Really amazing patient care. They really take your comfort to heart. They’ve got a massaging dental chair, a TV on the ceiling, headphones, a warm neck wrap and extremely friendly and caring Dentists and staff. Pain Free. They provided me with pain free procedures for a large filling which ended up needing a root canal. The Root Canal was a completely pain free procedure. Before they give you the numbing needle they use a numbing gel to prevent any pain there. And then they generously apply freezing via the needle. All the way along they make it very clear that if you feel anything just raise your hand and they will apply more freezing. I didn’t go to the dentist for 13 years because of a bad experience as a teenager. After having a filling and root canal done at Fresh Dental I completely trust them and will be going back for regular cleanings. Thanks guys! You are awesome ????

There are no words to express how incredible Dr. Hildebrand and her team are! My 10 year old daughter begs to go to the dentist....begs. And my husband, who HATES the dentist, loves going. Dr. Hildebrand and her team make every patient feel important and they truly do care. Dr. Hildebrand personally calls to check up on your after a procedures...who does that any more? Well she does! We love the Fresh Dental team!

Our family has been in Dr. Hildebrand and her team's care for a year now and are so happy with our new dentist! They are friendly, caring and supportive in all situations. They always return calls and messages and every staff member is wonderful to talk to. I had what I would consider to be pretty urgent dental work that needed to be done before I left the island and went back to work on the mainland. I'm gone for three months at a time and am a long haul trucker. They were swamped when I walked through the door without an appointment but got to me within 30 min of my arrival. It should also be said that dentists make me nervous but Christine and her staff made me feel at ease and things went off without a hitch. A truly compassionate team.

All I can say is "wow"! My two year old twins loved their first dental visit. They had such a warm welcome and loved the kids hideout area, cool toys, and (of course) the teddy bears they were given. Kelly and Dr. Hildebrand were patient, gentle, and encouraging. My girls love brushing their teeth now and ask to go back to the dentist to visit. You wouldn't guess it by the slick white leather waiting room but this place is incredibly family centred! Then I booked myself an appointment...the paraffin wax hand treatment, tv with headphones and warm cloth made a trip to the dentist feel more like a visit to the spa. When can I come back?! Plus - the office is super comfortable and stylish. I love all of the products (lip balm, tooth paste) and the graphic treatments. Fresh Dental's commitment to excellence is obvious. And appreciated. A huge thank you to Fresh Dental for their attention to detail, welcoming environment and overall professionalism. Your level of care and customer service are exceptional.

One word..... WOW! I've never been happier with my dental experience. The staff at Fresh Dental are very welcoming and Dr Hildebrand is so sincere and gentle. I was blown away with her after care follow up, it was so great that she cared and wanted to make sure I was feeling ok after the appt/treatment. The office is absolutely beautiful and I love how the staff made me feel so comfortable. My whole family loves it there and I have personally recommended Dr Hildebrand to more then a dozen friends and all have been impressed and have referred their friends and family as well to Fresh Dental.
