I had a terrible experience with Dr Barnsley at Synergy Medical Aesthetic. Had a severe reaction and I was unable to get in contact with him and had to resort to a different doctor. The staff then told me they could not get me in for an appointment until a week later as they ignored my emails and phone calls and later told me he had left on a trip and nobody could see me. I work in the beauty industry so keep in mind I see an average of 5 clients a day with a botched face this was very embarrassing and also made so that I had to explain to each person what had happened. I explained this the staff at synergy and also that I was worried that he may have hit something as I had a huge lump for 3 weeks that has never fully gone away to this day. I had decided to wait it out and see if maybe it was just a bad reaction but I truly believe this was a case of negligence. They then offered me a free facial to compensate me for a $750 dollar procedure that was botched, which I of course declined. I have since been to other Doctors who have said he caused permanent damage to the tissue injected. Waste of $750 and my time. Please do your research, I am not saying mistakes don’t happen but if they do you want to be sure your doctor will make sure the problem is solved.

It has been 5 days since my chemical peel with Jillian and my skin looks 100% amazing! Jillian listened to me and gave me suggestions after evaluating my skin. She also helped me choose some new products for my skin and I am so happy with the quick results. Looking forward to another facial with her soon. Oh and I also adore Dr. Barnsley, Matt and Hailey for always listening to me, answering my questions and accommodating my needs. Synergy is the best!

After leaving my previous review I had gone and spoken with the doctor in regards to some minor dissatisfaction that was not at the fault of the Nurse and rather at fault of my ignorance, which I now have learned more about Botox and how it works. After bringing up my concerns they were very quick to fix the issue and help me get to the point I want in terms of Botox. Also I had a breast augmentation consulting with Dr Barnsley and he was VERY respectable and informative. I am very happy to move forward with the the surgery and further Botox/filler treatments. I highly recommend Dr Barnsely and the nurse Matt for any procedures as both are very kind, understanding, and will not push you to make decisions. Also I have a few friends that have recieved breast augmentation and/or Botox from Dr Barnsely and Nurse Matt and they're very happy with their results.
