Dr. Leedy and his staff truly changed my life. I know that may sounds dramatic, but it’s true! I had my children young (20), I was very small weight and frame wise. I gained almost 60 ibs and after I gave birth had the saggiest tummy ever. It was such a challenge for me to love myself throughout those years and I knew as soon as I could afford it I would want to get a tummy tuck to tighten everything back up! I researched doctors often during those 10 years, seeing maybe before and after that i knew would leave me disappointed! I left my consult that day and booked my procedure for a month later as soon as I got home (they had a cancelation. Long story short. Choose him. You won’t regret it! And no one encouraged me to write this. I’m actually writing my review a year post op and I just felt so inclined to because I look in the mirror and love my stomach so much, and I want someone who was like me...scared and unsure to take the leap, because it’s truly life changing!! Many years ago I reviewed Dr. Leedy's work for breast augmentation and I hoped one day I would be able to have the surgery. Finally the time came and I made a consultation. As I write this it has been about three months since my surgery and I am so happy. Doctor Leedy is knowledgeable about what he feels is best for the patient to receive the greatest outcome because he is well experienced in his work. The day of surgery was a flawless experience from check in with the kind receptionist to the discharge nurse who wheeled me out to my ride home. I was also very comfortable and not in pain. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Leedy and his staff. They are very personal, friendly and respectful. My first consult was amazing! I left with questions answered, a photo of my possible "after" and the cost of the procedure. My pre-op appointment was great too! I received a BBL & Tummy Tuck and I'm only about 6 weeks post OP and I'm finally feeling better as far as pain. I'm happy with my results so far. I still have a little swelling on my sides and lower abdomen but it's going down slowly but surely. My butt looks really natural and not " Over done". The staff and Dr. Leedy are always available with an concerns, which is a plus. I researched a surgeon for 2 yrs until I found Dr. Leedy, he was voted the best surgeon in Ohio and I looked further into his background, all the way to the high school and college he attended. ????. (He was Valedictorian in highschool I read somewhere). Now as far as pain, the tummy tuck was SUPER painful!. You will need around the clock care, to help you lay down, get up, go to the bathroom, etc. Also, I wish I received the ibuprofen and percocet the first time because by me only having percocet, I needed to take 2 every 4 hours and I was only prescribed 25 so I went through them fast. But 1 IB & 1 Percocet does just fine, that way you can stay on top of the pain without using them up so fast. But I was in pain for a month, to where I needed pain medicine everyday. You will still have to eat the right way, and workout after, to maintain and be exactly where u want to be. I'm happy with my choice and feel so much better about myself, considering I was so depressed about my body. Thank you

So for the last 2 years I’ve contemplated getting this surgery done. Who, how much is this going to cost, how long will I miss work? Dr. Leedy is really one the few cosmetic surgeons I would consider going to for a cosmetic procedure. I have had some awful experiences with a couple of them in the Cleveland area. I was a bit nervous thinking that my surgery for a tummy tuck and liposuction might not go well. But, after meeting the Doctor you can tell he knows exactly what the patient needs. Dr. Leedy is a perfectionist. Honestly, I have the most tiny scar from the incision and it has not even been 6 months yet. The scar will gone within the first year. There were no complications and he explained everything - every step very clearly. I am thrilled with the result. s He is patient and knows that it is a big decision. He doesn't try to push you into making a decision. I cannot see myself going to any other surgeon now at all. I truly think he can do any procedure with expert precision. If you are considering any cosmetic surgery or procedures, I highly recommend a consult with Dr. Leedy. He is becoming THE physician to go to and is getting booked up quickly. Also, his staff is great. They are very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Some cosmetic surgeons offices are very superficial and cold and all about the $$ and not warm and caring. I contacted Dr. Leedy approximately three years ago inquiring about gynecomastia surgery, a male breast reduction procedure. He and his staff were very friendly and allowed me to feel quite comfortable during the consultation. After waiting a couple years I reached out to Dr. Leedy again via email. His response was extremely prompt considering I contacted him on a Sunday evening. After going in for an updated consultation, my surgery was scheduled within a month. All pre op appointments were very accommodating to my work schedule. The surgery itself went without any complications, and lasted only a few hours. It was a same day procedure and I went home that afternoon. All post op instructions were made very clear and understandable. Each follow up appointment the staff were equally as kind as prior appointments. The recovery was much quicker than I anticipated and I was back into my regular workout routines within three weeks. The transformation not only improved my physical appearance, but eliminated the tenderness and pain I endured on a daily basis. Almost 20 years ago I had weight loss surgery. I am proud to say that I have maintained keeping the weight off. About 6 years ago I started the process of having my excess skin removed. My first surgery, abdominal, was performed in Atlanta (where I was living). I was so happy with the results that it left me wanting to do a complete body transformation by having all the remaining extra skin removed. When I moved to Cleveland a few years ago I was ready to have a thighplasty procedure. This is when I first met Dr. Jason Leedy. I was referred to Dr Leedy when the surgeon from my 2004 breast augmentation surgery retired. During the past 5 years I have had 2 pregnancies and nursed both children. During the beginning of my second child’s nursing I noticed my right breast seemed “smaller” than usual. I went to see Dr Leedy who confirmed that the breast had a leak. I really wanted to nurse my child at least a year. He recommended that I wait an additional 6 months more after stopping nursing to have surgery. That way everything would be as close to normal for the surgery. The entire staff and himself were very gracious during that time period for me. So the time finally arrive January 4 2016 to “fix” my deflated breast. Dr Leedy did an amazing job. I really appreciated the staff at the hospital who spoke very highly of him. They said, they do not know exactly what he does but his patients always do great after the surgery. That was piece of mind for me seeing this was my second surgery. I will admit, 10 years after my first surgery, I was indeed good afterwards. Actually better than my first surgery. Dr Leedy and his entire staff are amazing. They are knowledge and professional on all accounts. I highly recommend them.

The entire time he and his staff treated me like a queen. One of the nurses held my hand and was so reassuring as I was put to sleep. This was actually the first time I woke up without being sick from the anesthesia. His staff is phenomenal. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to assist me. There is not one person I have come in contact with who knew Dr. Leedy that didn’t speak about him and his staff with the utmost respect. And, above all Dr. Leedy is TOP NOTCH IN MY BOOK!! Dr. Leedy and his staff are very caring, great with follow-up, and compassionate. I have been a little high anxiety with the anticipation of my surgery and needed about 3 consults to decide exactly what I was going to do after making a deposit. Each time, Dr. Leedy and his staff were gracious and understanding (although, my patience with my anxiety was running thin LOL). I'll update with my surgical experience after the 25th. Though, as stated, I don't anticipate this rating changing. I feel extremely comfortable moving forward with Dr. Leedy and believe I will have the best outcome with my results. When I called the office for a consultation I felt like I was rushed and did not feel welcome. I mentioned the free consultation I saw on the Real Self website and was immediately told that was an old promotion and they would not honor it. The waiting room was tiny and the staff acted as if I weren’t there. When I was called back for the consultation I was given a before and after book and waited for the doctor to come in which felt like forever. He explained very little about the procedure and when I asked questions he looked at me dumbfounded and would ask what I meant by my question. He only offered limited procedures for augmentation and said he would only do the incision under the breast. When I was shown the implants I wasn’t able to hold them and get the “feel” of what they felt like. When I felt like I chose the best option for me the doctor left the room and the coordinator came in and went over the financial information and made me feel rushed to make a decision right then and there. I was one of the last appointments of the day and they forgot to give me my 3D image results. If they forgot something that simple what else would be forgotten? I went elsewhere and am very happy I made the decision of not choosing this office.

I saw Dr. Leedy for a repair of my original implants. I was having multiple issues (pain, double bubble, muscle irregularity). He removed my old implants, sutured the pocket to the rib cage to create a natural breast fold, and corrected the muscular issues. Not only has the pain gone away but the new look is a dramatic change from the original look. Based on what my last surgeon told me, I honestly didn't think they even could look this good. I cannot say enough positive things about him, his talent, or the office staff. Everyone is incredibly kind and friendly and go out of their way to accommodate schedules and surgery dates. Received a total face lift on May 14th and am extremely pleased with the outcome even at this early stage. My face is still swollen but the feeling is coming back, my neck is still numb under my chin. Some small red bruising under each cheekbones no more black and blue. Amazing how fast The healing process is going. The incisions have scabbed and they are falling off. Was greeted at the door by a friendly surgical team member right on time. Dr Jason Leedy came in a short time later and my feelings were hesitation as well as excitement. He asked " Are you excited?" I responded "You seem more excited than me. There was an unmistakable passion in him that absolutely shone through him and it elevated my spirits. Met the anesthesiologist who questioned me thoroughly regarding my medical history. He had a way of soothing me. I got a true sense of a very tight knit group working extremely well with each other. This is a team that not only enjoy what they do but truly enjoy seeing the results of their craft. Was still given time for any further questions, had none, they had already been thoroughly addressed. The day after surgery (Saturday) Dr. Leedy pulled into the parking lot promptly at 2 o clock. I was very impressed this leading plastic surgeon who is also respectful and considerate of my time (as it should be). When was the last time you had s scheduled appointment and the doctor came into the room on time. More than likely you sat in that room waiting for at least 15 minutes before the doctor showed up. From my initial consultation, surgery, pre op, post op, numerous call backs with new questions never was rushed through. Every single person I interfaced with was extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. This is a top notch organization and am so happy with the entire experience.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I was caught off guard and thought I'd prepare someone else who may be in my shoes. I went in for a consult about breast augmentation and he tried to upsell me with a tummy tuck. I asked to clarify if I had enough skin for that and he said yes. I have struggled with BDD in the past so this suggestion turned my brain upside down. I posted photos on a plastic surgery website where most of the doctors responded that I do not even have the skin to tuck. Others suggested possibly a mini tuck. I understand he is there to make money but please be aware. He and his staff were all very polite.

Cool Sculpting was the worse experience ever! The skin the machine sucked out never retracted. I have an impression of the machine on my thighs and they rub for the first time in 62 years. I had never undergone any form of surgery before my breast augmentation with Dr. Leedy, so needless to say I was nervous about what my experience would be like. I researched countless doctors for weeks and after making the decision to have a consultation with Dr. Leedy, I left feeling completely confident that he would be the best possible surgeon for me. From the initial appointment to my last follow-up several months post-op, I have had nothing but an exceptionally positive experience with Dr. Leedy and his entire staff. I am 5'4" 105 lbs and was a 34A/B. I was seeking a very natural look and wanted to be a full C. In consulting with Dr. Leedy and reviewing several different options for me, we decided on 250cc silicone implants. It was extremely helpful having my 3D simulation pictures done to make the decision process easier along with implant sizers to take home with me. We were able to schedule my surgery for the following month, and on the day of my procedure I walked in feeling completely educated, confident, and calm. Throughout the entire experience I was most impressed by the level of care taken after my surgery. I had a full abdominoplasty with a butt augmentation June of 2014 My first time meeting him was due to a referral from a friend, I was very nervous. Dr. Leedy was very kind, open minded, and genuinely cared about what I wanted. Though my expectations where unrealistic, he did not take my money and make me believe he was going to preform a miracle. He opened my eyes to a realistic attainable and safe expectation. After meeting with 3 surgeons for consultations I decided to Explant and lift with Dr. Leedy. He and the office staff are very nice and compassionate. You will see that Dr. Leedy is obviously skilled when you look at all of his before and afters. My surgery went great. I felt more comfort in having the surgery in a hospital as opposed to a surgery center, the hospital staff was amazing, and I left the hospital just hours after arriving with very little discomfort. My recovery was much easier than I expected. Most Importantly.. He masterfully made my breasts look much better without implants than they did with! I have no loss of nipple sensation, I am symmetrical, and perky again! I should mention that he was not the surgeon who had initially put the implants in. I'm almost two months post explant, the scarring is minimal and many of the BII symptoms that I had with the implants have already resolved! Best decision I've ever made! If you're considering Breast Augmentation research Breast Implant Illness and know the risks beforehand. If you're considering Explant of your implants I would highly recommend Dr.Leedy!

Way beyond expectations! I had a tummy tuck and couldn't be happier. First, the consultation and pre-op visits were great -- no pressure or judgment. Dr. Leedy and his staff took their time to make sure that we were all on the same page and that my questions were answered. Next, the surgery: Dr. Leedy does his surgery at Marymount. I felt confident knowing that if anything went wrong, I was at a Cleveland Clinic hospital. The surgery was faster than expected and I was able to go home right away without complications. My scar and belly button were beautifully cut -- imagine the best "after" picture you see online -- that's the reality. Of course, the recovery is a slow process that takes weeks, but Dr. Leedy has been super helpful the entire time. I have regular follow-up appointments and he always takes as much time as needed to answer all of my questions. The care at these appointments has been great, as well. For example, when he removed my drains, there was NO pain and I felt nothing (I'd heard that hurts a lot if done improperly), and at every stage of recovery, I've gotten better faster than the benchmarks I'd read about online. Next, the price. What I loved about this was that there were no hidden charges. Everything was included: insurance in case anything went wrong, all the follow-up care, and all of the supplies (scar cream, alcohol wipes, wraps for the wounds, etc). I didn't have to buy any post-op supplies for those critical first couple of weeks and was able to just go home and rest. I'm one month post-surgery now. The scar keeps getting smaller and looking smaller every day. If you're like me, you're probably very concerned about how the scar will heal after your surgery. Don't worry: Dr. Leedy is a great choice if you want to have the best possible scar. I love my new look, or actually, my old look, because I feel like I'm back exactly to where I was before I had children. Thank you, Dr. Leedy!

This review is long overdue. I have been thinking about getting a labiaplasty since I was a teenager, but was always afraid. I felt uncomfortable talking about it, I definitely felt uncomfortable showing and most of all it was uncomfortable and slightly painful. Fast forward 20 years, it is pinching more and so uncomfortable when I sat down different or walked for along time, just because of the pinching, which then made it burn and again still conscientious about it. I researched for about two years and finally made the decision to go with Dr. Leedy and I am so glad I did. The staff was so kind I cannot even explain their kindness. During the initial, Dr. Leedy respected my inability to talk about it and respected my personal space...which may I add is hard when we are talking about a labiaplasty. But he knew. On surgery day I was terrified, the pre-op lady was incredible and even the anesthesiologist came out and held my hand while he was talking to me and explaining that he was going to take care of me and he did. Post-op was a little painful, it was definitely a burning sensation and I was uncomfortable (but I am a type A personality and I believe I just feel everything so much more because I over analyze, or I am just wimpy!) I definitely rested for a little while, but noticed that if I did not baby the incision and kept it moving it seemed to heal quicker, that and a Tylenol/Ibuprofen combo. Fast forward to current. I am sooooooo happy. I am comfortable, both mentally and physically. This was one of the best decisions, I have ever made and I cannot thank the staff at Cleveland Plastic Surgery for just being there when I needed you the most. Thank you all so much.

As a side note for the budget conscious, I was nervous about the price tag as I assumed going to a plastic surgeon’s office would be far more expensive than any of the medical spas. I used slightly more Dysport than my usual as I had a new area treated, and the cost was almost fully half of what I paid for my last treatment elsewhere.

I had a breast lift with out implants and a tummy tuck in November with Dr. Jason Leedy and while I am only 5 weeks out from both surgeries and still a work in progress (swelling) I honestly could not have asked for a better plastic surgeon to give me such excellent results. I have had sagging skin for some time now, from gaining and losing weight over the years. Last fall (2015) I decided to finally do something about it. No matter how much or what kind of exercise I did, I could not tighten the skin. I did quite a bit of searching online, reading reviews and reading up on procedures. I made a couple different consultation appointments, but I really had a feeling that Dr. Leedy was going to be the one I was going to want to go with, so I made sure to book that appointment last. I'm really glad I did. After meeting with other Dr's., and then meeting with Dr. Leedy, I felt very sure that he was the Dr. for me. First off, let me start by saying his staff..everyone on it..is top-notch. They get to know you and remember you by name. They treat you excellent overtime you visit or call. They all are very caring and sweet. The amount of time you have to wait to see the Dr. at any appointment, in my experience, has never been more than 15 minutes, but usually 5-10 minutes, which is spectacular for such a busy man. Dr. Leedy has the best bedside manner of any Dr. I've seen and I didn't feel embarrassed at all. He made me feel that he was helping me choose the right procedures based on my body's needs, not just telling me what I wanted to hear. He was very thorough in addressing any concerns I or my husband had about the procedures and healing time. Dr. Leedy was very caring and considerate in the hospital during my stay, and I absolutely loved the staff at Marymount! They were all very kind and attentive. Dr. Leedy was a great help to my husband after I was released from the hospital. He recommended we make other arrangements for a few days before going home so I could heal a little before climbing stairs because we live on the 3rd floor of an apartment. My husband had a few concerns about changing my dressings while we had to stay in a hotel for a few days after the hospital stay and even though my husband didn't want to bother the Dr outside of an appointment, Dr. Leedy answered my husband thoroughly and did not make him feel bad for contacting him. At each follow-up appointment, Dr. Leedy welcome us back and made us feel like a priority, never making us feel like the clock was ticking or like we didn't have enough time to ask questions. I was able to go back to doing some light housework, yoga and light exercise within 6-8 weeks, just as the Dr. had said. I am now a little over 5 months out from my procedures. I look and feel the best I have in my life. I thank Dr. Leedy from the bottom of my heart for all his time, patience and hard work to make this possible for me, and I am planning to schedule other procedures for later this year. I would recommend Dr. Leedy to anyone I know, and have already told people I do not really know well about him and his work. I do not benefit at all by telling people about how great I think Dr. Leedy is...it's just a residual of having such a great Dr. and great outcome from a procedure like this. I want other's to benefit like I have.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Leedy and the staff at Cleveland Plastic Surgery Institute. I had abdominoplasty completed at the beginning of June. I am 3 months post op and I could not be happier with the results! I am a smaller framed woman and I had two baby boys that were each over 8 pounds. Needless to say, I had pretty bad diastasis recti. I tried diet and exercise for two years to help close the gap but unfortunately I constantly looked 6 months pregnant.
