Staff is nice but dishonest and lied about treatments and types of laser equipment used. Treatments were not helpful at all and made my skin irritation and redness a lot worse for an extended time. Consulted with my dermatologist who confirmed my suspicion that all was not as it seemed. One actual IPL treatment with my dermatologist and I got the results I am used to getting from these type of treatments. I have been getting these treatments since 2015 in Toronto where I live most of the time, so I knew something was off. I was told I was getting the IPL I had requested - but that was not true. I asked for the name of the machine as I suspected it was not IPL. Asked my dermatologist and she said no way - a different kind of laser. Therefore, I didn’t consent to whatever was used on my face and I spent months dealing the reaction and I was lied to. I should have left before the first treatment when I heard multiple things that didn’t make sense considering what I’ve learned about lasers and skincare in the past from actual medical professionals. I will not have another treatment here and I do not recommend this business. I usually don’t write reviews but I feel pretty strongly about this as honesty and competency is extremely important when dealing with your face.

Great service and great staff. However - money grab? I was quoted 30 units minimum for botox, where as other places I have been to has quoted me 8-12 units. 30 unit would completely disable you from doing any movement. I was told that “any less than 30 units you will not be happy with results and you will think that botox isn’t for you”. So please - I beg of those who are looking - do your research before stopping and shopping if this is your first place for a consult.
