We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ma when our eight-year-old daughter injured her finger. She was warm and friendly, yet very professional, and her manner put our frightened daughter at ease. She was confident and efficient, and explained the injury and treatment very thoroughly. She was able to correct the injury and our daughter has no lasting issues. We would highly recommend her - she is fantastic!

I was referred to Dr. Ma to remove some spots of skin cancer from my forehead and my ear. I was very impressed with the service that I received. She was warm, friendly, very professional, and efficient. She thoroughly explained the procedure and after care, and was very honest about what I could expect. During the procedure she chatted with me to alleviate my anxiety and even put on my favourite 60s music in the background. I would highly recommend Dr. Ma – she was wonderful.

Stephanie it's not an experienced surgeon. Dr. Roger short did my initial surgery. My one implant was ruptured and my other implant formed a capsule. She removed both my implants and I was left with what looked like a mastectomy. I also developed a hematoma in my left breast after surgery . I wasn't even seen by the doctor for weeks following my surgery. I am unhappy and felt she could have done a lot more. Also be prepared to quit smoking. They do a urine test to make sure. I don't see what this has to do with plastic surgery. It's just their forced opinion. I just had a friend's urine sample which I handed in. I kind of felt it was an invasion of my privacy to have a receptionist standing outside the bathroom door waiting for my urine.

I met with Dr Ma for a surgery which I required. She was extremely professional in all aspects of my surgery including my consultation, pre and post surgery. She followed up twice after the procedure to ensure I was healing properly and had no concerns or complications. I am extremely pleased with the final outcome and highly recommend Dr. Ma.

I was told she was the best plastic surgeon in KW. That is false. Stephanie Ma is the Worst Plastic Surgeon EVER. I wish I could post the pictures of what she did to me after a mastectomy and reconstruction surgery. I look horrible I FEEL even worse. This woman took my life from me. I will never be the same again. Please learn from my mistake and DO NOT USE STEPHANIE MA!

Dr. Ma is by far the best plastic surgeon! she has amazing bed side manners and she is kind and funny, she made me feel comfortable right from the consultation to the actual surgery. I didn’t get to see her before my discharge because she was already in another surgery so she called me at home to see how I was feeling that night. A++++++ I recommend Dr. Ma and I will definitely be back for more procedures ???? x❤️❤️
