(Translated) My daughter wanted to do nose surgery. Before making an appointment, I called to get information on how it works, the price and so on. The price that was given was between $ 5,000 and $ 6,700 (plus tax). Knowing the maximum price limit, we made an appointment which cost us $ 100 for consultation this in autonomous 2020. Our appointment was at 14:15, arrived before the time, the girl who manages the patients put us in the doctor's office which was full of certifications and recognitions, this for 2 hours minimum, roof only with closed door. I had to go see the person who manages the patients more than once. Finally at around 4:30 pm the doctor meets us and keeps saying that the operation is very complicated, modifying the photo of the nose with his software. He did not take the time to explain the risks, the progress of the operation ... etc .. when leaving his home the secretary takes us back to give us the price of the operation: $ 10,250 .. it exceeded the maximum limit of the transaction price which was initially given. We wasted our afternoon, $ 100, plus the frustration we experienced! Not to recommend! They are not clear, transparent and take advantage of people. (Original) Ma fille voulait faire une opération au nez. Avant de prendre rendez-vous, j’ai appelé pour avoir de l’information comment ça marche, le prix ainsi de suite. Le prix qui a été donné était entre 5000$ et 6700$( plus taxe). Sachant la limite maximale du prix, On a pris un RDV qui nous a coûté 100$ pour consultation ceci en autonome 2020. Notre RdV était à 14:15, arrivée avant l’heure, la fille qui gère les patients nous a mis dans le bureau du docteur qui était plein les murs de certifications et reconnaissances, ceci pour 2 heures minimum, toit seul à porte fermée. J’ai dû aller voir la personne qui gère les patients à plus qu’une reprise. Enfin à l’entoure de 16:30 le médecin nous rencontre et n’arrête pas de dire que l’opération est bien compliquée, en modifiant la photo du nez avec son logiciel. Il n’a pas pris le temps d’expliquer les risques, le déroulement de l’opération..ect.. en sortant de chez lui la secrétaire nous reprend pour nous donner le prix de l’opération: 10250$.. ça excédait la limite maximale du prix de l’opération qui a était donnée initialement. On a perdu notre après-midi, 100$, plus la frustration qu’on a vécu! A ne pas recommander! Il se sont pas clairs, transparents et profites des gens.

I had to hold my end to succeed in having a touch-up ... and this one told me I will operate again but I could never hear you whining .... no need to tell you how very, very uncomfortable it made me! I accept because in my opinion it was extremely missed .... second operation done ..... Extremely worse result .... to be honest I have never had so little confidence in myself .... Chin with very visible scar. middle of the chin .. hanging skin .... and my nose there is a big checkmark above and to fill that I would like to make go .... no desired result ... I mm to consult another doctor who we were surprised to see such bad results! I should have followed my intults from the first meeting. ... now I have to pay double to fix what he did to me ... and now I have to admit being very, very, very insecure about all this! I strongly advise against it ..... HE RUINED My life and self esteem. I had a rhinoplasty with him years ago to remove a hump on my nose and ended up having an unbalanced crooked nose and top of my.nose.feels rocky bones. I can't even begin to describe how much pain and inconvenience this caused me. I spent years answering people.who ask me if I got hit on my nose . A hump everyone knows is natural but rocky bone under skin looks like you've been punched. And I don't even care about people.but I don't feel good with one side of my nosestril skin lower than the other not to mention the pain. I HAD TOLD THE DOCTOR but instead of admitting to his mistake (I wasn't anesthesized properly by the way and woke up during surgery - maybe that's when I moved and he messed up) but instead of admitting to his team mistake he injected Me with collagen that got me swollen and then went down and told me it's my face it's Not even . And when I asked for revision they asked for money. Logically, if you were to pay for a revision why pay the same Doctor who messed up? THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. I don't know if I'll ever find a solution for my nose but Please PLEASE DON'T GO FOR THIS " Doctor" go for someone who specializes in ONE THING. not doing the whole thing and messing people up you've been warned.

2 weeks ago I went to pick up my friend after her surgery ( nose & chin) from dr. Fanous’s clinic, because she can’t drive right away after the surgery... I was surprised that she was awake & was having a conversation with the nurse! So I discovered that she didn’t have a general anesthesia but local anesthesia with sedation and that’s amazing because it’s much better for the health. The nurses and administration staff are very professional and friendly. Last week we went again for her follow up and I met dr. Fanous in person he is super nice, caring person and very knowledgeable doctor. My friend is so happy and satisfied with the results, I personally see a big difference in her face and even in her attitude, she became much more confident and happy person. I have an appointment next week for tummy tuck and I am very excited to have the surgery with dr. Nabil Fanous

sooo sooo sooo happy i did my surgery with Dr. Fanous. its not even 2 months after and im sooo happy with my results.... and they will only get better! no scar. no pain at all! my nose was congested (like when you have a cold) for the first week then back to normal. he doesn't use general anesthesia so that was a plus. he was great. the staff as great. If ever i will have another surgery its going to be with dr fanous. I trust him 120%. (Translated) For my part, I am 100% sold to Dr Fanous. I am more than satisfied with the result. I initially went for a consultation for a rhinoplasty. I had a huge bump in profile with a drooping tip (a real witch's nose). Also from the front, I had the edge that deviated to the left so as much eighth from the front as from the side. I had complexes about my nose from as far back as I can remember, that is to say at least 30 years. When I met him he pointed out to me that it would be worth doing mentoplasty as well. I must admit that at the time, I had doubts because I had never found that I had a receding chin. It should be understood that Dr Fanous is able by seeing us to know exactly what it takes to improve and harmonize our face. So I had my doubts but I trusted him and went ahead with rhinoplasty and mentoplasty. His very closed rhino technique with mini-incisions is in my opinion extraordinary because the post-op is really minimal and it is very minimally invasive as a technique. The next day I was breathing really well, I felt absolutely no pain in my nose. With my eyes closed I couldn't tell that I had suffered a rhino. After 6 months, he saw that I still had a small bump that came back to the lower part so it was he who offered to do a small touch-up. I thought I would go back to the surgery room, but no. It's amazing, he did this under local anesthesia only (just locally frozen) in the office. He made a mini-incision inside one of my nostrils and filed down some cartilage. He even went to file some bone. All this in 5-7 minutes and no stitches. I couldn't believe it !!!! I had no swelling for the touch-up. For the moment, it's been 2 weeks since I did this little touch-up and I am extremely satisfied with the result at the moment. He can appear direct and unheard of in consultation and he doesn't go through all the stops to tell you what he is thinking, but he knows exactly what to do and where he is going. He's a magician! He managed to work a miracle with my nose while having a very minimally invasive surgery (local anesthesia under sedation ..... we know of nothing we sleep like a general anesthesia minus the inconvenience). Je suis allée au départ en consultation pour une rhinoplastie. J'avais une énorme bosse de profil avec une pointe tombante (un vrai nez de sorcière). De plus de face, j'avais l'arrête qui déviait vers la gauche donc autant croche de face que de côté. J'étais complexée de mon nez du plus loin que je me souvienne c'est-à-dire au moins 30 ans. Lorsque je l'ai rencontré, il m'a fait remarqué qu'il vaudrait la peine de faire une mentoplastie également. Je dois avouer que sur le coup, j'avais des doutes car je n'avais jamais trouvé que j'avais le menton fuyant. Il faut comprendre que Dr Fanous est en mesure en nous voyant de savoir exactement ce que ça prend pour améliorer et harmoniser notre visage. Donc, j'avais des doutes mais je lui ai fait confiance et j'y suis allée de l'avant avec une rhinoplastie et une mentoplastie. Sa technique de rhino très fermée par mini-incisions est selon moi extraordinaire car le post-op est vraiment minime et c'est très peu invasif comme technique. Le lendemain je respirais super bien, je sentais absolument aucune douleur au nez. Les yeux fermés je ne pouvais pas savoir que j'avais subi une rhino. Après 6 mois, il a vu que j'avais encore une ptite bosse qui revenait sur la partie inférieure donc c'est lui qui m'a proposé de faire une ptite retouche. Je croyais que je repasserais par la salle de chirurgie mais non. C'est incroyable, il a fait ça sous anesthésie locale seulement (juste gelée localement) en cabinet. Il a fait une mini-incision à l'intérieur de l'une de mes narines et est allé limer du cartilage. Il est même pu aller limer de l'os. Tout ça en 5-7 minutes et aucun point de suture. J'y croyais pas!!!! J'ai pas eu d'enflure pour la retouche. Pour le moment, ça fait 2 semaines que j'ai fait cette petite retouche et je suis extrêmement satisfaite du résultat en ce moment. Il peut paraître directe et peu à l'écoute en consultation et il ne passe pas par quatre chemins pour vous dire ce qu'il pense mais il sait exactement quoi faire et où il s'en va. C'est un magicien! Il a réussi à faire un miracle avec mon nez tout en ayant une chirurgie très peu invasive (anesthésie locale sous sédation.....on a connaissance de rien on dort comme une anesthésie générale moins les désagréments). Aujourd'hui, j'ai le nez droit autant de face que de côté. Il a vraiment changé ma vie maintenant pour la première fois de ma vie je peux dire que je me trouve belle. Went in for a rhinoplasty consultation. Long wait time. Dr Nabil Fanous was terrible to say the least. He did not allow me to ask questions. He was very dismissive. I could barely say anything to express what type of look I was after. He started imposing other procedures that I specifically said from the start I did not want. After his monologue, he stated he had explained everything to me clearly, had other patients waiting and then escorted me out the door (he was not clear, I was not allowed to ask questions, he only spent about 10 minutes with me). After telling his assistant, Minerva, what a horrible experience I just had and that I would never book a surgery with this man, she tried covering up for him by saying I was describing someone she did not recognize (but as soon as I told her I had previously read several Google reviews describing him the same way, her tone changed and she admitted her daughter felt the same way when she had her surgery done by him, and showed concern for her mother’s daily treatment by him). The assistant was very sweet and empathetic. She said she would go in and scold the doctor, and tried offering me another consultation with him free of charge. I politely declined. She even called me afterwards and left a voicemail to offer a free consultation with their other doctor (Dr Nabil Fanous’ daughter), saying this doctor had a completely different approach. Unfortunately, the damage was already done for me, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Too many red flags.

I did a lot of research before deciding on Dr.Fanous and it was the smartest decision I could have made.My breasts look &feel fantastic. Id like to warn everyone that the review left here by poster 'G.G.' is not referring to this plastic surgeon. It is referring to a eye laser surgeon in the same city of the same name. This Dr. Fanous does not do corrective eye surgery. I flagged the post & hope it will be removed (and that the poster is more careful in future) because it is not remotely fair to confuse surgeons like this, esp concerning a bad review. (Im sorry that happened to you G.G.) Back to THIS Dr. Fanous, its a beautiful clinic with fantastic staff and Dr. Fanous is an artistic and surgical genius. The only complaint I have if I rack my brain, is that the description of 'some discomfort' does not give a proper idea of the pain I was in following the surgery. It was fine as it was worth it, but I would have preferred to have been better prepared in my home set-up for the recovery.
