For anyone considering rhinoplasty I would highly recommend Dr. Denton. At the consultation he was realistic in showing me what could be achieved via photoshop software. I felt confident going into the surgery; all the staff/nurses were wonderful. The healing was much easier than expected, and I was back to work within 2 weeks. My nose no longer has a “bump” from the side view, is symmetrical from the front and looks very natural. If you hadn’t seen my "old" nose, you wouldn’t know I’ve had any work done. My only regret is not having the procedure done years ago! Thank you Dr. Denton (and team) for a wonderful result.

After years of research on the rhinoplasty process, I finally chose Dr. Denton to perform my surgery. He was so patient and understanding. I also felt safer with him as my surgeon due to his 20+ years of experience. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was incredibly helpful when it came to my nervousness about the surgery. One thing you need to know about Dr. Denton is that he is honest and realistic about your nose job procedure. Generally speaking Dr. Denton is an amazing surgeon and easily one of the best in all of Vancouver. You can also tell from meeting him that he is a very kind person who really enjoys what he does. I’m very thankful for what he did for me. I would also like to thank his receptionist Yuki as well. She is super consistent with answering the calls and emails. She was super sweet as well and very patient with any inquiries I may have had. If you’re anxious about getting a rhinoplasty, don’t be. Just know when you’re seeing Dr. Andrew Denton, you’re going to the right place.

Worst experience. I waited 1.5 months to get in to see dr.denton for a rhinoplasty consultation. The whole consultation lasted under 10 minutes with him. I went in wanting to make the appearance of my long nose a little smaller. We took pictures and he showed me what he’s able to do. The 2 pictures didn’t look much different. He ended up talking about my crooked teeth and actually asked if I go to the dentist often. Then told me my chin is uneven and I don’t think it is. I asked if there’s anyway we can make my nose smaller and he said that what he can do will look way better and attractive than the nose I have right now. Even though the pictures didn’t look much different! I went in having realistic goals but he made me feel even more self conscious of my nose and face features than I was before. Worst part was they tried to charge me a fee of $105 when they never even informed me there was a fee when I booked. So sad to say all this because I was so excited.

I've had four surgery's with Doctor Denton; rhinoplasty, face lift, cheek implants and brow lift, and the results have been completely life changing. I also have a dear friend who's had a chin implant by him. They're results, built so well on the natural symmetry of they're face, that not even immediate family members noticed, and still don't know to this day. They are now more beautiful than ever. There is a saying that 'experience is the only teacher' and Doctor Denton's extensive experience shines through in everything he does. Plastic surgery is an art as well as a science, requiring the perception of the sculptor and the intellect of the scientist, with an acute sense of three space. His understanding of the pluses and minuses, the envelope, that will deliver the best results, is what you need in a surgeon, and his clear and straight forward communication of what these limits are, is so critical. I can't say enough about Doctor Denton, and recommend him to all who ask. His professionalism, clarity and thoroughness, I've come to depend on, and measure all other surgeons to this high bar.

Please please do not even think about getting nose job by this doctor . He doesnt care if your face is round or oval big or small he just cut the tip of your nose. My poor friend get nose job about 5 month a go and her nose is literally look like a pig .she can not even breath properly and when she went back to him to get it fix he told her at least your nose look better than it was before , and that is not true her nose was way nicer before the surgery. Now she is paying another doctor to fix his mess .Shame on you dr Denton

Dr. Denton is bare-none the best for filler & botox. The aspect I so appreciate about him is that he ONLY does natural amounts. If you want inflated lips, this isn't your guy. The best cosmetic surgeon in the Greater Vancouver area; I couldn't be happier with my result. Dr. Denton was really patient, down-to-earth, and took time to understand what I wanted (unlike other doctors I had consultations with). I couldn't be happier that I ultimately booked with Dr. Denton. My procedure went flawlessly, and I was even able to get my cast off a day early! Virtually no bruising & the swelling was minimal. I was back at work within 7 days. I absolutely love my result and my only regret is not having took the plunge sooner. I've recently started going (out of my way) to get injectables done by Dr. Denton too. His staff makes me feel at home. I wish more happy patients would leave a review (I'm sure most just go on their merry way...!).

Dr Andrew Denton is the only doctor that I will have do facial rejuvenation work such botox and juvaderm on me. He is super chill, easy to talk to doctor without the "specialist complex" that a lot of other plastic surgeons have. He specializes in facial cosmetic procedures, probably being the best rhinoplasty surgeon in the province and has an excellent aesthetic eye for the face. I myself, haven't had surgery on my face but I know several people who have had facelifts, rhinoplasty, eye lifts done by him and have only great things to say about their experience :) His office and surgery centre is immaculate with beautiful natural light and very caring professional staff, is located in the heart of the city and easy to get to by public transit if you don't drive.

He’s such a perfectionist with such good taste I had a hump reduction and also some asymmetry before which he fixed !!! I’m So happy with his work. So happy I met him and had him do my Nose ! I contacted Dr. Benton's office for a consultation through Instagram DM's on behalf of my wife inquiring about rhinoplasty. It took them forever to respond. My wife also emailed them. They didn't even reply. Then I DM'd them again on Instagram and told them that she had emailed them and that she wasn't very happy that she didn't get a response, they didn't care and still didn't email her back. Pathetic business practice. Lack of Integrity will send me elsewhere every time. She has since booked with another surgeon. They called her the very next morning.

Dr. Denton performed an upper eyelid procedure on me. I never expected to look that good! At the point in my life when I expect to deteriorate, however slowly, he shaved off at least 10 years with such a simple procedure. I'm more than happy with my results. Only one thing is he did not warn me that I would be partially awake during the surgery. It was shocking and uncomfortable to say the least. Other than that, I am so happy to have had the work done.

I used Dr. Denton for my rhinoseptoplasty this past fall to correct a deviated septum and it's complications while getting the exterior corrected as well. Today is my five month follow up appointment and I could not be more pleased with my results. Dr. Denton and his staff were so attentive the week after my procedure and were prompt to answer all questions and concerns I had during the healing process. I was back to work within 12 days of my surgery date with little to no bruising. I would recommend Dr. Denton to anyone, he made the process stress and virtually pain free. BEST MONEY I EVER SPENT. I am so pleased with my facelift as I no longer look tired. I am a 58 year old woman who enjoys helping others with the dental surgery that I do; so from a surgeon's viewpoint, I am very impressed with Dr. Denton's expertise. I personally did not work out for 2 weeks and eased back into the higher intensity workouts over 6 weeks.I am use to 15 +hours of activity ( I like to compete). I got my nose done by Dr. Denton in October of 2015. this was my second Rhinoplasty. I had my first one done in Iran when I was 18. back then I was so naive and wanted to look super natural so the first Doctor really hadn't changed much. After 10 years, I kind of felt like my nose is too big again, and also it was a bit crooked as it didn't really heal nicely from the first nose job ( only i could notice this not other people). I chose doctor Denton after much research. If i may say so myself, even before the nose job by doctor Denton, I was considered a very pretty girl by people, so I really didn't want just anyone to touch and potentially ruin my face. He is in fact amazing- a true artist. he told me to be realistic and designed a nose for me that fits my face so perfectly. No one can tell that I had my nose done--TWICE!! my nose is sooo straight and so centered and so perfect. I had no complications. I went back to work after just one week. On top of being so amazing at what he does, he is also a very nice person. During the first month after my Rhinoplasty, sometimes I would go through phases thinking omg my nose is so puffy ( it was, but that's so normal) and I would just go to his office, he would see me every time just to talk to me and calm me down. and that to me is a great doctor! 100% percent I recommend him to anyone that is considering getting anything done on their face. I decided that I wanted to consult and book with someone who could fix my septum and correct my cosmetic issues at the same time. Dr. Denton gave me a partial rhinoplasty. It was so subtle no one noticed, which is what I wanted. My nose was kind of asymmetrical and a bit ethnic looking (not that there is anything wrong with that, but I have a small face with large features and wanted balance) and Dr. Denton maintained the look without attempting to give me that white button nose other plastic surgeons wanted to do, so I look like the same person just a tiny bit better. I am 52, Asian. I had upper and lower blepharoplasty in March 2016. It took me about 6 months to find a surgeon that I felt comfortable with and after a consultation I chose Dr. Denton. I was thinking about the blepharoplasty for a couple of years as I didn't like my upper lids hooded and looked liked swollen and my saggy eye bags. After the surgery, my swelling lasted about a month by every day getting less and less. Now, after 10 months when a healing process is almost completed (scar tissue settles and the feeling returns) I love my look and it keeps improving. I still have the same shape and appearance of my eyes, the blepharoplasty only enhanced them. Happy, Happy, happy. Thank you Doctor and your amassing staff!

Dr. Denton did my rhinoplasty and my only regret is not finding him and getting the procedure done years ago. He was highly recommended to me by my aesthetic doctor and after asking around he had done two of my (very happy) friends noses as well! He's obviously a very skilled surgeon but what places him in a league above the rest is his great eye for perfecting features into what is most complementary to your face. The recovery was surprisingly easy (probably greatly helps that he doesn't use packing in your nose post-surgery). Also I really appreciated his that his office staff (Yuki!) and surgical nurses were amazing and really made the time leading up to and following the surgery comfortable and calming!

I think it takes a truly talented surgeon to perform rhinoplasty that flows seamlessly within the natural lines of your face. It took me a while to find Dr Denton, after having gone through a few expensive consultations , yet I'm glad I took the time to do so because I got what I asked for, which is a natural looking enhancement instead of a complete overhaul that placed a 'nose job' stamp right on my forehead! Vancouver has many good surgeons that can do good work; however, in my opinion, it's so important to not make that work look like "work." I was also quite pleased with the office and his staff. The surgery was performed very hygienically and professionally. Esperanza, the Patient Care Coordinator, genuinely makes you feel at ease, answers all your questions, and is great at doing post-surgery follow ups.
