From the moment you walk in to Dermapure, you feel welcomed, appreciated and respected. Every one of the staff that I spoke to is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was never pressured but rather was given all my options, explained clearly and precisely. Kimberly is such a sweetheart and took lots of time to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. The lovely girl that did my peel (I've forgotten her name) was so soothing, attentive and gentle. I walked out of Dermapure with fresh, glowing skin and much more information to ponder. I'm excited to go back! By the way, if you buy 3 cosmeceutical products (professional grade skin care), you receive a free peel!

I had just moved to town and was referred to this clinic from a clinic on the island. I needed to do a small touch up procedure and unfortunately they were unwilling to do any work under a minimum price. I was hoping they would be accommodating for my circumstance as I would also be coming in for regular treatments. Unfortunately their unwillingness to be flexible has lost my business forever.

Dr.Snyman has been life changing for my skin!!! She is an absolute asset for my skin care and should be for everybody's skincare! I have been going to her for years now and she has cleared up my lifelong battle with acne, smoothed out my scars and skin texture, reversed wrinkles, tightened and toned my face and given me confidence and pride in my skin. I legit went from having awful skin to getting tonnes of compliments! Dr.Snyman is beyond knowledgeable and is a master at her trade. She is a down to earth and lovely Doctor, her office has nice upscale decor and a nice atmosphere with all the staff being very informative and super friendly. I recommend her to everyone and anyone!!!

*writing on my experience from over a year ago now that I've been well-informed* I would not recommend this clinic. While the staff are all very kind and friendly, and the clinic is very clean and modern, my skin suffered tremendously due to the skincare routine and products prescribed to me. I had horrible chemical burns, and my skin was so dry and tight it hurt to smile. I was told my skin was just getting used to the products, and she recommended going back to using them every other night again. Additionally, I was told these issues should pass after using consistently for 6 weeks, and I continued to use them for 10 weeks and saw zero change in my painful skin. I had more breakouts than I ever had in my life. Now, I thought it must just be an exception and the products just didn't interact well with my skin specifically. But no, I have spoken to several women who have had almost identical issues with their skin due to the products prescribed/recommended at this clinic. Recently, I spoke with my physician who actually does NOT recommend any dermatologists in Chilliwack. My doctor referred me to my new dermatologist who feels the products that were prescribed to me were not meant for my skin type, and he's unsure why they were even recommended for me. I feel very disappointed as I spent a lot of money to purchase the FunctionLab skincare products I was recommended. I cannot comment on any services offered at this clinic, just the products prescribed/recommended.

When I first arrived at Dr. Snyman's clinic I was very scared, anxious and shy. I have struggled with acne since I was 13 years old, it was very bad. It made me feel ugly and made people around me uncomfortable. I was made fun of and called ugly and was bullied all though high school and I thought I would never be loved by anyone. I learned to deal with it into my adult life but I became very shy and had no confidence at all and as for love, I believed I'd never find a man to love me, it ruined my life.The staff at the clinic made me feel comfortable right away and were friendly and understanding. I was interviewed by one of the staff about my condition and I started to cry as it was very hard to talk to anyone about my acne. She at once reassured me it was all right and that I didn't need to worry anymore, I was with them now and they would take care of me , I felt so good when she said that. Other than my husband no one ever cared that much about my condition. I saw the doctor soon after and she was amazing. She was kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed and we hadn't even started yet. Dr. Snyman was very through with blood tests and questions and reading material concerning the program she had in mind for my particular case.Her confidence made me feel a new excitement I'd never felt before. As I saw her on regular visits and she modified my program I started to see wonderful results. Dr. Snyman and her fantastic staff gave me results I had never seen before but most importantly they gave me back my confidence and self esteem. I love all the people there and thank them so much for what they have done for me, not only have they made it possible for me to smile again but they showed me that kindness and understanding is also very much part of the therapy along with the medication. Thank you so very much Dr. Snyman and your staff for what you have done for me and continue to do for me. You are the very best.

I was very impressed with the service and care I experienced at the Lazure Dermapure clinic in Chilliwack. Their service is seamless, starting from the welcoming staff at the front desk, who booked and followed up with the appointments, meeting with Lisa for my free consultation, getting a facial from Debbie, and meeting with Doctor Snyman and the staff who assist her. The atmosphere in the space is conducive to happiness and a feeling of well-being. As a Chilliwack resident, I am glad they are here.

Dr. Snyman is a lovely inspiration for us all and sets the tone for the clinic. All of the staff are not only warm and welcoming, but knowledgeable in so many aspects of skin care. I have never felt pressured to purchase products or have treatments and I would not ever consider trusting another clinic. Chilliwack is indeed lucky to have such a tranquil haven. (Translated) This three stars rate their service. To be honest, I am quite satisfied with the hot Maggie made last October, but their service makes me hesitant to continue patronizing this year. Every time they said to call me, they either called me late or didn't call at all. Basically they asked me to call me and ask what was going on. Especially after the operation, no one came to ask me how I was feeling burned or uncomfortable? ! Knowing that my time might be inconvenient, they even let me run twice to complete the operation and promised to communicate with me, but they have not called me yet. If anybody knows other places can do Thermage in chilliwack, please let me know. I would give Lazure Dermapure a ZERO. They only care about how much money they can make from each person. They tell you a low cost at the consultation and when they are about to do the procedure....the price increases 3x more than what was initially quoted. Save yourself the hassle and go to another clinic where YOU matter and not your MONEY.
