My consultation appointment was for 11:45pm. I waited and... waited and... waited. Went out to the lobby at 1:30pm to inform staff I was leaving. As apologetic as they were I was annoyed by then and did not care for them to “grab the Dr.” My time is just as important as theirs. Appointments are made for a reason- to see client/patient for that time! Not impressed.

The Cole clinic is a clean and welcoming environment. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and professional. I have had great success with my laser treatments and would recommend it to anyone looking to explore the options of laser hair removal (they offer many other services as well).

just unprofessional...the staff were on the ball and very polite..doctor never got to meet cause of being so backed up and late..waited 45 minutes past my appointment time and still no doctor. I had too leave cause of other appointment I had to be at other wise probably would have waited over an hour to talk to dr cole..I will not be returning to this office or this doctor..

I called the clinic to book an appointment for hair transplant. They made me an appointment, then they cancelled and re-booked me for another appointment for another month then they called me again to change the appointment date, and today they called again for the third time to change my appointment. Waste of time, no respect for people's time at all. Their excuse is "doctor's schedule has changed"

First consultation was booked for 1.15pm. The consultation didn’t start until 2pm, meaning that we were simply waiting in silence for 45 min. No one apologized, no one called to inform us that the doctor was running late. Disrespect towards your clients’ time - one of the worst things you can allow your business to have.

I had three moles removed. Dr Cole told me he would cut them out and use stiches. He told me to do that and not go for laser. He told me this way would heal better without any hole or major scar. Months later they are still red with scaring. And I'm not happy how they look at all. Don't go to him to have any mole removed... This cost me 700...

I am a Detroiter. I first investigated the Michigan surgical options before crossing the border on a friend’s suggestion and met with Doctor Cole. Not only was he 25% cheaper than what they wanted in Michigan, but I felt I got a better experience. He spent a great deal of time planning lines and structuring the implants to give me the maximum benefit with the most natural look. Even my stylist thinks it is one of the best replacements she has seen. I’ve been to both his Windsor (Essexville) and London office and found the staff caring, competent, and responsive. When I met with Dr. Cole, I found him responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. If anything, he under-promised. I am delighted with the results. Their aftercare has been great as well. This past Friday, I happened to be in London for another matter and called over to the office out of the blue to get a minor refill. Dr. Cole made time to see me even though I had no expectation that he would do so. He is great guy and the staff make you feel more like at a regular at your favorite restaurant than a patient.

The transplant itself went very smoothly. It has now been a week and everything is going exactly as he said it would. Had some tenderness for the first few days at the donar site and some itching on top of the head. Great job!

We initially considered a Toronto location but the cost would have been more than double the price not to mention inconvenient to get to.
