This was my email to Dr D after I my second session with her. I really wanted her to understand how appreciated she is. I wanted to share it here so anyone who is debating on her, will see the impact she has had on me and hope that it will give you some basis for your choice. Dr D, I want to thank you for everything yesterday. I wanted to express that more yesterday but you had another client and I didn't feel comfortable jumping up and down and and screaming about my excitement, but I want you to know that, on the inside that's how I felt. I want you to know that I am so happy that I found you, you are amazing. You have seriously set the bar so high, I can't imagine ever going to another Dr. Not only are you a perfect shot with Botox but you are like a fairy god mother with a syringe as it must be your wand... going from girl to girl turning overworked, tired, sometimes hopeless women, and many times mothers who constantly give of themselves until there is nothing left to give, you Dr D gracefully glide around us turning us all into princess Cinderella. You are truly talented, unmatched in your field. It is very important to be good at what you do, to know what's going to work and what's not. What's necessary and what's not... but knowing these things and practicing them are two totally different things. When I heard about you, I heard you were a very conservative Dr. That is one of the reasons that I wanted to see you. All to often women get that "over done" look and it's just not the look that I want. So hearing that you were conservative was definitely a plus. Now with that said, I had no idea to the extant you took your conservative approach. When I sent one of my good friends in to see you, and she messaged me on the way home letting me know that you used a FRACTION of the Botox on her than any other Dr had ever use, stating that it was not necessary and she only needed a very small amount. You could have followed in the other Dr's footsteps and soaked her charging her several hundred dollars as she would have gladly paid it as she has been misled for years. But you are honorable, and have genuine concern for your clients. It is a quality that is unfortunately less and less common practice these days and should definitely not go unnoticed. I want to praise you for your high standard you set, I hope you know that people notice when you stand out so far from the rest. Also while all of the above mentioned things are good enough on their own to keep a client coming back you don't stop there. You are so personable and extremely calming. Your energy immediately sets any anxieties one might have coming in to get a procedure. Not to mention you are very funny and I feel very raw and down to earth. I really do enjoy our conversation and feel like you really do too. That lends to your relatability and your genuine personality. Your desire and ability to connect with each of your clients is just one more reason that I believe you are by far the best Vancouver has to offer. With that said, thank you again for yesterday, I feel like a new woman and I owe it all to you. I look forward to our next session. With 5 vampires (wonderful children that literally suck the life out of me) it will probably be sooner than later! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

I just recently started getting my lips done and I have only ever gone to Danielle. I have gone only twice so far and can already see a noticeable difference! My lips have always been an insecurity of mine, and after only going twice I already feel like it's going to be well worth it! Her home is beautiful and very sanitary and it has been completely painless both times so far! She is very good at what she does! She knows exactly where to put the product, and is such a sweet woman, and I definitely recommend her! Dr. Sergeeva is INCREDIBLE! I felt instant comfort as soon as i met her for the first time. She is extremely knowledgeable on location for injection and the perfect dose. The last doctor i saw for a consult said i needed over 50 units of botox for my forehead and between my brows. Dr. Sergeeva injected 22 and gave me an incredible result. She will start your first session with a minimal amount of botox then ask you to follow up in 14 days to see if more is needed. She will never over botox you and she prefers her clients to still look natural. She is very honest about what will and wont look good. I wanted more units in certain locations and she explained why she wont do it. Most doctors would be more than happy to give you more than needed so they can charge you more. Not Dr. Sergeeva! Her home clinic is absolutely beautiful and completely spotless. I have referred over 10 people now to her and i believe 6 or 7 have attended so far. All who are so thrilled with their results. Dr. Sergeeva is truly a genius with this procedure and i will NEVER ever go anywhere else. Not to mention her per unit rate is unbelievably affordable and cannot be compared to any other doctor in the lower mainland. Amazing price and incredible service!!!!

The positive Reviews are NOT reflective of the experience I had with my friend .if you care about your face your health or your money, go elsewhere !! I am not sure how there are all these fantastic reviews on here. I was googling lip injection services and dr danielle came up and this is the the place my girlfriend went to and ended up getting a horrible infection. She has a doc she does to regularly (he’s booked I couldn’t get in, hence looking) and I’ve been with her to 2 others before she found her regular that have all had great results. Not with dr danielle. Her face was swollen and painful, filled with a pus, at the injection site. the day after she got the injections, woke up with lip swollen as can be and told dr Danielle she had an infection at the injection site above her lip, it was awful . So she sent her a photo and Dr Danielle told her to come in right away. . This was right after businesses re opened post quarantine so I went with her but I waited in the car to limit the number of ppl in the waiting room, which was apparently filled with 4-5 other people and impossible to respect good social distancing. She came back to the car in tears. Dr Danielle said that yes it was infected, acted non Chalant and proceeded to drain her face aka squeezed the sh*t out of it. After the draining-torture she asked for a partial refund or credit since this was the first time she had received injections from dr Danielle but had never once had any kind of infection or bad reaction froM any other of the tens of treatments shes had from other offices. And granted, she did look deformed. friend then returned to the car visibly upset because after asking for her to try and make it right she was shouted at by dr Danielle and told to leave the premises and never return again (who cares about customer sat anyways?). On top of that, after Dr D freaked on her for asking to try and remedy the situation, she withheld her prescription which she badly needed. A doctor.... Confirmed infection.... REFUSED her Antibiotics. Meaning had to go to a clinic, post covid 19..more clinics=more exposure. Oh and the cherry on top? Once the infection subsided, the filler literally disappeared after a few weeks. I learned My other gf went to her before a well and so did hers last only a couple weeks.. It was bad. I wasn't even the one to receive the treatment but am taking time to review it because it was actually that bad. What a nightmare experience.
