The receptionist is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a medical field. I would never recommend this Dr unless he finds a new receptionist she very very very rude and unprofessional. She lack empathy and communication skills. If you say something she doent like she get hostile she even hung up on me with out providing a date as to when my appointment be beside some one will call 2 days before the appointment and let you know. People work have kids I can just get a 2 days before and expected to drop everything.

I was nervous about cosmetic injectables at first. I had always thought they were just for celebrities and really wealthy people. During our video appointment Dr. Nayan put me at ease and really took the time to explain and answer my many, many questions. When I arrived for my appointment she explained everything as she went. I'm a nervous person at the best of times so It was important to me that I would have an actual doctor/surgeon work on my face. Dr Nayan was so patient with my phone calls! We have all seen Botched and I didn't want to end up on that show! The botox and filler have made a remarkable but subtle difference in my face. I'm so happy with the results. My friends tell me that I look really well and relaxed. I told them I had started yoga! 10/10 - definitely recommend

During that time I have had some bad experiences and some good ones. 6 months ago while visiting family in Cambridge my sister introduced me to Dr. N. What a find she is! She is a face and neck surgeon and certainly knows the anatomy of a face. She has an obvious passion for helping us look our best. Her products are top quality as is her ability to guide me through a plan to look fresh yet natural which has really boosted my self-confidence. Since finding this clinic, no other shall touch my face. I feel fabulous dawling - thank you Dr. N!

I switched to Vive Medspa on the advice of a friend and I am thrilled with the results after every visit. Dr. Nayan has an artistic eye with fillers. My face looks completely natural, no 'chipmunk" look to my cheeks, my lips look plump but not overdone and people are honestly surprised when they find out my age. They usually guess my age at 20 years younger. Pricing is reasonable, service is friendly and professional. Louann and Dr. N. take the time to get to know you. They really care!

My experience with Botox was amazing. I was reluctant at first but many of my friends had already done it so I took the plunge. I takes a few days for the results to show up (which I didn’t know).
