Right from the start, the staff was extremely kind and helpful to schedule a consultation. Upon arrival to my first visit, I was greeted with smiles and brought to a very nice waiting room where they played me an informative video. Once I met with the doctor, we talked, in-depth about the procedure I wanted to be done, and showed me a sneak peek of what it would look like. The doctor informed me that I could make another consultation at any time to talk about anything related to my upcoming procedure. When the day of my Rhinoplasty arrived, I was greeted by yet another kind staff, who alleviated any of my concerns and pre-operative worries. When Dr. Fedele arrived he made me feel calm and ready for my operation. The surgery went very smoothly and the staff made sure that I had everything I needed for my recovery. While recovering, Dr. Fedele was always available to answer my questions. I felt very relaxed and safe the whole recovery. Dr. Fedele even came in on his day off to help me with a routine issue. Finally, when the cast came off, I was thrilled to see my results. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or better results. Before securing a consult I spent so many weeks obsessively looking at what must have been hundreds of photos/reviews of Plastic Surgeons (not only in the Cleveland area) in search of someone that did incredible "mommy makeovers." Dr Fedele took the top of that list and after ultimately trusting him with my surgery (and a few months now of post op checks) I'm adding myself to the list of thrilled patients. Others have said this and I think it's incredibly important to note, that he really is an artist and the talent that he has as one transfers beautifully as a surgeon when trying to give the best possible result. This was my second breast augmentation, first surgery with Dr Fedele. I had capsular contracture from my previous surgery so this was a replacement. Dr Fedele & his whole team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone took extra precautions for a safe surgery including a Covid-19 test for me BEFORE I went through surgery. I received a face lift and an eye lift which have removed years from my life. All doctor visits were taken with caution & Covid-19 precautions including masks, hand sanitizer and taking of temperatures. My procedure was completed in June 2020 and four months later I have erased many years from my tired sad face. I am thrilled with my results on my neck and bags under my eyes. I went to Dr. Fedele in November of 2020, with the request of a breast reduction. At 21 years old, I was having extreme back pain and my breasts were causing it. I had been dealing with back pain since I was 14 years old. My breasts had always been too large for my frame and the rest of my body to carry efficiently. I would also have chest pain during some forms of physical activity, sometimes having to wear two bras. It was also mentally tolling, not being able to wear what my friends were able to wear such as strapless dresses and off the shoulder shirts. Throughout my teenage and early adult years, I felt extremely drained and always opted for the baggy clothes. Extraordinary Surgeon with Extraordinary Heart! Dr. Fedele in Cleveland, Ohio, performed abdominoplasty, liposuction, breast implant exchange & breast lift on me in June . I expected him to be one of the best Plastic Surgeons according to my research. He exceeded my expectations. His skills, results and heart are beyond spectacular. He is an extremely warm & caring Surgeon who listens. What came as a complete shock was his treatment of me while I was being prepped in the OR. I am 68 years old and I was terrified before my 6 hour surgery. Dr. Fedele walked up close to me, took my hand in his and kept constant contact with my eyes while he was talking to me softly. He told me not to worry, everything was going to be ok, he was going to take good care of me. I cannot tell you how this made a huge difference for me. It was incredibly comforting and reassuring and I felt 100% better. It calmed me down. I have had quite a few surgeries in my life. I never had a Surgeon or Doctor do this for me. Male - 40s. Had lower blepharoplasty to get rid of prominent bags under my eyes. Complete successful result. The bags are gone. I am not afraid anymore to look people in the eyes when talking to them. I went to a couple plastic surgeons to get a consult. Dr Fedele convinced me that his 'transcutaneous' method (incision on the outside of my eyelid) was the best method for me because he would be able to tighten up the eyelid and get rid of excess skin that wouldnt have been able to be removed with a 'transconjuctival' (incision inside the eyelid) approach. The other side benefit to his method is that 'crows feet' etc were reduced quite a bit by tightening up the skin below the eyelid. 5 weeks out, any scarring (from the incision) is all gone and even before then the incision was barely noticeable anyways because its made below the lower eyelid lashes in a natural crease. I wasnt worried about the surgery itself but was most worried about the recovery period since I am very active and wear contact lenses. It involved downtime from exercise for a few weeks (to avoid swelling). 7-8 days out from the surgery, any 'bruising' was mostly gone for me in my case. The only issue I had with swelling was if I slept on my stomach (vs. head elevated), but at 5 weeks out, that doesnt seem to be an issue anymore. I recommend Dr Fedele and give him an A+.

????Before my surgery, so many people had told me I was wasting my money, that I didn’t need it and that I was beautiful the way I was. I didn’t see myself that way, and while I appreciated the kind words- I didn’t believe it. No matter who said it. No matter how many times I heard it. God himself could have told me I was beautiful and I would not have believed it. I needed to believe it for myself. ????Since my surgery, I’ve also had many people tell me that I did all of this for attention and validation from others, which, In some subconscious way- I’m sure a small part of this journey IS in fact my feelings of needing validation from others. But that’s a story for a different day- when the topic is childhood trauma. ????I did this for myself. I needed to be able to look in the mirror and love myself. I needed to be in a healthier mental state- just to keep living. Literally. My body has caused an immense amount of depression and self image issues for 13 years- and I was ready to feel better. REALLY ready. ????I weighed 196lbs in January, which is the heaviest I’ve EVER been- even during pregnancy- while Steve was only 10lbs heavier than me. Like what?! Even his T-shirts that used to be big on me we’re starting to get too small. I decided enough was enough. I am not comfortable with not even being able to fit into my man’s T-shirt if I want. I set myself a goal for 2021 to lose about 50 pounds and get a tummy tuck surgery. ????I had to start somewhere, so I started researching plastic surgeons from here to Miami to Mexico. I finally found one that I felt very confident in just from looking at his online portfolio. Lucky for me- a nurse that I used to work with (who is a great nurse) works for him now so I had double the confidence and comfort of actually knowing who would be taking care of me. I was actually already established at a different plastic surgeon and decided to leave. I wanted the best of the best when it came to altering my body.  ????I didn’t meet my goal weight by the time of my surgery, which was disappointing, but the motivation to maintain and continue to lose weight solidified when I first got a glimpse of the new me- the day after surgery. As of today I weigh 159.2lbs. I have lost 36.8lbs. ????Let me tell you- that’s just what I got. The BEST of the best. What Dr. Fedele was able to do for me- I could never repay him for. I honestly feel like what I paid doesn’t cover the incredible results I have, let alone the drastic improvement in my quality of life. Just six weeks ago I dreaded getting up in the morning and looking at myself. Don’t even talk about clothes shopping back then- or taking a photo that wasn’t from my neck up. I allowed my self image to dictate what I did in life. I was extremely picky about my clothing and learned how to dress to hide my unflattering figure- which is probably why some said I was wasting my money and didn’t need the procedures. Amazing surgeon. Without question, the absolute best! I have been flat chested my entire life (even more so after kids) and wanted a breast augmentation for as long as I can remember. He made a point to personally call me twice to address my questions and concerns (and after surgery to check in on me). He never made me feel rushed. He stressed that my decisions were important ones and that as my doctor, he was there to guide me. He could have easily delegated these calls to his nurse, but he chose to address them himself. Dr. Fedele is a genius in the OR – his work is amazing – beyond the ordinary. He is meticulous, and his technique is exquisite. I had very little swelling, no bruising, and minimal pain after surgery. My breasts looked beautiful almost immediately. I was expecting swollen, blocky, bruised breasts. I had none of that! The results are exactly what I had hoped for – he nailed it! It is evident that Dr. Fedele holds his team to the same high standards he sets for himself. Every member of his team is exceptional (including all of the professionals at the Brainard Surgery Center – shout out to Dr. Rogoff – loved you!). It is a joy to interact with any one of them. They work remarkably well together, they show each other respect, and they put the patients first – that all comes from the top! If I could give Dr. Fedele an infinite number of stars, I would. In my eyes, you won’t find a better doctor.

I was treated by Dr. Fedele for reconstructive breast surgery following a double mastectomy. At the age of 30, it was recommended that I received a mastectomy, which was a very daunting process. I was nervous, scared and anxious for it all to be over with. After meeting Dr. Fedele and his team, my negative thoughts and energy turned positive and confident. I immediately knew I was in great hands, which would support me along the way. The team took such personalized care of me, knowing the best way to ease my worries.
