My experience at Cleveland Cosmetic Surgery was excellent. I was treated with respect during my entire time interacting with Dr. Diamantis and his staff. Dr. Diamantis and his staff made me feel comfortable, as this was my first ever surgery and I was nervous. My surgery was completed quickly and even after it was completed Dr. Diamantis made a point to call me and ask how I was and answer any questions I had. This is something I have yet to experience at any other facility. I recommend CCS to anyone who is looking to receive excellent surgery with amazing results in a friendly and safe environment. Especially those who are first timers and just need to talk to someone about available options and answer any of their questions / concerns.

There isn’t enough that can be said about my experience with Dr. Diamantis and his staff. They are professional, welcoming, personable, warm, knowledgable — I could go on. From the moment you walk in the door, one is greeted with a loveliness that is a rarity in an office anymore. My consults were always thorough and never felt rushed, he and his staff answered all of my questions, regardless of how far out they sounded, my fears were handled with both gentleness and honesty — I was 100% confident walking in the morning of my procedure. The transparency I was looking for in a surgeon was there in Dr. Diamantis — he spoke to the pros and possible cons I could experience from the procedure I was having. He was very upfront and direct concerning the treatment he recommended for me at this time vs. the ones I came in to speak to him about initially, which I truly appreciated. My pre and post-procedure experience were top notch from Dr. Diamantis, his office staff, his nurses and aesthetician. After only a week post-op, I feel confident that my results will get better and better than my already fantastic outcome. I really can’t recommend Cleveland Cosmetic Surgery enough.

Had my earlobes reconstructed after I had holes from where my gauges used to be. I had thought about it for years and saved up the money to do it. I saw Dr.D specialized in this (after so many calls and attempts to find a specialist in this area!) I finally found him. Not only was the surgery painless, they made me comfortable, cared for me and showed lots of compassion. I was even called by the doctor himself later that night to make sure that I was doing okay. Dr. D not only helps people gain their confidence back through his work but also had worked around the world with children with cleft palates. He has a good heart and a sharp mind! Dr. Diamantis is exceptional as well as his staff. Incredible results with a Quick Lift and Laser resurfacing. Dr D is not just a great doctor but a nice person with good energy. His whole staff is polite and very accommodating to all the questions you may have post-op. The only issue is Dr D has to live longer than me and never retire so I can return to him for maintenance for the next 20-30 years. Jk. Sort of.

As much as this office calls you to be prompt about completing paperwork, you would think they’d be prompt with scheduled appointments. Showed up 10min before appt and was told it would only be 10min before I was taken back for consultation.30min later I was still waiting with no word said to me. Meanwhile, an employee tried calling back a patient who had already been called back before I even walked in the office. I just walked out since this now would push back my entire day waiting on them to get organized. Completely disappointed

Super pumped with my new body thanks to Dr.Diamantis. I had liposuction in March and feel confident wearing a bikini this summer. I am in great shape, 2 kids later and all I needed was my tummy flatter and my thighs thinner. My results exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dr Diamantis to anyone wanting cosmetic surgery. His office is beautiful and his staff is exceptional too.

I am so happy I went with my first choice of Doctors. i had several consultation with various doctors and I felt the most comfortable with Dr. Diamantis; not only for his knowledge and over 20 years of experience; but he was truthful and extremely sincere. I had the weekendlift with the new stem cell fat transfer and I look FANTASTIC!. He told me what to expect and what my recovery would be and he exceeded my expectations. My husband say I look 15 years younger and so do my girlfriends. I made another appointment for my next procedure, liposuction. Had my first appointment today! The whole staff is amazing and beyond friendly! Ive never had work done and didn't know if botox or fillers or best for me. The staff did a wonderful job explaining the differences and why one wad better for me. Ended up leaving with botox! Best decision ever, can't wait to see results!

Had laser hair removal in the office. My first appointment was scheduled with Dr. Diamantis which I was extremely impressed with the fact that he took the time to do my treatment. All of the following treatments were done by his nurse Nicole who is extremely professional and kept things very private. The fees were very affordable and I'm signed up for the maintenance package.
