I had TMD for at least a decade now. I get headaches and jaw pain from it on a daily basis. I tried PT, RMT and used a night guard but it doesn't relieve the pain long enough. So for the first time ever, I decided to give Botox a try at my TMJ area - best decision by far. Three weeks after my first injection, the pain I was experiencing from my TMD went from a 6/10 on a daily basis to a 2/10. The staff at the clinic are welcoming, friendly and informative. I recommend contacting Dr.Zheng and Elsa for any advice or concerns regarding treatments there as I found them to be very helpful. Elsa accommodated to my treatment decisions, schedule and updated me on clinical promotions as well.

Updates** I am not satisfied with what I paid and how much time I spent. I got 4 times bbl treatments at Burnaby Ever Young, spent more than $1,800 on treatment. At the beginning, Ashley in PoCo Ever Young sales person sold member fee of $100 on this clinic and she recommended me to try 3 times of picosure laser in Burnaby. So, I came to Burnaby because of picosure machine that she recommended me. So I paid. but then Burnaby treatment agent, Tatiana recommended me bbl treatments instead of picosure laser. I was frustrating and eventually I trusted. I expected. by the way, I am living in PoCo. Not in Burnaby. Which means, I did not need to get treatment in Burnaby when BBL laser machine is in PoCo. Anyways, I trusted them. and Also I purchased 4 different skincare products here, I spent more than $500 as side skincare as she recommended. but I don't see really huge difference over 4 month. Also, Clinic don't use any anesthetic cream when they do laser treat. They use only cold gel and laser right away. so During laser, It really hurts, and sore. It feel really crying during laser, it feel burning after laser. After my 4th treatment, My both side of face was swollen, and became really red face over 6 hours. I had to use ice pack for 6 hour because my skin was too hurt. I decided to update my review now because I was thinking of how much cost I spent, how much time I spent (to go this place from all the way from poco, which i could get same treatment in poco if it was like this), and results. Also I got laser long time ago in different place, but it was not like this. I just trusted them. but I feel like scammed. I could spend my money in different place. As customer service area, It is just okay. 1 time, they canceled laser treatment 1 day before and just noticed me on the phone because laser has problem. So they requested me to reschedule. so I rescheduled. and 3rd session, I asked them what happened to laser machine. and Burnaby sale person said nothing happen on the laser machine, laser did not broken. Then Why they moved my schedule? My time is important too. They could call me 3 days ahead or earlier if they can't make time for my book. If they were more honest about, that would be better. Why this person and that person says different.This is not really professional customer services. More like frustrating. and Pushing to buy some products that does not even work. Ashley in poco sales lady recommend me to try cleanser. cleanser was bad because it did not clean or make brighter skin over time. and it was wasted. but then in burnaby sales, I understand they have to sell so many products but I told them I did not like it because it does not remove anything. but how they talk is those products in stores are the best products because it's professional and their talk is like others in other brands are not professional and not a good. I don't like attitude that making sounds like other brands are bad. Any brands can be good for anyone who fits with that products. Anyways, Inside is clean and nice. but As Treatment results and my time, costs of products, services and all that, I don't recommend this place. They have highly 5 star reviews, because they give client 1 cosmetic brush and let clients review 5 stars at first visit. So I got 1 brush too because they said they give me some gifts if I do good review at 1st visit (when I felt as trust in this place). This is just all marketing. I realized later I got faked by 5 stars google review. but I believe People must know about BBL laser before they check in and think about spending lots money and how result will come. By the way, I did not get a treatment by doctor. I thought they are medical clinic but not really ( I knew this later as well). and I don't even know who is doctor in this clinic. There were no meeting before laser. You just pay money and sign on ipad , they just do with just gel. ouch. I will give 2 star, because tetiana was nice, inside was clean. but As a business and services, it seems not a professional business.

I recently did the Laser hair removal and ultherapy at the Everyouong Clinic. I wanted to do hair removal to begin with but Shawn's hospitality and professionalism was above and beyond. During the conversation with Shawn, she noticed there is other treatment that will help me with what I am looking for besides the hair removal. This is my first time doing the ultherapy treatment and I was really nervous about the procedure and worry about the result. Shawn talked me through all the theory and let me know what to expect. She was very patient and showed her empathy. Her knowledge of all different treatments was incredible. With her 5+ yrs experience, she helped me finding the treatment that will suit me the best and I am now seeing the result on my face. I am very happy with the result. This is the present I gave myself before my 30th birthday. I am super scared of doing anything invasive. Shawn suggested the ultherapy treatment that will give me what I am looking for but non invasive. Shawn looks young but really knows what she is doing and did a great job. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who is interested in getting some job done here. For me personally, I will be back for sure.

My first time here after finding them on google. For context, I’ve been to many medical spas / laser centres before. Beautiful clinic! Very clean and modern looking. The staff are polite and sweet and they have several doctors on staff—not sure what their credentials are but it’s probably on their website. I booked in for a consultation with one of the doctors, followed by a hydrafacial with one of their technicians, Tatiana, who is lovely and professional and seems very experienced in her practice. Loved the hydrafacial! Have since returned for another one with Tatiana who I would recommend. The doctor who met with me—not sure who she was since she never introduced herself nor her credentials. The meeting was pretty short and I didn’t feel either way about it—if I had to say one thing I guess it would have to be that she could improve her bedside manners a tad more but otherwise she was pleasant enough and to be fair, we didn’t chat more for more than 7 or 8 minutes. Another odd thing was when I was filling out the new patient intake forms, they asked for a piece of ID to keep on file. As mentioned, I’ve visited many medical spas including Project Skin and 8West, and have never been asked for ID. I politely declined as I was uncomfortable with it and also didn’t see a reason for them to have it—and they weren’t able to provide me a real reason why they need it—but they said it’s fine if I would rather not provide ID. Other than that, the experience was enjoyable and the facilities are lovely and their offering of services quite broad so I would return! They also have a membership program which allows some savings, if you pay an annual membership fee of $99, which to me is worth it.

She has been administering cortisone injections into scar tissue I have from trauma to my face for the past few months and I have seen great improvements. She listens very well and used my feedback to understand exactly what I needed done. Some doctors in the past that I have seen at other clinics did not listen to my concerns and in turn, I did not have good results. I had laser hair removal treatments done and my technician was so sweet and adorable, I enjoyed her very much. However, I would always leave with a sour taste in my mouth - I was left to wait awkwardly in a room prior to my appt on several occasions - there is no comfortable seating and no one updates you on wait times, once there was garbage left on the counter from the previous appt, a partially finished Starbucks drink. Several visits the wrong area would be treated in addition to the correct areas and I frequently felt the treatments were rushed and inaccurate. (ie. I had my chin and sideburns lasered but she would drag the wand all along my jawline from side to side?) I had to clarify which areas to treat almost at every visit and I had to stop her from prepping incorrect areas on a number of occasions too. Aren't my treatments noted in my file? After 6 treatments I will definitely need to get more done. It's been a couple months since my last treatment and one area is worse than ever while the other is actually quite improved. There was confusion at the front counter checking out my first visit and even the first visit itself felt abrupt, like an assembly line, no communication or explanation or education. I did raise a concern mid-way through my package out of frustration - you get a follow-up text after each appointment looking for feedback. I didn't heard back from anyone right away which confused me but at the next visit effort was made to address my concerns which I greatly appreciated. It is a beautiful facility for the most part and I believe it is newer so perhaps that is why it doesn't feel like a well oiled machine quite yet. Personally I plan to go elsewhere for treatment for comparison, I would not rush back to this clinic due to such a mixed experience.

I got a jaw botox for my TMJ today with Nicole. She’s very experienced and kind so there’s no need to worry at all. It was over in less than 10 minutes and I could barely feel any pain. The staff (specifically Elsa and Dr. Jia Zheng who helped me) were all helpful, honest, and nice. Will definitely come back to do my botox regularly here!

With all the nerves going up and arms, it was such a nice feeling to have the EverYoung Team at the PoCo location take care of me. They made me feel comfortable, helped me go through the process and talked me through everything! It was my first time getting any filler and Botox done and after researching reviews and before and afters I decided to go to Everyoung at Burnaby! I had my consult with the beautiful Elsa! She made me feel very comfortable during my entire consultation, she explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. She was super easy to talk to and very personable! I was nervous as it was my first time but she assured me that the staff are very skilled at their art and they are! I got chin filler and love it!! She also noticed I had dimples on my chin that were very pronounced while I talk, I didn’t know this but when I saw a photo I’m so glad she was honest and educated me to have a more informed decision. We went through prices thoroughly and I never felt pressured. Nicole did my lip fillers. She was a huge perfectionist, spending a lot of time to make sure they looked how I wanted and would ask me to decide the exact spots I wanted the filler put in so I could get my lips perfect. Elsa helped me a lot and explained the different types of fillers and how they would look different, and both made sure to listen to all my concerns. I went to another clinic that didn't listen to what I wanted and just went with their own ideas, and also never explained to me the differences between the types of fillers or anything like that. I wish I had come here first instead, so thankful I found them!

I am SO happy I made the decision in booking with EverYoung for skincare needs! The staff there are all so welcoming and Ashley is UH-MAY-ZINGGG!!! It started off with a consultation in regards of new care skin products I needed in my life (cause every single thing I used on my face broke me out and was seriously putting me down) and she recommended using the ZO Skin Health line. It has honestly helped tremendously with my skin and I cannot be more grateful. Yes, it takes time for results to show but it definitely showed! In addition, she was never pushy with anything and I could really tell that she genuinely cared about my feelings towards my skin. I’ve also booked a hydra facial with Ashley and it’s definitely a must! Skin feels very soft after and I looked nice and dewy (and I’d never say such a thing cause I’m oily but THE DEW WAS COMIN THRU AND IT LOOKED GORG!) Anywho, I highly recommend this wonderful establishment and please go see Ashley for all your face needs! It was my first time ever going to any sort of medi-spa to get help for my skin concerns (hydra facial) and they immediately pushed product that was hundreds of dollars... they also made me leave the original review in-front of them before I paid which was really uncomfortable and just forces people to leave a good review. I think if your looking to spend a lot of money and only buy the in-house brands they carry then this would be good for you. One of the woman basically shamed me from buying my skincare needs from the drugstore/ Sephora and not from a medi-spa. I don’t like the pushy sales business model and will not be going back unfortunately.

I was a bit scared at first lol, but Shawn fully understood my concern, recommended the perfect service, constantly asked whether I felt pain during BBL. I told her that I had booked the treatment over the phone without any mention of a package, but she kept arguing with me until she went to ask the front desk herself. Went in to get a quote on how much to laser off a mole on my face. The receptionist was rude and spoke in a condescending tone. The price given was very general and if the mole was considered raised or beyond a certain size it would cost extra. I asked if they could give me an exact amount I'd have to pay based on the mole and unfortunately this would need a consult for an additional fee...like really, pay a consult fee to take a 30 second look and give me a price?? Although I'm not familiar with cosmetic surgery, most places where you need a quote for service (i.e. home renovations, auto bodyshop, plumbing), the person would at least take a look and let you know how much it would cost for free. Isn't that how you get people's business?

Don’t go, terrible experience, went for a consultation for facial laser treatment, after waiting for 1 full hours and meeting two nurses, Still didn’t get any answers, a doctor supposed to provide more info but she never showed, maybe busy with customers who never asks what they are getting before going a head with any treatment. After the long wait, I was told they don’t have the expertise on that laser treatment in this branch, even though I called in before going that I have questions about that laser treatment . All in all, after wasting two hours of my time, I left with no answer because I was a customer looking for perfection ( that’s was the nurse said after hours of waiting ) what a disrespectful service. As far as you don’t ask questions and pay your hard earned $$$ , they will give you the best service ( probably ) . This is my personal experience I just wanted to share, will never consider this place again.

I am new to this city, I moved here from Los Angeles right before the Covid-19 pandemic. It has been so difficult for me to find a Med Spa of the Expectations that I had grown accustomed to in Beverly Hills. Imagine my excitement when I discovered Everyoung! The initial consultation was amazing, it was everything I had hoped for and more. I decided on the Gold Package, and booked a facial immediately. I had such a wonderful experience with the facial. The facial deserves a five star. The aesthetician did a great job! I was so relaxed for the first time, I honestly can’t remember the last time I felt this good. However, the experience afterwards was to the contrary. Paying for the procedure, when dealing with the receptionist, it was one of the worst experiences customer service experiences I’ve had in my life. I was very pleasant with her, being in a zen state from the facial (again, I reiterate, the facial was amazing). I don't understand why be rude and give your client an attitude when it’s a spa day... really? The receptionist's tone, the way she spoke to me was belittling and insulting. I emphasized that “I just got a facial and am really relaxed, can you calmly speak to me?” I was looking forward to my facial all week, it’s sad that after having such a great experience it ended so terrible! Update: the clinic followed up twice after I called them and told them about my experience. I’m glad they were able to correct their mistake. Will definitely go back and have another facial.

I rarely post reviews but I had to make an exception and make the effort after receiving some filler and Botox at Everyoung Clinic! I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER !!! Dr. Zheng ( I really hope I got your name right!) did an amazing job! I’m a 53 yr old woman and, seriously, I’ve had the standard Botox in the forehead and between the eyes about 5x before as well as a baby lip and cheek filler once so I thought this would be the same effect. NO WAY!! The doctor worked some serious magic. The “lip flip”, which I’d never heard of, made my lips fuller without looking “filled” and somehow I look younger and rested without the raised eyebrow look from the Botox. I live a 6 hour drive from Everyoung but it’s the only place I’ll go from now on. Totally worth the trip! The whole team there rocked! Oh! And Botox-ers, ask for the injection just below the tear ducts! Game-changer when applying concealer if you’re “older”. I’m so glad I found you guys!!
