I required facial surgery, not once, but twice. Both times Dr Kayser and his staff were pleasant, professional, and understanding. I was nervous about having two scars on my forehead, but Dr Kayser did such elegant work that they are nearly invisible. Thank you for such good experiences and great results!

Very professional, warm, kind, and compassionate. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. kayser in my adult life as well as when I was a child. He attached my finger after a freak accident and you can hardly tell any type of trauma occurred. As an adult, he perfected the procedure performed and I couldn't be more pleased. First off, I'd like to say, being a Registered Nurse for 21 yrs, I'm "very picky" about my doctors I choose to see for any kind of medical care. I consider Dr Kayser, part of my "A" TEAM I have put together for getting me through one of my most shocking, and most devastating times in my life! I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in December 2008. (both breasts). I under-went a double mastectomy with another plastic surgeon at the time. I was so focused on stopping the cancer from spreading, that I didn't realize how difficult it would be to a women to lose both breasts at that time. I felt like I was in puberty again, with no breasts, and my self esteem was gone. I felt like "Humpty Dumpty" being put together again. As time went on, I was having difficulty with my right breast. (the one that had the most cancer in). The right breast kept herniating, even with breast implants. I gave the other plastic surgeon a chance to repair it, but it kept doing the same thing months later. Very frustrated, I talked to my other Nurse Friends, who recommended Dr Kayser! :) He was a breath of fresh air to this situation! Dr Kayser was so professional, calming, and up on the latest procedures. He was able to do the "Fat Grafting" procedure to this ongoing problem in my right breast, that seemed almost impossible to repair. I am delighted to say that, for the first time, it brings tears to my eyes, that my breasts feel like breasts once again. To a person in remission nearly 5 yrs of Breast Cancer, that's HUGE, and never thought it could EVER be!!! HATS OFF to DR KAYSER!!! As they say: "Don't ever quit your day job" I sincerely mean it! Dr Kayser is wonderful! I'm convinced there is not a better plastic surgeon anywhere. I had a dbl masectomy and Dr. Kayser did my reconstruction perfectly! My breasts are actually BETTER than what they were before the cancer! He is truly a miracle worker and so kind and compassionate!! I truly can't say enough about Dr. Kayser and his practice, even his assistants are so kind and always accommodating! If you need a plastic surgeon for any reason, Dr. Kayser will amaze you!!

I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my experience with Dr. Kayser. I had made a consultation for a breast augmentation and of course I was nervous however Dr. Kayser was very confident in his work and right away I could see that I was in good hands. The staff was also very kind and reassuring when it came to picking the right size. However, a couple days after deciding and scheduling my surgery I was having second thoughts about what size I wanted and he was more than happy to allow me to visit a second time to look over my options. When it came to the actual procedure everything went amazing. My recovery was a lot faster than I expected and within a few days I was back at work with minimal pain. It has been about six months since my surgery and overall my experience was great and I would defiantly recommend Dr. Kayser!

I was referred to Dr. Kayser for my breast augmentation surgery by a friend who had the same surgery done by him. My experience with Dr. Kayser and his staff at Image by Design by far surpassed my expectations. The moment I met him I felt comfortable and at ease. He explained my options and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. When I left my consultation, I knew he was the one. The morning of surgery I was very nervous since this was the first procedure I'd ever had. The staff at the surgery center were great. Dr. Kayser met with me before surgery and I felt much more relaxed. I was reminded that I had made the right choice. The surgery went very smooth and he did a phenomenal job. I went from a small A to a full C and they look natural and very proportioned to my body. Thank you to Dr. Kayser and his staff for wonderful experience.

From my very first appointment, Dr. Kayser and his staff were exceptional. I had a lower face and neck lift and couldn't be more pleased!! No more jowls, saggy chin or cords. I actually have cheekbones!! It's taken 10-15 years off my face!!! :) I wish I would have done it sooner!!! I am not someone who rushes into something like this……its my face for pete's sake!!! I did extensive research before making my appointment with Dr. Kayser. He took the time to patiently answer all my questions and concerns and I made the appointment to have my surgery just a couple weeks later. I went to St. John's Hospital which was a little less expensive. Surgery went fine and I was pretty well sedated in the hospital to where I was comfortable. Quite honestly, I really had very, very minimal discomfort. Spent the night in the hospital and came home the next day. I was prescribed Valium but used it only once. I do have a recommendation, however. If you go this route, after surgery you will be very hungry because you haven't eaten for lots of hours. Take it from me, order soup or something very light. I made the mistake of ordering quesadillas or something ridiculous like that, ate very little and ended up vomiting. Because of that, the nurse gave me some anti-nausea medicine and a shot of it before I left. It gave me extremely dry mouth to where I had to drink water excessively and, in turn, when I got home I spent a few hours in the bathroom which made me anxious. Make sure you come home to a calm, quiet environment. Yes you will be swollen, however it is manageable. By the next morning I was SO MUCH better!!! Dr. Kayser was available and answered all my questions, never once making me feel like I was asking something foolish. One of which was how long will it feel like I'm wearing a mask? I had a little bruising and don't be surprised if you're numb on your cheeks near your ears for 6 months, very normal. It will be a year next month I had it done and feel and look SO MUCH YOUNGER!! Not to be too vain, but ……its a pleasure to look in the mirror…LOL. Don't make the mistake of cutting corners, going with a "medical spa". If you've been considering this, believe me, you will be extremely elated with Dr. Kayser, his staff, and your results. You will not regret one single dollar or minute you spent. Dr. Kayser and the entire staff were wonderful from the first phone call for information through my post-op appointments. The staff are well trained and can answer any question. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and needed a mastectomy. He calmly explained all of the options available for reconstruction. Then he suggested what he thought would work best for me. He made my husband and I feel very confident in our decision to choose him as my plastic surgeon. We are so happy with the results of the surgery, I wanted to look as I did before and amazingly he did just as I asked. I would highly recommend Dr. Kayser to anyone searching a plastic surgeon for any reason. He and his staff are patient and very kind but most of all very skilled.

My experience with Dr Kayser and his staff was better then i could have imagined. They were so kind and understanding and answered any questions or concerns i had. Dr Kayser made sure that we went through all my options before we made the decision that was right for me. When it came to surgery i was nervous. When Dr Kayser came in he had a big smile on his face and we talked about everything again and he calmed my nerves. Everything went great. I had a breast augment with a lift. I was told before surgery that i may need a vertical incision for the lift. During surgery he made the decision that i did not need that incision. I was very pleased that he made the decision not to give me a scar i did not need. The staff at the hospital was also amazing, they made me as comfortable as they could after surgery. I healed very well and received a beautiful delivery of flowers from Dr Kayser and his staff wishing me a fast recovery. My experience was very personal. I was so thrilled on my results and everything turned out better then i could have imagined. Dr Kayser does amazing work!!
