Dr. Kayser is amazing. I started my journey with him five years ago. I had consulted with several surgeons about a breast reduction. I was never comfortable with my breast size and was ready (thought I was) for a change. My gynecologist referred me to Dr. Kayser. So I met with Dr. Kayser in June of 2012 and he and I discussed the procedure. He said, “Deborah, I want you to wait. To get the result you want you need to lose weight and then you will feel and look great”. I wasn’t offended because Dr. Kayser was so sincere. I felt he truly cared about my health and me. All of the other surgeons were going to take my money and do the procedure – not one of them had talked to me about the future. So I began my weight loss journey. I still saw Dr. Kayser once or twice a year for Botox. I loved the Botox result. Finally November 2016 I was ready! I had lost almost 100 lbs. and now weighed 150 lbs. - the goal weight Dr. Kayser and I had set during my first visit. This is important – I live 1500 miles away in New Mexico and had been flying back and forth to see him for four and a half years. Every visit was carefully planned out and scheduled. When I met Dr. Kayser I trusted him immediately and knew he was sincere and I knew I wanted him to do my plastic surgery. I scheduled my surgery for January of 2017. I turned 50 in March and wanted to be healed by then. I opted for a breast lift, tummy tuck, and an arm lift (mastopexy, abdominoplasty, and brachioplasty). The surgery was done at Grosse Pointe Beaumont and the staff took excellent care of me. And Dr. Kayser, he gave me my ideal body! I am beyond happy with my results! I love the way I look and feel. When I look in the mirror it is amazing to see my new body. The results exceeded my expectations. I knew I was going to look good but I didn’t expect to look this FABULOUS! I have the breasts and stomach of a fit 25 year old and no more chunky arms. My new look has transformed my life. I walk and talk with a confidence that I never had before. The key part of my journey was finding the right doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Kayser and his WONDERFUL staff. I could write another page on how caring and supportive they all have been. Thank you Dr. Kayser for having the vision and surgical skill to give me the body I love!

Dr. Kayser is amazing!! He was the 4th consultation I had for breast augmentation and I knew he would be my surgeon before leaving the office. Kind, welcoming, patient, and understanding are just a few words I could use to describe him. His staff was wonderful as well! My results were amazing and the follow up/aftercare was phenomenal! Had a procedure a while back in which the office/hospital staff were very pleasant, but I am not at all happy with the results. Had a breast lift (my chest was not big to begin with) and followed instructions to the letter but my post-op results looked about the same as before. When I mentioned that they looked like they were drooping significantly after 2 weeks he was like, "oh no, they look fine" until he measured himself; but was still apathetic. At the next appointment a couple of months later he mentioned something like, if I were to redo them blah blah blah or if you get a reduction...blah blah blah. Incredible! Dr. Kayser wants you to look and feel your best. He wants to enhance your natural beauty- not change you! He's meticulous and listens to your every concern. He truly is an artist and I could not be happier with my results. I just wish his office was closer!!! Also, the finance aspect of it was easy. I even ended up with a refund for a additional procedure we did not do. They took care of everything! The other staff was good too. Some of the girls at the front desk could maybe be a little more "happy" sounding lol but no biggie

Dr. kayser and his team are very professional and knowledgeable in the field of cosmetic surgery and reconstructive surgery. I had a breast reduction and lift in 2009 and fast forward 8 years my breast are still exceeding my expectations. I look amazing! Perfect cup size and minimal scars. I will be utilizing Dr. Kayser in the near future for another cosmetic procedure.

Dr. Kayser is hands down one of the best plastic surgeons around today! My experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. I had a breast lift with implants, tummy tuck and liposuction to my flanks in April 2016. I was very scared to have this procedure done because I wasn't sure how things would turn out and Dr. Kayser and his staff met with me multiple times before my procedure to ensure that I would go into the operating room without feeling uneasy. The thing that sold me on Dr. Kayser was his patience and compassion for me and I knew without a doubt that he isn't just in the business for the money. I had a few surgeries in the past due to health concerns and I had great doctors for those procedures but one thing that stood out to me about Dr. Kayser was that he offered to say a prayer before my procedure. My results are phenomenal! My breasts look amazing and my silicone breast implants look very natural. My tummy tuck looks amazing as well. My scars are barely visible. If I had to do this procedure all over again, I would travel across the country just to have Dr. Kayer as my surgeon a million times! I can't say enough good things about my experience. I know someone that had breast implants and a tummy tuck by Dr. Kayser and her results were great as well. That's how I found him.

Dr. Kayser is very professional and has a great energy about him. He makes you feel so comfortable. His staff is very warm and professional! I had a facial mole removed, and Dr. Kayser did a fabulous job. The scar is in my "smile line," so it is barely noticeable. It has only been 2 months and the scar is faded such that it looks like it's been 6 months or more. The staff was great also. I couldn't be more thankful I found Dr. Kayser! I can't tell you how much research I did and how many consultations I wasted money on before I listened to a friend who referred me to Dr. Kayser. He is so kind, so understanding and during my first appointment made sure I was doing my procedure for the right reasons by reassuring me that there wasn't anything wrong with the way I looked now. After two kids and loss of my chest volume I decided to go through with a breast augmentation surgery. Even the day of my appointment I wasn't 100% sure what size was right for me so Dr. Kayser brought several options and ended up making the final decision for me based on my muscle coverage and natural measurements. I was so confident in his experience and professional opinion that I went into my surgery not even knowing exactly what size would be used and I could not be happier with the natural and beautiful results. If this is your first time just save all the time researching and money spent going to multiple consultations and book with Dr. Kayser. His staff is just as friendly and welcoming as he is and, Denise specifically, was an unbelievable help and very knowledgeable. I had an amazing experience from consultation to surgery and I know you will too! Oh and I should mention that my scars are nothing but a fine line and will likely just disappear completely! I am so thrilled with every step of my entire experience at Image By Design. Sorry for the lengthy review but I just want to let everyone who reads this know how genuine this review is and how I am writing it in the hopes that girls like me who have never done anything like this or don't know where to start know that you have found the right place.

What an amazing doctor with amazing staff. I had breast augmentation with Dr. Kayser and I have never been happier. They look wonderful, I feel great and the whole office works with you to make you feel cared for and comfortable. They make you feel like you are their only patient from consult to follow-ups after surgery (and I know he is a very busy and popular surgeon). I was diagnosed with Stage 0 breast cancer in August 2015. My surgeon recommended I consult with Dr. Kayser before my lumpectomy, which my family and I did. He and his staff were very friendly and warm, offered options and calmed our anxieties, as well as being professional. Dr. Kayser performed a mastopexy, inserted the expanders after the double mastectomy and finally the silicone implants. At every appointment, he took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns that I had written down in my pink spiral notebook. Choosing the right doctor at a time like this can be very difficult, but I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Kayser as part of my team! I would recommend him highly.

I have been seeing Dr. Kayser for years. He did my breast lift, and tummy tuck. Years later I had implants, and I had skin cancer removed. People are amazed when they see how minimal my scars are, how tone my stomach looks, (I have a bad back and don't workout), and my breast look amazing!. My husband was so pleased because they feel and look very natural. I also go there for my skincare. I love the products and they attention I get there. People compliment me on my skin all the time, even strangers. You will not find an office full of barbie doll, plastic looking women, but naturally beautiful women. Dr. Kayser will be honest with you and tell if you don't need a procedure. He's not a pushy salesman.That's what I love about him. It is easy to get caught up in criticizing yourself, when I stop in and see Dr. Kayser and tell him I think I need a procedure he takes the time to tell me my options, and make me feel beautiful no matter what my choice. If it's something I don't need he tells me that he doesn't think I need it and why. Plus he doesn't operate out of his office like some of them others out there, (just trying to make more money), he puts the patients safety first. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!!

I met Dr. Kayser 17 years ago. After having two children I was completely flat chested, actually inverted. I wanted breast augmentation, but was really afraid to do so. I was so worried about looking natural, and not overdone. He listened to my concerns, and gave me the look and, confidence I wanted for my body. Dr. Kayser did a wonderful job. I couldn't have been happier. These saline implants only have a life span of 10-12 years. 17 Years later I had a leak in one implant. Now in my 50's, I went back to my favorite Doctor to have my breast implant exchanged. I couldn't believe how easy it was to have done. There was no pain, or stress involved. I had complete confidence in Dr. Kayser, and his staff. He is the most caring, kind, and understanding Doctor I have been to. I highly recommend him for any plastic surgery. You are in VERY capable, and caring hands with Dr. Kayser.

I immediately felt comfortable from the moment I stepped in the office for my first consultation and I ended up booking my surgery that same day because I knew I would be in good hands. The scariest part about plastic surgery is finding a good surgeon that you can trust. I did not know who to go to. I read many reviews online and did my research. Based on reviews, Dr. Kayser was one of my first choices. I then asked a friend of mine who had the same procedure done, who she had gone too. When she told me the she and another friend of hers as well, went to Dr. Kayser and were very pleased with there results, I decided that he must be the one. I am sooooo happy with my results! I absolutely love Dr. Kaiser and his staff. From the moment you walk in the door to the minute you leave, you feel at home. The Office is very cozy and decorated beautifully. The staff always asked if you need anything and puts you in a relaxed mood. Dr. Kaiser is always on time, and very efficient in explaining what he is doing when he is doing it. he makes me feel so comfortable. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone but him. I also plan on going to him for my rhinoplasty in the future. Until the nose, I will continue to go there for maintenance on Botox and fillers.
