Ridiculously efficient and super customer service. From the time I was contacted by Dr. Mechor's office everything was handled promptly. D'Arcy helped get me an earlier appointment that was a cancellation and my entire experience with both D'Arcy & Tracy was lovely. Dr. Mechor explained my issues in detail, ensuring I understood all my issues and explained what the best solutions would be. Highly recommended, 5 star quality, and 5 star service from everyone in the office!

I have had several in-person interactions with Dr. Mechor throughout the process of a few necessary procedures: sinus reconstruction, septoplasty and rhinoplasty. His workmanship and professionalism were steady and quality every time, usurped only by his passion and character. He works so hard, and he really cares about the quality of his work, and about the patient. I realize this sounds like his mom wrote this review but I'm pretty floored with my entire experience with Dr. Mechor, and I'm very grateful to have been a patient of his.

Fitness Fix

I have had trouble breathing through my nose for most of my life and for the first time in 20 years in the apt with Dr. Mechor I felt heard and validated and that my symptoms and real and important. He explained to me what is going on, and gave me a few treatment options to start with, including a planned follow up to make sure things are progressing. I am hopeful that I will feel better for the first time; Dr. Mechor was incredible, and I would highly recommend him.

I was referred to this Dr last year and they told me it will take 6 month to a year to see him but I said is fine he have great reviews I want him since I had surgery already on my nose and the other Dr didn't fix it. After waiting for the year I contact my family Dr to ask them what's going on because I can burly breath and is so frustrated... They research and told me they got a letter saying 3 years ! I have to wait to see him 4 in total, i am so sad they could send this letter long time ago so I could get to see another doctor.

The worst experience ever. My partner had to be rescheduled twice. One, we were given only a day notice that the consultation will be cancelled and had to be rescheduled. Then the next one was the day of the appointment because they FORGOT to give him the new patient form. The receptionists are rude to an extent that the patient was the one to be blamed for the form they have never sent. The audacity to lay blame on us and insisting that it must have been on junk and spam but they themselves, were able to check my email and there is NO form to be found. We waited 4 months for this consultation then suddenly it would be cancelled over and over again. Never book on this clinic.

Dr. Mechor is awesome!! I can breath! Seriously amazing. I would recommend anyone to see him! I had a sinus surgery with him 3 years ago and have been feeling awesome since. Honestly it was terrible before I met with Dr. Mechor. I had Endoscopic Sinus Surgery to remove reoccurring polyps.

I had a nose job done back in 2000 ( deviated septum) with horrible results ... I could not find a Surgeon who would actually Re do the surgery ( It was that bad) . I waited 16 years and finally found Dr Menchor and he was confident he could fix my nose. I am So happy with the results and get compliments all the time , i can finally say i have a beautiful nose.

Dr. Mechor is fantastic. He fixed my sinuses and I can breathe so much better now. He also does beautiful rhino work. He's a great doctor to have. He can get busy so sometimes there's a wait to see him but he's so good I'm not surprised he's in high demand. I was really nervous about my surgery but Dr. Mechor is such a pro and knowledgeable he made the process better than anticipated. He's moved offices downtown but there's plenty of parking at his building. While Dr Mechor is fantastic his office staff are pretty rude.
