Dr. Jordan and Heidi walked him through the procedure, taking the time to allow him to fully understand what they would be doing. They let him feel all of the tools they would be using as well. Brookside dentist is clean, professional, friendly and efficient. Within the last week, I have been there twice - 1st for cleaning and inspection and then to have work completed. The staff is great and makes you feel, very much at home (I know - hard to believe at a dentist right?)! The Dentists that work there are both great and I have personally met and talked with both of them. When I originally visited their office, I was looking in extracting all of my teeth and getting implants. The team at Brookside reviewed my options with me and helped me to decide to keep my teeth! Candace reassured me over the phone so much that I took the cancellation that was available in 2 hours! Patty came out to greet me with a warm welcome to Brookside. At this point I was already starting to feel less anxious. She was amazing from start to finish. Dr. Khankhet who made me feel instantly at ease was very gentle and caring. He even suggested I might not need freezing to replace my filling since my tooth wasn't sensitive. Well I went for it.....NO freezing & it was amazing! I didn't feel any pain and no annoying freezing!! Never in my life did I imagine I could do that before today! Thanks so much to everyone who made my experience at the dentist so wonderful. I'm so relieved to have found such a wonderful dental office!

I too had not been to a dentist in far too many years because I knew it was going to be painful and expensive with the damage I had done. It was neither! I was greeted warmly, made to feel at home, had a great free consultation with Dr Jordan who addressed all my issues and just made me feel better. His Assistants, Patti and Tori were dynamite. I had to go back 2 weeks later to get the work done and it was surprisingly quick and painless. I made an appointment for my husband who has had a couple rather bad dentist experiences and he was very wary - but again, they were great. I have already recommended Brookside to others and will continue to do so. When you find something that works, you stick with it. This is a great dental office. Everyone is very friendly and they are great with kids. I was just a new patient at Brookside and booked in for a root canal . Everything went well but when I woke up the morning after I was in a lot of pain from this tooth. I had begun a new infection . I called Brookside to find out how to fix it. They quickly faxed my pharmacy and I was put on antibiotics. In less than 24 hours I was.cured and no more pain. Very helpful and sympathetic I will be a patient at Brookside for a long time.

Awesome service. Heather took my x-ray and explained every option available and also broke down the cost of each procedure. They got me in for an emergency visit within an hour of calling them. Dr. Jay and Heather were very patient with my tender tooth, and made sure I was in complete comfort (tooth completely frozen) before the proceeded. They have a TV with Netflix in each room so I enjoyed watching The Office while they worked on me. To top it all off, I didn’t have insurance and they discounted some of the work they did. Extremely professional and I will be going back to them in the future.

Was here from out of town for a few days and had a dental emergency, because of course that’s when a dental emergency happens. Dr Metwally was very accommodating and was able to see me last minute. I was very pleased with the Covid prevention measures taken by the staff at Brookside. Despite this difficult time they were all pleasant and professional. I was happy to get a replacement night mouthguard that is very tiny (fits over my two upper front teeth) when other dental offices couldn't. It is so much more comfortable to wear at night than a full mouthguard.

After a bad experience with a previous dentist I gave Brookside a call. I am glad I made the call. They got me in quickly for emergency pain no questions asked. They discovered a few issues and even noticed something that the previous dentist had done incorrectly.
