I have a lot of scarring from my younger days when I got the chickenpox. I honestly had no idea that getting scar removal was even a thing until someone told me about it. I already knew about this clinic through a friend and decided to go in for a consultation, and then shortly after I had my appointment. Almost all my scars on my face and neck area are gone it’s insane. If the scarring bothers you and you’ve been debating on getting it removed, you should come to this clinic they are pros.

I recently had surgery and truly amazed with Dr. Kolenda! I first met him on my visits to his office before my upcoming surgery. He realized I was nervous, and reassured me everything would be ok. He mentioned if I had any more questions was to phone the office at any time. On the day of surgery I was still nervous of course, but that changed when I saw Dr. Kolenda just before I went into the OR. He reassured me once again and answered a couple of questions I had for him once again. Dr. Kolenda was very prompt in seeing me only hours after the surgery to comment on how everything went. I ma very impressed with his nice bedside manner and he is a very caring man. I am very glad I chose him for my surgeon and I have nothing but good thing's to say about him. Dr. Kolenda performed an upper and lower Bleph for me last December. He was caring and informative throughout the entire procedure starting with the consult and ending with the follow up 2 months post op. The results were fabulous. I'd had an upper Bleph performed by another, more prominent Oakville surgeon, but she failed to remove enough of the excess skin and for years after I was unhappy with the results. When I expressed my disappointment she told me my eyes were fine and not to worry about it. Dr. Kolenda not only removed the excess skin, but also removed and redistributed some of the excess fat pockets I had developed in the corners of my upper eyes. I would definitely return to him for future surgery.

To put it simply, Dr. Kolenda is a brilliant surgeon. In late 2020 I required a total thyroidectomoy and was thankfully referred to him. A few years back he had performed surgery for my father so I was well aware of what a great surgeon he was. His technique was so minimally invasive that I didn't require any pain medication at all after the surgery, not even ibuprofen or acetaminophen, and the incision site, once healed, became barely noticeable. Every encounter I had with Dr. Kolenda and his team, whether via phone call or in person was positive and reassuring. If you're looking for the highest standard of care and complete confidence in your surgeon then I highly recommend Dr. Jack Kolenda.

I come here to see Czarina for Botox and fillers. I absolutely love the way I look. She knows exactly how to achieve the results I want, paying close attention to detail to make sure everything looks perfect. She has a super soft touch which makes the treatments quick, easy and painless. What I love the most is that they take the time to make me feel comfortable and ease my nerves and explain what to expect. Czarina always follows up with me after my treatments to make sure everything is okay. The facility is beautiful and SUPER clean. I always enjoy coming here, the staff are lovely and I always leave feeling and looking better than when I came in. Very nice staff but I'm not satisfied with the end result of my septoplasty. I was sent to a breathing lab before getting the surgery and confirmed that I couldn't breathe out of my nose. I went back to the doctor after the surgery to tell him that I can't breathe out of my nose (for which I had to take a day off work for), so he sent me to the breathing lab again in North York, because there aren't many in Ontario (for which I had to take the day off work for), and then the office wanted me to take another day off work to go inside to get the results. I told them I cannot get another day off work and the woman on the phone said, "your results show that you still can't breathe after surgery so if you want you can have the surgery done again". I'm glad I didn't take another day off to hear that information. The recovery for that surgery is not fun and I wouldn't go with the same office again. A year has gone by and no improvements in breathing.

Dr. Kolenda is an amazing Surgeon. I am a 66-year-old grandmother and although I thought I was ready to grow old gracefully…I found myself looking at facelift photos. My eyelids were disappearing, my neck was sagging, and I just did not feel good about myself. I lost my sister to COVID, which made me realize just how short life really is, so I started researching. Dr. Kolenda is a certified member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and a member of the American Board of Otolaryngology. He is one of the top facial plastic surgeons in Canada and I can now personally attest to this. The invisible incision areas are a testament to his skill level. Dr. Kolenda is very personable, and he immediately made me feel at ease, answering all my questions and providing me with the information I needed to make an educated decision. The Anesthesiologist was a wonderful Doctor, and her professionalism and bedside manner could not have been better. From pre-op to post-op, the entire team was amazing. The consultation and administrative staff at Verso Surgery Centre are wonderful to deal with…they are obviously dedicated to making the customer experience pleasant and positive. The Centre is an exceptionally clean, sterile environment which is so very important. Even the little things they did, like having the medications delivered directly to my home were appreciated. The nurses are highly qualified and the care and attention I personally received from Czarina was second to none. Czarina is an amazing professional and my pre-op and post-op visits have been far more enjoyable due to her expertise. I cannot thank Dr. Kolenda and his team enough for making my experience a positive one. The saggy neck is gone, and you can see my eyes, but the best part is, I still look like me and I feel happy and positive. Yes, there was pain, but it was managed effectively, and the benefits definitely outweigh the discomfort. It was the right decision for me. Dr. Kolenda is a highly skilled surgeon, and I would highly recommend him.

My blepharoplasty went very well. I had a consultation with Dr. Kolenda a year ago and had been putting it off because of nerves but finally decided to book my appointment with him. My main focus was to reduce the look of the tiny fine lines under my eyes that were spreading onto my cheekbones making the skin look saggy. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I waited over 8 months to be referred to Dr. Jack Kolenda, had to take a day off of school and my mother took a day off of work to drive 2 hours to see him. When I arrived at my appointment I was in and out within 5 minutes. Everyone in the office had a smirky attitude and Dr. Kolenda didn't even bother to look up from his iPad to talk to me. He cut me off when I started to explain my concerns and told me I had to go to a breathing clinic which had an opening in 4 months then left. I left the office in tears, that was what I had been waiting almost a year for?? He made me feel terrible and disregarded all of my concerns. I ended up cancelling my breathing appointment and cancelling the procedure all together. It's been a year since this experience and it still makes me mad to this day.

4 and a half months ago I had a breast lift surgery performed at this clinic and I am now fully recovered but just wanted to put in a review about my experience and how I felt during and after the whole thing. One of my closest friends came to this clinic after she decided she was done having kids and got a breast lift and they did such an amazing job. I just had my last child and decided I would treat myself to the same thing. The procedure itself was good and easy and the pain was very minimal. The doctors did exactly what I wanted and now I feel like they look exactly the way they did before I had 4 kids!! Just a great experience for me. I was diagnosed with a tumour in my thyroid and when he removed it the visual of it was certainly suspitious. His approach to me as we waited for the results was compassionate yet strong. Thankfully the news was quite good at the end, and while he celebrated with me and gave me a hug he showed a bit of human emotion that just moved me. Dr. Kolenda is incredible! First of all I’ve been to so many different clinics and none of the doctors stood out to me like he did. He made the whole experience more personable by introducing himself and asking what my final goal was. We talked through the entire process from start to finish and he went into detail which was exactly what I wanted. I am absolutely amazed at the work he did for me! I could not be happier that I found this clinic and such a great doctor for this life changing experience!

Best experience with Dr. Kolenda. I got my nose job done with him and he is the best! Many of my friends have had rhinoplasty procedures done with him and they had fabulous results! His clinic and staff are extremely friendly and polite. Everyone took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was completely certain before leaving the consultation! A friend on Instagram had posted about Dr. Kolenda’s work on them and I became obsessed! I started researching Verso and went through their social medias, reviews, and even all of their videos.. I always wanted to change the shape of my nose but did not want to risk any possible issues or complications. I finally decided to book a consultation and was beyond excited. He laid out all of my options and helped me pick out the one which he thought would be best. I had a rhinoplasty and septoplasty in June 2019 and was not expecting for it to look this good, and natural. There was a little discomfort for the first day or two during recovery but its normal and ended up going away very quickly. I am thrilled to have chosen Dr. Kolenda and his clinic, and I really hope everyone who is in a similar situation as me hears about the results he can provide.

I am very satisfied with my nose job that Dr. Kolenda did for me. I Had issues with my breathing in the past due to my nose being too thin and narrow. Hi my name is Troy . I recently had some work done at verso and thought it worth mentioning. First , the Dr., Dr Jack Kolenda was there to greet me after speaking with his assistant, who by the way ,was as intelligent as she was beautiful. They both explained all my concerns and since I suffer from a long standing battle with anxiety were able to earn my business but more importantly my trust and friendship. Of course I can't forget the amazingly professional and incredibly beautiful receptionist , nurses and staff members that made up verso surgery centre. I really was expecting something completely different as I had met with other surgeons and their staff. Wow, what a difference. I was treated like they had known me my while life and that came from each member of the Drs team . I found, after alot of comparing staff and drs, I that this was the place for me . Pre op , during and post op it didn't matter . If I had a question or concern no matter how ridiculous it was I was immediately put in touch with the right specialist to answer my questions correctly but also to my standards . Please, before you make a mistake and go somewhere else call dr. Kolenda you will not be dissatisfied. I researched dr. Kolenda for close to 3 months , he's a facial reconstruction surgeon and perfectionist. His nurses , technicians and staff are the best . They actually care about how I'm doing . I had to cancel my surgery recently and thought the dr. might be a bit upset as I wasn't able to give much notice but true to his name , character and that of his staff he was very understanding . My first operation looks amazing and I can hardly wait till January for my other procedure to be finished . Something people don't realize if they go to other surgeons is they will agree to do anything as long as there getting paid. Dr Kolenda explained in amazing detail why the procedure I wanted was not only the wrong one but suggested something completely different which I never knew was even possible and told me to wait a couple years for the best result. Who does that ?? Anyways, it's been a pleasure dealing with a straight up facial reconstruction surgeon and a wonderful beautiful friendly staff I just can't say enough .
