Dr. Elmaraghy gave me an honest assessment of my situation and my goals. He helped me plan which procedures would give me the greatest "bang for the buck" but also how to achieve my goals in a healthy and sensible way. Dr. E was always available to answer questions and made me feel 100% confident in my decisions. He was helpful and reassuring before, during and after my procedures. Nurses at the hospital told me they love working with him. His staff was welcoming and helpful. I'm so thankful we have such a talented surgeon in KW.

My son was taken to emergency with a needle deep in his big toe, doctor at hospital was worried about nerve damage and called Dr. Elmaraghy in to assist with removal, but Dr. elmaraghy refused to come to the hospital - despite being the surgeon on call! The doctor at the hospital explained how urgent the situation was, and that if he refused to come on that an appointment would be needed within 24 hours. However when I called to arrange appoint Dr. Elmaraghy refused to give an appointment until 10 days!! I called Hospital and they agreed that was too long. Hospital called Dr. Elmaraghy and got the same uncaring, rude response. I think it's ridiculous that Dr. elmaraghy feels he is above his duties as a doctor - refusing to come in when he is the surgeon on call, refusing to accept the urgency of a patient and give appointments for 10 days later! Would not recommend this doctor to anyone with such unprofessionalism.

He's the worst. Even my doctor apologized for the referral. I caught him in a lie. He did a half assed job on my procedure in order to get me in for a second appointment. Only in it for the $$$ Avoid him. I found MUCH better Dr's who actually care.

I had know Elmaraghy for over a decade and as a patient for a year. A very self-centered person, with little regard for other's (especially women's) well-being. His ego and profit are his primary concerns, which he hid well under the sheep skin of 'helping you to be more beautiful'. He has only one way of treating his patients - the way that works best for him, whether it is botox or filler. And if the treatment result was poor, his favorite saying was, 'well, I guess you skin just didn't want to behave' - a frequently played blamed tactic. If you question him (let alone challenge), he goes ugly and pulls out his second favorite saying, 'are you a doctor or am I?'. His best aesthetician, Sarah K. who was the reason I went to SpaSurgica, couldn't tolerate Elmaraghy any longer, and quit the med-spa industry all together. And Elmaraghy treats his staff cheap while charges patients expensive.

What a horrible experience. I waited 8 months for an appointment with him and he was extremely rude, condescending and it felt like he was interrogating me and trying to intimidate and embarrass me the whole time. He was with me for maybe one minute and wouldn't actually listen to what I was saying and would sometimes even roll his eyes at my answers. He was BY FAR the rudest medical professional I have ever met in my entire life and was extremely unhelpful and lacked any compassion or kindness. Never ever again would I go to him or recommend him to anyone I know.

I had a few moles on my face taken off because I kept scratching them and I loved the service. I got woozy after it was done and I got ginger ale. That’s my favourite part about surgery. They healed up really nicely. Will for sure pick doctor Elmaraghy to do any work i might need in the future.

I had a referral for this doctor for a lump on my forehead. He was completely dismissive, and when I told him I felt he was being insensitive, and he went on to say why I shouldn’t care about a lump on my forehead because others have it worse. This doctor is so incredibly insensitive, I have never had an experience with someone so rude.... this is a plastic surgeon, he should be more cognizant that his patients may be insecure about benign tumours on their forhead, even if it’s not life threatening. Look at these reviews, clearly there is a pattern of unprofessional behaviour. Avoid at all costs.

I have never encounter such a rude doctor. I waited months for an appointment with him. I had my middle finger broken and I have developed pain which is related to my range of motion. The first appointment he was rude and said he could fix my range of motion but the pain I would just have to deal with. So I asked if I could think about the appointment and he said yes. So then I made a follow up appointment for surgery and he denied ever offering to fix my hand. Very rudly he said I" never said that". Please tell me why I waited another 4 months for that. I literally started crying right there and he could have cared less. I spent almost a year waiting for him to denie me care. When I am in need so badly, I deal with pain everyday because my range of motion. He is absolutely a dreadful person and doesn't care about helping patients one bit. Im sure if I was paying out of my own pocket he would have treated me like a human bein at least. He is extremely judgemental and rude. I will be going else where and getting a different referral.

Developed terrible complications after surgery. Dismissive of complications and was not willing to address the issues and the cosmetic result was very disappointing. Suffered needlessly for over a year, finally found a surgeon willing to do reconstructive and corrective surgery which cost quite a lot of money. Informed that the initial surgery performed by Dr E was executed very poorly and not done properly. Finally feeling better and the cosmetic result is what I had hoped for

Dr. Elmaraghy: I have had a few experiences with this physician. He does great work and is very honest and open about what will and can happen. I had amputated the tip of my left index finger on a long weekend, the emergency room doctor did what he could to repair it but unfortunately left part of the nail bed and the end and it didn't look right. Dr. Elmaraghy removed the remnant and reshaped the part I wasn't happy with. Good job and thanks doc!

Went in for a consultation for a breast reduction. He essentially told me that I just had a bad body and he wouldn't do it because I MIGHT want to have children one day. Insinuated that I was lying about my severe daily back pain too. Would never recommend this man. I left in tears feeling horrible about my body.

I had the privilege of being a patient of Dr. Mo and couldn’t be happier. FANTASTIC bedside manner. Fantastic first meet, fantastic results and fantastic follow up appointments. Very rude and self centered,. This man amputated my index finger to the first knuckle and 5 weeks later the wound is still in an open state. A taxidermist could have done a much better job ! DEFINITELY NOT IMPRESSED ! Still seeing nurses for wound care.

I’ve read through the reviews of Dr. Elmaraghy many times before deciding to move forward with him for my nose job. This is a procedure I’ve wanted for literally half of my life. I have hated my appearance for half my life... But the costs are quite high for this procedure and took me years to save enough. I contacted his office late last year and was provided a consultation the following week. He does charge $100 fee which is refunded against your procedure for the consultation. In my research this fee seems to be standard and varies based on Doctor. During the consultation he was direct when pointing out the flaws that should be corrected. He also spent a great deal of time explaining the risks and preparing me for what is reasonable. I was booked for surgery 3 weeks from the date of consult. Day of - things were fine. He allowed me to ask lingering questions. And finally he prescribed a reasonable dose of pain killers to give me a buffer if pain persists longer than usual. My surgery was 5 days ago. The cast is to stay on for one week, but I had to change the tape so I got my first real look at my new nose. It is exactly as he explained - no hump, reasonable decrease in size...still a bit of swelling but i think this new nose is so much better.

WORST LIPOSUCTION IN THE WORLD! He ruined my stomach. When I went in to show him what was wrong he was rude and told me to now get a tummy tuck. I spent 15 000 and he wanted me to then pay an additional 10 000 with a 5% off his surgical fee which worked out to a few hundred bucks for fixing stomach lipo he did incorrectly. I don't believe in bad reviews online but please save your hard earned money.
