My son has had 13 years of procedures and surgeries to address issues associated with severe cleft lip and palate. We have had a succession of surgeons and doctors throughout the years. Dr. Taylor and her partner, Dr. Sullivan are-by far-the most talented, compassionate, professional surgeons we have had in the 13 years. They are so superb at their craft that we changed doctors (changed states!) rather than lose the opportunity to continue with them. They thoroughly explain the before/during/after of each procedure. They take the time needed to answer any and all question and to address concerns. They are the very best at the actual practice-the cutting and stitching-of surgery that we've experienced. Aftercare is attentive without being overbearing. Both Dr. Sullivan and Dr. Taylor are detail oriented to a microscopic extreme (exactly what you want in a plastic surgeon.) They did not simply change my son's appearance, they literally transformed my son's life. He can eat, sleep and breathe now with the ease that most people take for granted. On top of that, my son's appearance is no longer a tender subject of concern, critical for a man at 20 years old. I thank the plastic surgery gods every day for Dr.'s Sullivan and Taylor! In 13 years of experience I can recommend them without reservation and state further that they are, given our experience, without peer.

Excellent Nose Repair following Moh’s Surgery This summer I noticed a spot on the end of my nose, a biopsy revealed it was basal cell carcinoma. This news was frightening. In 2011, I had a similar spot removed from the right side of my nose. Then the cancer removed was quite extensive requiring the plastic surgeon to repair my nose with a skin graft. This time, there was no way of knowing if this new spot was a reoccurrence of the original cancer. If this were the case, I might require an even more extensive removal followed by several reconstructive surgeries to rebuild the look of my nose and ensure good breathing. My prior skin cancer surgeries were in California. Now living in the northeast, I needed to find an excellent plastic surgeon. My internist provided two referrals, a Moh’s Surgeon and Taylor and Sullivan Plastic Surgery for my repair. My consultation with Moh’s doctor confirmed he was my surgeon of choice. During this meeting, he expressed concern the end of the nose being a precarious spot to repair. His hesitation quickly fell away upon learning that I had an appointment with Dr. Taylor, because he said she was a caring doctor and an exceptional surgeon. My consultation with Dr. Taylor confirmed his comments, she is everything you would want in a physician - attentive, analytical, and patient. She was extremely knowledgeable, calm and reassuring while also passionate about her surgical skill. Her approach is helpful and honest, and I greatly appreciated the time she took the time to clearly explain different repair options and answer my questions relating to the recovery process. I knew my repair might be difficult, but Dr. Taylor’s years of experience and excellent understanding of the facial anatomy reduced my overall stress and allowed me to trust her completely and have the confidence to move forward. Dr. Taylor’s staff arranged all scheduling so that both procedures could occur on same day. Both surgeries went smoothly, and thanks to Dr. Taylor’s outstanding surgical technique, my nose looked great from day one, even with the stitches. I experienced no pain, swelling or bruising and the shape and evenness of my nostrils is perfect. Now, two months since my surgery, my nose does not show significant signs of surgery. I was extremely fortunate to have had Dr. Taylor do my plastic reconstruction repair, she has a wonderful sense of how to make a nose look just right. Working with Dr. Taylor was an excellent decision, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. I would recommend anyone needing plastic or reconstructive surgery to meet with Dr. Taylor, she is a compassionate and highly skilled surgeon with and amazing staff.

I had met with two doctors prior to meeting Dr. Taylor, and knew they weren't right for me. Immediately after my first consult with Dr. Taylor I was certain I wanted to be under her care. I've found her to be most informative, personable, and have extensive knowledge in her field. Clearly she has a passion for what she does, and genuinely cares for people. The entire team at Taylor and Sullivan was exceedingly patient and kind with me - even when my anxiety got the best of me and I was definitely difficult to deal with. Every question I had or concern I ran into was addressed promptly and thoughtfully, and I never felt rushed. My experience with other medical professionals hasn't made me terribly trusting. Often when I've been told something wouldn't hurt or it would be "a little" uncomfortable, it has been very painful. Dr. Taylor has completely earned my trust; if she says there will be no pain, there won't be. My entire experience with her was pain free and didn't require anything beyond ibuprofen. I'm ecstatic with my results! I would recommend Dr. Taylor to any of my friends, and anyone looking for exceptional care with the best outcomes possible!

I cannot say enough fantastic things about Dr Taylor and her entire staff, I would shout it from the top of Mount Auburn Hospital if I could. From my first call with her office all the way to my surgery I was treated with respect and kindness. As a fat woman I never thought that a breast reduction would be an option for me and reached out to Dr Taylor on recommendation from a friend. I cannot overstate the amount of respect and humanity that Dr Taylor exhibited toward me. She felt like an old friend immediately and was straight forward when talking to me about the surgery and potential complications etc. I am so glad I took the leap on reaching out and I could not be happier with my results (my back is too!) and the attention and care I am being shown now in my recovery. This is by far the most important review I have ever posted. A life changing experience. I had a mammoplasty(reduction) in February of 2021. We are now in June, wanting to wait several months before posting to ensure an actual depiction of my experience with Dr. Taylor. As I write this review I am heading on holiday, this time feeling positive, not self conscious at all of my breast size. My back, shoulders, neck all feel like a million bucks. My initial visit was a big deal, never been a big fan of Doctors. From inception I felt comfortable, Dr. Taylor reviewed in detail the procedure along with the good, bad and ugly while being compassionate and detail oriented. The pros far out weighed the cons , it was a seamless procedure. Dr. Taylor never left me wondering about anything, always making sure that I knew each and every step in the process. It was evident that her entire team was truly top notch, caring about each and every client. They answered all my questions, put up with my unique sense of humor and most of all cared about me as a person. Both pre and post op care was amazing. I did a lot of research prior to choosing Dr. Taylor and based on my experience I made the right decision. Thank you again Dr. Taylor for everything you have done for me, words can not express my gratitude. Maybe I will stop by the office to share some photos of my trip. You are a life changer.
