable in all my interactions with her. The entire team at YES Medspa OR were truly amazing. I can't say enough good things. A really really good experience.

I truly couldn't be happier with my experience with Dr. Tregaskiss and his wonderful staff ! From the beginning, Anna and Laura were so kind and helpful, making it an easy decision to make a consultation. My consult went exactly as I hoped, and my surgery was booked! Before my surgery I had many questions, and they were answered right away...Thanks Laura! The day of surgery went perfectly, and I was on my way home before I knew it. I couldn't be happier with my results. Recovery was truly a breeze. I took absolutely no painkillers, I was doing laundry, household tasks and caring for my toddlers by day 2. Driving by day 3 and back to work on day 5 ! I truly appreciate Dr.Tregaskiss, and his amazing skills. His kind staff, and beautiful new office are icing on the cake! Thank you all for everything!!!

Dr. Tregaskiss did an amazing job for my breast augmentation! It was my very first surgery so I was nervous and hesitant at first. Looking back, I don't regret the decision at all for going through with the surgery with him! I am in love with the results and it's only been 6 months since surgery. For the consultation, he provided me great feedback, especially in terms of size since I'm very petite. Ultimately it was my decision to choose the size I liked best. The consultation, surgery, and follow-up appointments all went smoothly. His team was also very superb. Kudos to Laura for being so efficient in following up and responding to my emails. Dr. Tregaskiss and the whole team have been personable, friendly and professional throughout the whole process from start to finish! They were all so knowledgable and patient with my questions and always got back to me quickly. Anna and Laura in the office are amazing! Dr. T is a perfectionist and it shows. I had a Fleur de Lis Tummy Tuck, which leaves some quite obvious scars by nature of the surgery. My surgery was in February 2021 and I am AMAZED at how well the healing has gone already and how minimal the scars already appear. Highly recommend!!! xx

I got my breast augmentation done by Dr. Tregaskiss and ever since I stepped into his office, him and his team were beyond amazing. They were so kind, made sure I was comfortable, had a very calm and professional manner and answered all my questions and concerns that I had. I was very confident before my surgery that I was going to be pleased with the outcome with Dr. Tregaskiss but I actually ended up more impressed than I initially thought (which I didn't think was possible) with the healing process, the over all experience and how my breasts looked once they had settled. Dr. Tregaskiss was great to work with. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very helpful. He had to work with some scars from a previous surgeon and did a really good job leaving me with no extra scars. In addition, his team, Laura and Mai were always quick to respond to my questions and made the entire process much less intimidating. I had warranty issues with older implants and they helped me through the entire process. I am thrilled with the results and would highly recommend him!! His team at the office are amazing, they respond to emails very quickly and answered my hundreds of questions leading up to my procedure and after. After a 120lb weight loss, excessive skin issues had become as hard mentally and physically as the excessive weight it’s self. 3 years of research, a fleur de lis tummy tuck and breast lift with implants was my plan. My gut kept drawing me back to Dr Tregaskiss, and I’m so thankful it did. If your main concern is results, then what I will say is; I had countless images saved on my computer, years of research, from other surgeons all over the world. Before and after photos of women I felt resembled me. I was mentally preparing for what I might or could look like, some of the results were ok some were outstanding. Now almost 4 months out comparing my images side by side, I’d say mine are comparable to some of the best, if not are the best. Dr T is amazing, gifted and a perfectionist, he’s honest and real and does not promise rainbows and sunshine. He is one of the few people on this earth that has found his calling and has a passion for what he does. Now we can talk about my overall experience. What drew me to them in the first place was, most surgeons seem to post photos of thin woman with ideal bodies and large breasts. I was not a 9 seeking to be a 10, I had copious amounts of excessive skin and wanted an improvement to my life. Their photo gallery includes all kinds of bodies of all shapes and sizes it was relatable and I kept going back over and over to look. When I realized I kept going back I knew it was time to make the call. From day one it was nothing but incredible, Anna was AMAZING. Over the months before my surgery that poor woman must have answered at least 300 emails of anxious questions and hypothetical situations. Never once was I made to feel like an inconvenience, or that I was asking a silly question. They were all answered promptly and compassionately with understanding that I was entering an unknown and stressful situation. I walked into my consult still being admittedly thick. I was so concerned I was going to be told that I needed to lose some more weight and come back. Within the first three minutes I was told by Dr T “it’s YOU that needs to be happy about your weight, not me.” Realizing it was about my idea of perfection and not his was so empowering in a situation where I walked in feeling intimated. Dr. T has a skill for respectful communication, conversations feel like you’re on an equal level. They’re comfortable and casual, it feels like a discussion rather then someone professional and educated making you feel like they know what’s best. The consult was thorough and did not feel rushed, I booked my surgery that day and went home. Over the next few weeks I had thought up many more questions, I was invited back to the office to have another full appointment which completely put my mind at ease. With each day that passed I became more confident I had made the right decision. Every last interaction with every last person was pleasant and positive. If you’re on the fence, book the consult, you’ll see what I mean. I’m so thankful I did.

Hi, I'm a sixty-year-old woman who gave birth by cesarean section about 31 years ago. Having fallen victim to typical age-related sagging of skin and a little midriff weight gain, I decided to seek out a surgeon to discuss a possible abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and an upper blepharoplasty (eye lift). After investigating and calling two other specialists, I decided to meet with Dr. Tregaskiss and made an appointment. Because the interview was relaxed and professional, where all my questions were answered clearly and completely, I decided to proceed with both operations at the same time with Dr. T. I note here that I never felt any pressure and Dr. Tregaskiss's bedside manner was excellent. I wanted to proceed quickly so immediately completed the forms, a physical exam at my family doctor’s office and picked up the necessary supplies and medications. A cancelation allowed my procedure to be completed two weeks later. Everything went as planned for my out-patient surgery and I went home on the same day. I experienced a little nausea from the anesthesia and of course some discomfort from the incisions, but I followed all the instructions provided by Dr. Tregaskiss. The whole team, Cheryl (surgical nurse), Laura, and Anna treated me well and were very accommodating. Dr. Tregaskiss even called at night to see how I was getting along. After ten days at my first post operation appointment, I was feeling reasonably well and was so happy because I could already see the results. I have just returned from my three-month appointment and the results have improved even more. I very happy with my eyes, as you would never know that anything has been done. Now 12 weeks post-surgery, I am extremely pleased with everything and look forward to my final new self in the coming months. My self-confidence has returned, and I feel great. I belief the skill of Dr. Tregaskiss is second to none and I am so glad that I decided to proceed with my "Mummy Makeover" with him as my Surgeon. Thank you Dr. Tregaskiss!
