I called the clinic to inquire about 2 procedures and the secretary gave me an appointment and asked me for my credit card number saying that she wasn’t going to take anything out it’s just in case of a no show . Fine, so I do and she tells me the address and date to go and that’s it . Once I get there I have my consultation with the Dr. which was fine but then after it all a sudden I’m told I need to pay 100$ for it ! The secretary never warned me of this on the phone while I was making the appointment and I wouldn’t have gone if I had known this as I find this very sneaky not to inform people of 100$ consultation charge until after it’s done . Even though I’ve lost 100$ and my time I will go somewhere else because they’re sneaky and took a week to give me my estimate and as well it was ridiculously overpriced. No thanks , never again hope you enjoy tricking people for now until karma finds you .

The staff was so welcoming, they immediately made me feel comfortable. Dr Hraibeh took the time to explain the pros and cons of the different procedures and helped me select the one that was best for me (facial injections). She took great care in vulgarizing the different medical concepts in order for me to understand what was going to take place. I had very bad experience at Médisalus clinic , I took a consultation appointment for varicose veins treatment at 1st week of Jun ,the doctor advised me to come next week for injection , Next week I didn't receive any call , email,sms, for confirming the appointment , I called the clinic two times the morning of my appointment day to know the exact time no one is picking up !!! then I got a call from them telling me you have an appointment NOW are you coming !! I told them I need 20 min they told me sorry don't come we already have another patients.I asked the doctor to reschedule she told me she doesn't do this service in the summer , I asked for a refund for the consultation fees she said No .(I benefited Nothing from the consultation , and I need to go to another clinic and pay again to get it done ) and it's really weird that she accepts the consultation ''in the summer'' for varicose veins and she refuses to do the service because it is summer !!!!!!! I asked the doctor what about same service being done in hot countries !!! she replied this is my way !! The clinic has a very poor admin and coordination team , and the reason for not rescheduling me sounds weird especially the doctor knows I'm not gonna get exposed to the sun. The funny part that I called other clinics , they do varicose veins injections in the summer and like any other treatments they tell patients the precautions . I believe this clinic is collecting a lot of money out of the $100 consultation fees without doing real service to their patients .
