I had always had fillers for around my mouth and chin arear, as I tend to be a little hollow in this area. My previous clinic moved and too far for me to travel so I thought I would try Monaco. Staff was very friendly, however after spending $2500 I did not notice any difference at all. When I called I was informed that my injection nurse was no longer with them.$2500 is a lot of money to have no success.

I also had gotten the Oshot and it was rather difficult both drawing blood and getting anxious at possibly not being able to do it. I cannot stress enough how hard it is to find a nurse who actually listens to what you want and focuses so hard on doing the right thing. Harzin is by far the best injector I have been to. Her enthusiasm and passion for her job is incredible. If I could spend the whole day injecting my face with her it would fly by like a breeze because of how quick and efficient she is. I loved everything she did. She aimed precisely and gradually built my fillers and let me take a look every time she sees a good change and she is happy with what she did and honestly, wow. Although I previously had filler in my lips she managed to fully transform them with just .5 ml. I was comfortable to try something new with her also, so she decided we fill the other .5ml into my chin and it made a huuuuuge difference and I definitely see what I was missing. We finally discussed masseters. I have major issues with migraines and she explained everything to me and told me that they could help with relieving the muscles in my jaw to relax them when I sleep so I am less likely to grind my teeth. We decided, for the first time to start off with 60 total. Harzin explained that I will notice a full difference within about a month so I cannot wait to see what it will do, even slightly. I am definitely going back to her with no regrets. Loved the salon and her!!! Monaco is the place to be. ????

I had my appointment this past weekend at the Burlington location with Nurse Harzin and she was phenomenal. She was honest, friendly, kind and overall just wonderful to have! I've been getting my lips done for years and this was by far my favourite way i've had them. Harzin did a technique that had me obsessed with my lips. I also asked for her opinion on some things that I wanted and she talked me through each option and made me feel comfortable with my decision. I have never been happier with my experience with Thao at Monaco , she is incredibly well educated and had the answers to all my questions. She was soothing encouraging when she could tell I was becoming nervous as I had heard lip filler hurts a lot and this was my first time, she was so careful and precise. My first experience here and it was ok for the price you are paying. 225$ for a hydrafacial that left my skin feeling refreshed and shiny but honestly could not tell the different of my pore sizes or white and black heads in general. I could still squeeze zits out of my chin, and cheeks and blackheads out of my nose. For such an expensive service, it was pretty disappointing. I would possibly return to give a different service a try but would never get a hydrafacial again. The nurse was super friendly.

I went into Monaco today to get Botox from nurse Harzin. As a man I don’t usually get a lot of cosmetics done but I have to say, it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have ever had. I would definitely be back to get more now that I’ve found my new place. The clinic is clean and inviting. The whole procedure lasted about an hour. It was calming and delightful. She went over every component with me in great detail (which I appreciate). I’ve had Botox before and it’s always been anxiety-filled and painful, but I can’t say that about Nurse Harzin. UPDATE: Regrettably, 2 weeks after my appointment, my left eyelid collapsed and was left with a lazy eye for 2+ months. I was given 33 THIRTY THREE units in my forehead!! After doing my research (which I should have done BEFORE my appt), that is absolutely WAY too many units for anyone, let alone for your first experience. Looking back on my experience, it was rather rushed and I was in and out of the clinic within 7 minutes. Unfortunately, as a newbie, I didn’t have anything to compare my first experience to, hence the previous 5 star rating. When contacting Thao to advise what happened, there was ZERO effort for a follow up appointment and she told me to use an electric toothbrush over my eyebrow and it should do the trick. Of course this did not work and I contact her again to request a refund for the failed, botched Botox job. The Manager, Jenn did reach out to me to discuss my experience and offered to correct my lazy eye with more Botox. I was absolutely traumatized and wasn’t interested in MORE botox. Jenn offered a follow up appointment, where she was indeed professional and offered complimentary facial. To be frank, I was insulted that compensation was not offered but agreed. Fast forward to my complimentary facial; the lady was very nice but not everyone is okay with being called BABE and LOVE repeatedly. While the facial was nice, it comprised of cleansing with steam, green light, and then moisturizer and SPF application. Very basic and there was no extractions as promised. What really upset me was when I got into the car, I looked in the mirror and my entire face had gobs of cream everywhere, including my hair. Clearly the products that were used do not work well together or more time in between layering the products. Whatever it is, a client should not leave with goop all over there face after a facial. Extremely disappointed client. ********************** FIRST REVIEW: This was my first injectable experience and Monaco did not disappoint! Thao was very professional and thorough, making this newbie feel extremely comfortable!

Although the nurses are new to Monaco they are very professional and knowledgable. The way Jen spoke to them teaching them every step and quizzing their knowledge was so nice to see. Jen genuinely cares about the work she is doing and cares about the client. When Megan and Miley injected me I was comfortable and really trusted their work. My main concern was colour-I was concerned they would be too dark as I’m quite pale. Allie explained the colour process and compared it with others; showing me before and after pictures to help me understand. Pain-wise it was barely a tickle! The procedure was quick, pain-free and very decently priced. Monaco also allows you to pay in two instalments. I not only 100% recommend Allie for eyebrows, I INSIST! My eyebrows look super natural and have far exceeded my expectations. I can’t stop admiring them! I promise you will not regret it. You will absolutely love Allie as a person and an eyebrow expert! This is my second visit MONACO spa in Burlington location and both times I met with nurse Thao. She is very kind and gentle. She is always a pleasure to talk to and very knowledgeable in her work. I have been seeing Naomi at the Burlington location for about four or five years now. I can not thank her enough for making me feel like a star when ever I walk out the door. It was my first time at Monaco for my first ever procedure. I was super nervous going in because I was worried that all of my flaws would be pointed out and that I might be pressured into treatments. But I could not have been more wrong. Right from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Kim who was so sweet and kind. Next, I met Nurse Naomi who assured me that I was in charge and we would go really slowly with anything that I wanted to have done. She was really clear and precise with her explanations of the procedures and the science behind them. She never tried to pressure me into anything which made me feel so at ease. I have already booked my next appointment and am so happy with my current results. Monaco is a great place to go if you are thinking of having anything done, or you just want a consultation. I saw Harzin for lip fillers and I absolutely adore her. I was super nervous because I’ve never gotten any type of injection/fillers before and she made me super comfortable. I went in not knowing if I wanted to do a half syringe or full, and wanting to do it the most natural way possible. What I loved is that she didn’t try to push for me to do the most expensive thing. She recommended for me to do a half syringe, take it slow and if I wanted to add more in a few weeks I could absolutely do so. Would 100% recommend Monaco for anyone and everyone.

This place deserves more then 5 stars. Went there to get my lips done with Naomi and she was amazing!! Super friendly girl with a great personality and really made me feel at home and very comfortable. She was very informative on the product and gave me exactly what i wanted.
