I have the worse anxiety when it comes to dentist, My visits to Graceview have been amazing, I had no anxiety at all felt very at easy, I would recommend them hands down for anyone who needs a dentist. Very reasonable pricing even worked with me for broken tooth. Even my cleaning was best I have had no sore gums at all.I will not be going anywhere else, and if you have coverage they will send away for you so that even a nice thing. Thank you all for making me feel so comfortable. Anyone who has had a bad experience must be confusing this dentistry with another. Every time I was in everyone was treated amazing. Also I am not related or friends with anyone there this is my personal experience and what I witnessed every time I was in. Thank you I will be recommending you to everyone

We were not happy our family of 3 booked same morning - 3 weeks in advance.. yet somehow there was an overbooking of 5 extra clients within same morning we were there... .with only 1 dentist and 1 technician on duty.. 2 of us were then told to re-book for another time..because of their overbooking mistake and we wouldnt be seen that morning .... As well the one family member that did get cleaning done.. had much pain in mouth afterwards.. However he had NO pain when he went in... Yeah.. We just were not happy with services

This might sound weird but I’ve never had more fun at the dentist. All the staff were super—Melissa fit me in for an appointment last minute and worked to accommodate my schedule, Jesse explained everything she did and made me feel at ease, and Dr. Osih was incredible personable and professional. She addressed all my concerns and was very thorough. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit, which I have never said about dental appointments ????

Friendly staff right from the front door - Krista, to the hygienists who put your mind at ease in the chair, including Heather. I went to this dentist and they told me I had eight cavities. I’m 34 and I’ve only ever had one cavity. The dentist drilled into my tooth and I have had much pain for the past 4 months. I had no trouble with my tooth until Graceview touched it. The owner of Graceview Dentistry is denying that they did anything wrong. I went to another dentist and they told me I had no cavities at all...the 6 other teeth the Graceview Dentistry was going to drill out are HEALTHY teeth..just stained.. Graceview Dentistry on Keil drive in Chatham drilled into a healthy tooth and I’ve had problems since January 2019 with it. It’s been an awful experience. These people are nice but when they do something wrong they deny responsibility. Also, I have spoken with an anesthesiologist about my experience and she told me that the reason I felt like I was on a rollercoaster and nauseated on the table is because the doctor put the freezing in my bloodstream. Just wanting everyone to be aware.

The level of service and care here is outstanding! Staff has always been amazing over the years. After Dr. Baggs had left, I was a bit underwhelmed, but now that Dr. Osih has stepped in, the energy and enthusiasm that seemed missing, is back. Dr. Osih takes the time to really plot out and explain the issues, and reasonably explain options and next steps. Being a technical person, I really appreciate the technological upgrades and Dr. Osih’s inclusive attitude; including staff and patient involvement.

I assume I'm like most people who have sensitivity the dentist is not the most enjoyable; however Chatham-Kent dental makes the experience very pleasant. All the staff are super welcoming and friendly! Also, my teeth sensitivity as well as my anxiety around going to the dentist has diminished significantly. I have only had the occasional filling and regular cleanings, but I would definitely highly recommend.
