Dr. Yerukhim came recommend by my primary care physician (for my husband) after my husband seen him for ear issues and was pleased with him I made an appointment to see him to try and figure out why I keep having reoccurring ear and sinus problems. After arriving for my appointment, the only positives I have for his office is Amanda, and the other very kind nursing staff and the student he had assisting him. I waited an hour in the exam room to be seen and after such a long wait (with no explanation as to why) the student came in and was very thorough and kind she had a very kind and light touch when examing my ears and nose. Dr Yerukim came in at first he was pleasant and asked questions. As his assessment of my issues continued he was very rough and at times rude, not explaining anything before he did it only saying 'let me try something'. The last straw for me was his rough behavior; annoyed sighing, as he examined me and due to wearing a mask my mouth was a bit dry he stated 'that's as far as you can open your mouth' in a very rude tone by this point I was so angry and very confused as to what was going on he then stuck a tounge depressor in my mouth & very rudely ran it over the inside of my bottom lip pulling it away in what I felt was an annoyed manner. I honestly felt embarrassed for being put through all this. (I'm sure I'm not describing it well, but I left feeling embarrassed and rattled). I will be cancelling my future appointment and finding someone new, I left with barely an explanation (possible need to be on antibiotics longer to clear out a sinus infection and maybe something with ear wax in one ear) for what could be done or what was happening. Just a ton of medications (a nasal spray that caused terrible burning sensations in my eyes and altered my sense of taste). I'm by no means weak when it comes to dealing with uncomfortable procedures (4 wisdom teeth removed at once with just numbing and I was awake the whole time) when you don't explain yourself and just keep slamming tools down, rudely asking me what did I consider a sinus or ear infection and sighing as my ear is yanked on or poked without explaination it makes me as the patient feel like your bedside manner is lacking.

I wish I could give less than 1 star! Nothing but a bad experience! Received a call for someone else ear test and I was there for nasal problems, Never received results from blood work, scheduled appointments, called to cancel and they were not cancelled, prescription was never sent to my pharmacy, was scheduled to go for MRI and got a call the day before stating that no one ever obtained authorization from my insurance provider! What a nightmare, never going to Southwest again for anything! Never had any issues with Cleveland Clinic!

Dr. Yerukhim’s staff was incredibly welcoming and soothed all of my worries upon arrival. Amanda is specifically who I spoke with a majority of the time, and she is possibly the nicest person I have ever spoken with. She is quite personable and made the process of scheduling various appointments and acquainting myself with Dr. Yerukhim much easier. I was rather nervous for the process, but Dr. Yerukhim was incredibly proficient and was able to complete my earring hole repair procedure within the hour. It was completely painless, though he constantly made sure that I was comfortable and not experiencing any pain. He played some music for me which kept my mind occupied while performing the procedure. The staff has been extremely nice each visit I have had, and Dr. Yerukhim has gotten me in and out in a productive amount of time. I am still in the healing process for another month or so, but I can already tell my earring holes will be fully repaired, and he’ll be able to pierce them to look brand new. This is a surgical procedure I had wanted done for a long time and something I had always been insecure about since first tearing my earring holes many years ago, so I am beyond appreciative he was able to do this! I can’t wait to wear earrings again without having to worry about my obscenely large holes. Thank you so much Dr. Yerukhim and staff!

I can't even express fully how amazing this doctor and his staff are. Incredible customer service. Appointments are scheduled for my convenience and I have had no problems with waiting. The doctor is normally right on time. The one incident where he was running behind the staff was informative of the situation and it was only about 5 minutes. And of course the doctor, as professional as he is, sincerely apologized. When I have had an emergency and needed to be seen sooner, they were very accommodating to me and worked me into the already busy schedule. This doctor not only found my cancer but surgically removed it. A precise, patient and thorough surgery that lasted 8 hours. Any questions I had were always answered and surprisingly I understood the information given to me because they all spoke to me as if I were part of the family. I will forever be grateful to this doctor and highly recommend him to anyone in need. This doctor and staff work wonders together and I'll never be able to thank them enough.

Read this!! Stay far away. He "slipped" in my surgery.... on my face. He put a screw directly into one of the breaks not allowing it to heal after 14 months while wedging the break apart! Another plate abuted a nerve. He also left part of the mesh sticking up in my eye socket and had to be cut back. I addressed concerns for months after the surgery and yerukhim kept saying he is "sorry (I'm) going through this." Never an apology for what he did. Just "sorry (I'm) going through this." But he assured me with confidence that the pain was not from surgery and he would be willing to do another surgery... another surgery after "slipping"..... You avoid the facts. It's in the surgery report that you "slipped"!! You call it "feeling that way." Nope. Yerukhim did all of these things. He maintained a deflation of responsibility. Do NOT use dr. Yerukhim. My opinion, he should be stripped of his license base on how he has dealt with the "complications" after my surgery alone. Not to mention the complications themselves during surgery... I've had a dozen visits since the surgery and Yurekhim NEVER addressed the "slip"... not, once. He also didn't not things we discussed. Nothing would make me more uncomfortable that stepping foot in that office again. It took a Google review to get his office to address this giant elephant.... so much for your "collaborated approach with the patient for the best possible outcome." don't let this man under your skin.... pre surgery he said there would be "a small incision. You'll hardly ever notice it." After surgery he said "I basically had to filet your eye open." ????

He came to see Dr. Yerukhim for an ear infection and he took one look at his nose and said "Can you breathe out of that thing?" Staff was very nice, but I was very disappointed to learn that in my 3 visits (none of which came to a conclusion) of him just looking in my nose, that I was having a 'procedure' each time and charged accordingly. Beware, if he uses the device with a light on the end of it to look in your nose that it will be considered a procedure and not included in your office visit. Surprise bills are never fun!

I will say that the staff is very friendly and welcoming. My son loved the therapy dog they have. However you can very much tell the doctor is not a fan on working with children. He had very little patience and very little understanding of how my child felt. You could see it all over the doctors face he does not want to treat children. He looked genuinely annoyed every time my 5yr old squirmed. Well your cleaning out his ears. The tongue depressor genuily scares my kid and the doctor continuously tried to use it even as my child cried. If you took the time to back up and see that my kid will open as big as ya want if you get that thing out of his face. But instead the doctor just got annoyed. If you have small children I do not recommend this place. I will not be taking my son back. The only reason they are getting a two star is because of the friendly staff he has.

Best service I ever received from a EMT in my life ,I never felt nerves or worried that maybe this time it would be a push out the door .the staff is 100% in my book I will keep Dr Michael Yerukhim I gave his staff a short times others I called that ER referred could not take me and it was a simple procedure just to remove this item from my nose that stops the bleeding it would’ve taken anybody possibly less than five minutes one place I called was actually rude I will not mention their name because I don’t want people lose their faith and some doctors but I will definitely see Michael again and the staff is wonderful take it from me I am a very picky patron and when I want something done I want the very best I have the insurance and I want the best and the staff took their time with me it was not a rush job they made me feel that they wanted to see me again in the future should I have any And to me that’s what a true professional office does when you look for medical advice do you want the very best and you want to make sure that you’re getting the best that they can do for you and also have other situation is that it may arise then they can take care of that too I will definitely go back for whatever I need and I’m asking you that I reading this I say what I mean I mean what I say thank you and U-Haul have a wonderful blessed day

I used to suffer terrible sinus issues every time the weather waivered, resulting in multiple sinus infections each year. Dr. Yerukhim started out with a few tests and lower level remedies. After they failed to fully address my issues he did a balloon procedure to open my sinus cavities and it has changed my life. Where I used to dread the weather getting better for a brief weekend knowing a week or longer of feeling run down and discombobulated I now breeze through and get to enjoy my life.
