I have only positive to say, there are some silly air in the staff but that does not weigh heavily in the balance compared to my experience there. all in all, i was really satisfied with the services and the result obtained (mastectomy) i have 200% confidence in dr bélanger for all his next mastec ... i saw none that weren't successful. ....that's truly impressive! pre and post operative follow-up no1. I am really lucky to be a resident of Quebec and to have had surgery with them. I am rating Doctors Brassard and Belanger one star, They were my worldwide choice transgender surgery. For 12 months I have been assessed by Psychiatrists, Specialist Transgender doctors and my own supportive local GP, every thing summited to their staff, then silence. Repeated phone calls (i have never been rude or offensive in any way) no response of any kind from their chief of staff Suzanne Dugre'.
