He answers questions in a timely manner and his dry sense of humour is an unexpected treat....He had my husband and I laughing through both our pre and post op consults. I love my non lift results, and the care I’ve received from staff and Dr Brown himself is first class. Probably the best doctor I’ve ever met. Felt very confident in his abilities from day one and I’m glad cause he was the best choice by far I do believe.

I recently had an explant surgery performed and I couldn't be more happy with my experience and my results. Dr Brown is very thorough, answers all your questions before you even ask them and more...His care, consideration and patience with me was extremely appreciated! He makes himself available for any question or concern and he has wonderful support staff in his office. Same goes for all the staff and nurses at the YES centre. Highly recommend him :)

Dr Arron brown is a very compassionate person who was there for me in a very trying time. He was always very professional but at the same time so very caring and understanding it felt like we had been friends forever, I never once felt scared or unsure of his ability, and that he would always do his job always at 100% not only is he a great doctor but also a very compassionate person.

highly recommend dr brown, had a huge ugly keloid on my ear and I was in and out of the room in less than 20 mins to get it removed. very fast and efficient, still have stitches in but it looks like it will look as good as new when its all healed up.

Dr. Brown is nice, staff good. Lipo was minimal for the amount paid (9500) and my sides were noticably uneven. One stomach side way bigger than the other. Muffin top/dog ear on left side from lipo. Did not lipo the upper abdominal. Sides need to be corrected but will cost more money to correct the uneven lipo. I recommend breast reduction. Happy with breast results.

I had abdominoplasty with muscle repair and liposuction completed this year. At my first consultation, Dr. Brown was patient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to about my worries. What was meaningful to me, was that he shared his insights around the importance of being in the right frame of mind prior to having this procedure, and I felt equipped to make the right decision for myself. Since that time, he has responded to any additional questions I have had very quickly. On the day of surgery, he was professional and clear but also calmed my nerves. My experience has been very positive, and my recovery has been straightforward. Since my surgery, my post operative appointments have i’ll been positive. Again, Dr. Brown takes the time to answer any questions, and see how I am doing. In between appointments, when I have had questions, he has responded to me within minutes. I am very grateful for the care I have received, and so far very pleased with the results of my procedure.

I'm just over a year post-op from a breast reduction done by Dr. Brown. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him, his staff and the OR team. I was made very comfortable, Dr. Brown thoroughly talked through the procedure beforehand. A nurse held my hand as I went under ( positive she could sense my nervousness ) while everyone was saying encouraging things/ making light jokes to make me feel more comfortable. Recovery was smooth sailing thankfully, although I'm sure if there were complications his team would be on top of it. No questions went un-answered and my breasts look amazing! I have since lost 70lbs as I'm now able to do many things I was restricted from before my surgery. I will add that my MIL also had a procedure done by Dr. Brown a few months later and is also in-love with her results. Could not recommend more. ????

Dr Brown is a Five star surgeon, all the way. He seen me on very short notice, with the ulnar nerve in my left elbow. I had lost most of my use of that hand and I was in a lot of pain. He got me into the Abby hospital, very quickly and fixed my elbow,he also did my carpal tunnel in my left wrist, that had been causing me a lot of problems , for years. 2 mouths now and you can hardly notice the scars. My experience has been great, from the first consultation to the actual procedure and after. Dr. Brown is friendly, approachable, understanding and there for you if you have any questions or concerns post-op. His staff are very sweet as well. Reception staff is so incredibly rude. I was referred to this surgeon for my breast reduction surgery in 2017 but after reading some horrible reviews I cancelled my appointment. The receptionist was so rude I felt like I had made the right choice. I had my surgery with Dr. Musto (5 STARS HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS STAFF) Today I had a middle aged brain fog moment and called Dr Brown instead of Dr Musto to make a follow up appointment - OMG - his receptionist might be the rudest human on earth. She was horrid and absolutely unprofessional in tone, wording, and conversation. When I realized the mistake I had made - I thought - OH YEAH!! SO GLAD I DIDNT HAVE SURGERY WITH THIS OFFICE.....save yourself the hassle of being spoken to like a peasant and call ANYONE else.
