My experience with Dr. Karl Schwarz and his team at Clinique K was incredibly easy, quick and PAINLESS. I had several skin tags to be removed from several areas on my body, plus some old birthmarks on my face that started to grow a little too large. He made everything very easy and helped me remain confident throughout the entire process. Like most people, I did a lot of previous research online about the procedure and the clinic. Dr. Karl Schwarz was the only doctor that checked every single item on my list: experience, specialize in natural-looking results, experience with scars and how to avoid them, and someone who takes pride in the visual presentation of the business online and in real life. It has already been more than a year, and my face looks as if no surgery has ever taken place! Thanks again to Dr. Karl Schwarz and his team!

I recently went for consultation to Dr. Karl Schwarz, He was amazing he answered all my question about my Rhinoplasty and Breast Augmentation, additionally they have an amazing office located near downtown of Montreal that gives you a good vibes. That is why I decided to proceed with my surgery with them, However I changed my decision because of poor management of their office. I tried to calling and leaving them a voicemail to book my surgery and give them the deposit for the surgery and never heard a call back from them and I felt like I'm constantly chasing them to book my appointment. ( Its just ashamed because I thought the nurse and the doctor are great. ( They should fix their management operation because I think they might lose clients because of this reason)

Dr.Karl swarze was very nice in the beginning, but the day the surgery arrived, he was all about work. No compassion. Obviously before removing breast implants and getting a breast lift, you would like some reassurance. (Minutes b4 surgery) Also there was no warning of when they were going to inject me to put me to sleep. He said, Lay down, and boom…. Lights out. Thx for giving me the heads up.. would of been nice!!! After the surgery, they rushed me out and wheel-chaired me to my truck. The nurse didn’t open my door or close it. So you can imagine everything ripping. So I got home to see my bandages full of blood. I called it in and the secretary only put me though to the nurse. I had no way of speaking to my actual doctor that I paid 12 000$ too. The next day I called back to say I am still bleeding… well dr. Karl ended up leaving on vacation for two weeks. What a joke. I was told that if anything were to happen, his uncle would take over. I checked out his uncles reviews and they were terrible. I couldn’t put my life in this man’s hands that I personally didn’t feel comfortable nor safe. My opinion. I did lots of research before I found dr. Karl. I guess not good enough. I had to take matters into my own hands because his Clinique K obviously threw me to the curb. I started paying for private ultrasounds that costed 900$ plus a waiting time of 3 hrs. I am truly sad for our doctors who just don’t give a f@&$ about they’re patients. Especially when we are paying top dollar. Maybe I just had a bad experience, who knows. I do hope that this review doesn’t only help new people who want surgery, but I want it to help him and his staff to be more courteous and better care for the patients going under the knife….

We visited them in december for a problem that could have required a surgery. After the first appointment, they were supposed to contact us back with the results (to tell us if we were requiring surgery or not). They never called back. We tried to call them and email them many times. It took several weeks before we finally got an answer while they told us we would have news from them within a week... Second appointment for surgery, we waited close to 1hour to see the doctor. They were really late on schedule. We had to go back a third time so doctor could see if wounds were healing well. Do I meed to mention we had to wait close to 30 min before they took care of us? Why giving appointment times if they are always late? And when we were asking the secretary if we would see the doctor soon, someone entered in the office and she left us here to go have some friendly talking with the other customer and she completely ignored us until we poked her again to have an answer. For the price we pay, I would have expected more respectful and professional service. Will find another clinic the next time we will be in need of urgent surgery.

I found Clinique K on Google and decided, after scouring the reviews, to book an appointment for fillers (laugh lines). It was my very first time getting injections and I have to say that the staff was *amazing*, very friendly and accommodating, from the receptionists to the woman who treated me to the woman I dealt with the payment through. It being my first time, I was overwhelmed and wanted to be excited by the results so I wasn't really focused, but when I got home the ONE AREA I really wanted done, and expressed as much, wasn't done. I waited 8 days and that area is definitely unchanged. I'm gonna call back after 10 days and see what their touch up policy is because I'm disappointed ????

Unbelievable bad patient service. I had to wait for 1.5 months for an appointment for an evaluation of a small procedure which I had to pay in advance. I was called in November and told that the doctor could no longer make that date and could I change the appointment? They gave me a time when I had a client meeting and I told them that I could not but we could move to another time. They said it did not matter and, as I was the last patient of the day, we could keep the appointment. In the end, my appointment was cancelled on the day and it took them 10 days to call me back to try and make another appointment. I was then offered an appointment for a month later. Unfortunately, I could not make that time and date (busy work schedule). I was told that if I didn't take that appointment, I would then have to take a later appointment at the end of January. So having called in mid-October and paid nearly $200 already, I would now see the doctor at the end of Jan... I finally asked for my money back and will now try to find someone who will actually have a decent booking staff and keeps to her/his bookings.

STEAR CLEAR OF THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! If I could give it negative stars I would. I can’t emphasize enough how disappointed I am in the service I paid good money for - no one cared about me, I was rushed in and out, their services cost double what they cost everywhere else, and you get half the results!! I arrived ahead of time for my appointment, and they charge for consultations but what I received was NOTHING like a consultation… THE “CONSULTATION” LASTED 3 MINUTES ! Lawyers aren’t even that snaky. It was Friday afternoon and the nurse clearly wanted to rush me out so she could enjoy her weekend. I asked questions about the treatment, receiving one-word answers with no advice or insight, she just stared blankly at me.... It was so obvious she just wanted me to make a decision and go, she couldn’t care less if I would be happy with the results or feel comfortable about it! :’( Excuse me but what am I even paying for? Before I knew it she was loading up her needle and I wasn’t even sure about what I wanted. I didn’t get any pricing info, she was impatient and just wanted me to decide so she could get paid and on with her day. THIS WAS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I got hit with the bill and it COST TWICE WHAT IT NORMALLY SHOULD! THEY OVERCHARGE, it’s robbery! I think they charge my friend less than me maybe because she goes more often or maybe because they rip people off who are new there. They completely overcharge compared to a ton of the other reputable places I’ve been to in both Montreal and Toronto, and the nurse I got was clearly unprofessional and subpar (she told me I would see results within 2 weeks and it’s been 3 weeks, still nothing at all). There’s tons of much better clinics in Mtl with much more caring nurses who give you the time of day (like 10x more attention) and that are honest, help you achieve the results you want, and charge you less! Save your money and go somewhere else!

I recently went for a breast augmentation consultation with Dr Schwartz and his team. The clinic was stunning and had a calming atmosphere. The whole staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable and was so nice. This was my first ever consultation for surgery and they made me feel at ease and reassured. I will be booking my surgery for winter 2022 based on this experience. What a great team!

Service non professionnel, nous avions rendez-vous ce matin 7 février 2022 à 8:30. Nous nous sommes levé très tôt 5:30 am et manqué un avant midi de travail pour arriver à notre rendez-vous à temps. En arrivant sur place, moi et ma femme apprenions que seulement 1 personne peut rentrer à l’intérieur du bureau pour la consultation. Lors de la prise de ce rendez-vous, la réceptionniste nous a jamais aviser de cette consigne. La chirurgie mammaire n’est pas une décision facile à prendre donc c’est pour cela que nous voulions être présent tous les deux. Malheureusement pour eux nous avons demandé notre remboursement pour notre frais de consultatation par manque de professionnalisme. Nous avons appelez à une autre clinique DR Papanastasiou qui va nous recevoir au courant de ce mois et nous allons pouvoir y aller toutes les deux. Ne vous laissez pas dicter et contrôler par des lois internes ridicules.

I would not recommend this surgeon or his office. The first appointment I set up was canceled after I had already showed up to the office and waited more than 30 mins. Perhaps I should have taken this as a time. My time is of no less value than his and the staff did not seem to understand how unacceptable this was or offer to compensation me for my time. Nevertheless, I rescheduled and saw him a few days later. I have seen a great number of surgeons. I am very informed. Dr. Schwatz was likable and professional, something I cannot say for his staff who constantly interrupted me and I found to be disingenuous. However, his approach to my case was not innovative or accurate. I tried after our consultation to reach him multiple times. While I was not impressed by his surgical plan I liked him and thought he might be cablable of more than just a cookie cutter approach to my surgery. I was unable to reach him. I tried for A month through correspondence with his staff. I emailed once a week. His staff either ignored my emails or responded saying he would get back to me soon. For me the whole ordeal was a waste of time and money. Furthermore I do not recommend his laser tech. The laser technician was rude, interrupted me incessantly, misdiagnosed me, and over charged me. I was overcharged 100 dollars. There is a surgeon out there with the ability, character, and staff you deserve. So Keep looking. I found my surgeon a few days ago and after the long search I almost cried with relief during the consultation. I will mention that his (him being a top surgeon and Harvard graduate) surgical plan did not align in the least bit with Dr. Schwatz surgical plan.
