Having a fear of needles and dental work, requiring dental surgery is a perfect storm of anxiety. Every single staff member at Dr. Shaffner's office was extremely accommodating and understanding throughout the entire process. In person and with my many questions over the phone they were very polite and professional, getting back to me quickly with thorough and accurate responses. Highly recommended. 5/5 stars.

Wonderful oral surgeon! So very kind and gentle. I was in and done in no time with absolutely no pain. Even when the freezing left, there was no pain AT ALL. So different from tooth extraction the 50's! Recommend him highly.
