I received a breast reduction/lift from Doctor Greer in September. Before my surgery I was a 32DDD/FF and I’m only 5 foot. The weight took a major toll on my back, neck and shoulders. After having a baby I knew I needed to get a consult for a reduction and lift. Doctor Greer listened to all of my needs and wants and put ME first. My recovery was amazing and I’m very pleased with my end result. I can work out without pain and shop at target for bras without special ordering things. If you are considering this procedure, DO IT! My body finally feels proportionate and Its changed my life. I have Greer Plastic Surgery to thank for making me feel the best I’ve ever felt.

Dr Greer is not only a talented doctor, but she is a very caring person. She and her staff are supportive and accommodating with follow up visits. I was nervous before my procedure, but I would definitely trust her if I needed something else in the future.

I just want to start off by saying that Dr. Greer and the staff at her office are beyond amazing. When I first came in for a consultation I was unsure about if I would go forward with the procedure I was wanting to have done because I didn’t know what to expect and how the recovery would be. Dr. Greer explained everything so nicely and gave explanations of what to expect. After the first appointment I had, I knew I wanted her to do the procedure. The appointment I had before my surgery Dr. Greer explained what to expect again and gave me her cell number because she was going to call me the night of my surgery to check in on me, which I thought was so nice. She really does care for her patients and she for sure shows that. I was able to text her about any questions I had while recovering which helped a lot to ease any anxiety. Recovery for a breast reduction was not what I expected at all, in a good way! I went home the same day and didn’t have any drains. Recovery was very manageable and the results I received are better than I imagined. In the future, if I need anything done I will definitely be going back to Dr. Greer!

I am a little over one year post-op and I am still thankful for the assistance of Dr. Greer and her team. I have no idea what bra size I was before, as I could never find one that just fit properly... I'm assuming maybe a G cup? I'm only 5'3 and not only was it aesthetically disproportionate but it was causing pain in my neck, shoulders, and back. Our goal was a C cup and due to sister sizing, I can comfortably where a C or D cup. Instantly felt lighter after waking up, recovery was simple. Absolutely do not overdue lifting etc because I did and injured my shoulder slightly, which took at least 6 months to feel better. I actually had a harder fatty deposit that developed in my left breast (which is listed as something that could potentially happen when you have larger breasts) and Dr. Greer did everything she could to dissolve the hardened area. Also, a side effect is loss of feeling, and I unfortunately have this as well but still hope that it may come back. Even with these issues that I was well aware would be a risk with the surgery, I would still do it again because I feel and look so much better post surgery. Dr Greer was phenomenal in office and in surgery, and was helpful and kind throughout the entire process and after.

Dr.Greer and her staff are AMAZING! They all went above and beyond, from helping with insurance to the procedure and after. The morning of the surgery, breast reduction. I was scared and from the minute Dr. Greer came in to mark me up. I felt a calm come over me. I knew at the first consult that I trusted her, but that morning really confirmed it! I am beyond happy and amazed at my results. When I was looking for a surgeon. I found Dr. Greer and seen a lot of her work. I drove about 4 hrs to her.
