I am sad to write this as I was really hoping for a different result. I had the coolsculpting done on my abdomen and it didn’t work at all. Although the staff are amazing and I can’t say enough about how kind and caring they are, the procedure didn’t work at all. I was told that it was likely because of COVID and how everyone has gained weight but my husband is a personal trainer and works out every day and we watch what we eat and he is very adamant about that. Yes we get pizza once month or a burger but so rarely. I would also walk every day for 30-45 minutes. I battled severe tendinitis and partial tearing in my elbow and therefore weight lifting or even using a Pilates bar was not recommend by the doctors. I paid over $3000 that we didn’t really have as I go into depression with my weight issues and with my research, I talked my husband into or begged him to allow me to have it done. We have one income in our household so decisions on how large sums of money are spent are discussed together. End result, it didn’t work and my battle continues.

I first went to McLeod Trail Plastic Surgery to have a consultation for a tummy tuck and liposuction. I was not able to get back into shape despite my best efforts for years after having two babies that are no longer babies lol. It’s worth noting that this decision was not something I took lightly. Dr. Humphreys was fantastic. He’s very professional and personable and really made me feel comfortable even when discussing something that is by its very nature, extremely personal and at times embarrassing. I appreciated his feedback and opinions which helped me to make my own educated decisions and to ultimately move forward with what was best for me. The results from my procedure were absolutely phenomenal and I can say that this was without doubt one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. Post-op, Dr. Humphreys made sure I came back in regularly for him to assess swelling, the condition of the incision, to make sure I was feeling ok and to monitor my overall recovery progress. The staff are friendly and caring and make every effort to make me feel welcomed. I recently began to get Botox with Vanessa as well. Cant say im happy. Vanessa did my lip injections and was very nice but the actual product is no good. The first couple days my lips were really nice and full and then after about a week, they were back to normal. I even compared them with before pictures and they looked the exact same except for the huge lump on the upper lip, right side. Mind you I paid 480$. And the "solution" Is to either pay for more lip fillers or to randomly use dissolver to get rid of the juvaderm entirely. not impressed. don't recommend.
