Caution to anyone using the services here. Twice the amount much botox was injected into an area on my face! They are very unprofessional and disorganized. I purchased 20 units of botox. They didn't communicate with me how much they used. When I had to inquire multiple times to get an answer. They told me I have to pay an additional $80 to use the remainder botox unused. I over heard the technician on the phone talking to a previous client who was experiencing negative effects of filler. Do Not Trust this salon with your face!

W O W. I absolutely loved my experience at Refresh with Nurse Kristine. I have gotten lip fillers twice before I went to her for another fill and she took the time to actually explain the difference between the fillers and also gave me her honest opinion what she thinks is the best for me. Kristine made me feel so comfortable when she did the fillers and this is the first time I had minimal bruising. She is so knowledgable and you can tell she really does care and knows what she's doing. I think it's amazing how she is constantly taking courses as well so she can learn even more! I’ve had several cosmetic tattooing procedures done by Kerry Meech, she has tattooed my lips and eyebrows, as well as doing a lash lift and tint. I had a patch of missing pigment on my top lip, Kerry corrected this, added some definition on the lip line and also toned down the natural color of my lips. I also had my eyebrows done by her, they look full and fluffy, with more definition on the ends. The results look incredibly natural but more enhanced than before. Can’t say enough good things about Kerry, she really went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure. So happy with the results!

I have been getting fillers for a few years now, I have gone to nurses, doctors etc. but I am so happy I found Refresh Cosmetics because Kristine (the nurse) is so knowledgeable in the services she provides. You can truly tell she is passionate at what she does and is patient with her clients. To date, I have had fillers, botox, and micro needling with Kristine. I have never been more happier with my fillers. Kristine injects micro doses which prevents the feeling of clumping in the skin. She also knows how to make you look natural without having that "duck" look. She injects strategically to have the fillers last longer than other injectors I have gone to in the past. BTW, I never knew any of this until I had it done at Refresh Cosmetics and really seeing the difference in service and outcome. I get botox in my masseter because I have TMJ which causes migraines. I have gone to MANY doctors and realized precision is KEY. Nurse Kristine actually penetrate the masseter which causes my migraines to go away. I don't trust any other person to do this treatment! As it was my first time, I was quite nervous, but she explained everything to me and kept me calm throughout the procedure.
