I’ve been going to Dr. Purewal for a number of years now and I can’t rave enough. I have tried many of her popular treatments: Botox, halo, facials, peels and the results are so amazing that I keep coming back. I even brought my teenage daughter who started breaking out and the simple regimen they put her on is so unbelievable; she loves her skin now. The staff is also so pleasant and friendly too, one of the best I have encountered. I give it 5 stars and recommend anyone who wants to feel good about their skin to get into that office!

Doctor Purewal was good. She was very thorough in her explanation of my eye surgery which went well however, soon after the surgery, I developed Blephartis. Then I got a stye and a chalazion which I now have to get removed. Not sure if all relates to the surgery but I know that I didn't have any of these issues before the surgery.

Dr. Purewal fixes all lines in my face that I ask her to. Highly impressive. She sees (a)/symmetry and accounts for things without you having to point them out first. Other doctors have told me these things cannot be fixed. Her expertise is exceptionally above theirs then to be able to fix it. An appointment with her is the only right decision. Her and the kind, small staff use more than one technique for numbing which I haven't experienced at other offices. It's very helpful. Lastly, they always promptly answer all requests I have.

For the past five or so years, I had noticed a significant change around my eye area that made me feel uncomfortable in a photo, walking past a mirror, and meeting clients, face to face. First, the doctor and staff are wonderful and the service I received was very professional. The reason for the two star review is for a policy that I feel is very misleading and dishonest. The initial consultation is quite expensive but I was told can be used towards services so that was fine. After meeting with the doctor I decided to move forward with a chemical peel she recommended. When I got the quote I asked about discounting the consultation fee and was told this procedure was not expensive enough to deduct the fee. Annoying but ok I knew I’d have other treatments at some point. After the peel which was great, the doctor recommended micro needling as a next step. I decided to move forward and again asked about using the consultation fee but was told someone else performs the procedure and again I can’t use it. But I was recommended to do this by the original doctor I meet with and paid to meet with?? At this point it just started to feel dishonest, so I asked if I could apply it to Botox which yes I can but the forehead area alone is $575. Seems outrageous. I really enjoyed my experience here with the doctor and service I did receive but wish they were more honest and transparent about these fees. It just makes me feel as though I am being taken advantage of.

Dr. Purewal and Heather are wonderful. A little background, after turning 30 this year, I started to notice the very early beginnings of wrinkles, in addition to dull, finicky skin. I'd never had perfect skin and would wear full coverage make up everyday. After scouring the internet, I found Fresh Face and Eye on Instagram and reached out for an appointment. They set me up for an in office consultation once they reopened in June (they were closed due to COVID). Dr. Purewal is super knowledgeable and attentive. She listened to my concerns and made recommendations. I really appreciated that she wasn't pushy about the procedures. I signed up for a BBL Photofacial package and asked for a teeeeeny bit of Botox. I got the first of three BBL photofacials done the same day of my consult; followed by Botox. I was thankful they could squeeze me in the same day, as Chatham is out of the way for me. Both procedures were painless and actually quite relaxing During and following the procedures, Dr. Purewal and Heather took care to provide me detailed after care instructions. Heather also followed up multiple times via text message to make sure I was healing alright and that I was happy with the results. I saw results instantly but, two weeks later, my skin looks amazing. The best it's ever been since before I hit puberty lol. To the point that now I just wear tinted moisturizer, and a little dot of concealer here and there. And this is only after the first session!! Plenty of time was spent finding out exactly what I wanted to achieve with my procedure, I never felt “sold to” and Dr Purewal listened to my concerns, and with along with physical exam of my face she made sure that I had realistic expectations and aimed to get the best results with the least invasive method. Dr Purewal recommended transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty, which would remove my under eye bags without any exterior incisions. This afforded me a very speedy recovery, without the worry of stitches or scarring. I felt total confidence in Dr Purewal, as I wanted a Doctor who specialised in face & eye surgery, who had worked on dark skin. She absolutely knows what she’s doing. Pricing was totally transparent and they offered different ways to pay. The facility chosen for the procedure was also impressive. Clean, modern and not too busy. Nurses were friendly & attentive, and I was put at ease. My husband was allowed to sit with me before and after the procedure, and he was kept updated at every stage. Recovery was surprisingly easy. I had minor swelling and sent photos to the clinic daily for the first week to be monitored. I appreciated this as I never felt alone post op, and had all concerns addressed daily. It’s now a month post op, swelling is just about gone and I’m already enjoying my new found confidence. There isn’t a price for confidence or happiness, but this was truly worth every cent. I’ve had an amazing experience and will never stop singing the praises of Dr Purewal, Monica, Heather and the Fresh Face & Eye Clinic.

If you don't know what a hydra facial is you should call and ask because they can explain it in details I could never. i can tell you my skin, which is usually very rough and dry, is smooth and glowing and feels fantastic! I feel people in there 20-30s see the word plastic surgeon and think thats not for me, this is beyond that. Part of what they provide is prevention of signs of aging things like the hydra facial, ultherapy, micro-needling and the like, help keep skin firm and producing collagen. Prevention is a big part of healthy looking skin, and pun intended, a fresh face. I trust Dr. Purewal and her staff to keep my skin glowing and my face fresh, and if 1 day I need injectables to keep that up I have full trust in her for that as well.
