Let me start off by saying Dr. Carter and his team treated me like family from my first consultation, I always felt welcome and Acknowledged. I had a breast reduction with liposuction last year in August, I waited to do my review because I wanted to allow my body some time to heal and to see the progress as time went on. Dr. Carter did an amazing job and I’m happy that I made this decision for myself. Within a few weeks I was feeling great! As a heel I see the scars fading and I have plenty of energy! My clothes fit me better and I have way more range of movement, and my back and neck pain is gone! If this is something you’re thinking about go in for a consultation, I wish I didn’t wait as long as I did. I just want to say to Dr. Carter and his team, thank you so much! You guys are so lovely and I wish you all the best in this new year.

I have only good things to say about Dr. Carter! He's a professional, a gentleman, and an artist who takes pride in his work. Dr. Carter changed my life with a breast reduction surgery 7 months ago, and I'm so happy with the results. I went from a painful G-cup to a comfortable and manageable DD, and with no complications or problems healing. Chantelle was wonderful through the whole process as well. She was always there to answer questions and make sure I had everything I needed. Her patience with my requests and phone calls was so much appreciated. I'm so happy I was referred to Dr. Carter, and I'm so grateful for the ways my surgery has improved my life already. I have recommended Dr. Carter to friends, and will continue to do so.

He did my carpal tunnel surgery. It seems to me he just wants to 'cut'. I knew as soon as I saw the incision that it wasnt going to be a neat tidy line scar. It looked like a bad caterpillar .It's like I have a chunk out of my palm, glad it wasnt my face! Not once did he say anything about complicatis other than related to the incision. Now I have trigger finger. I will not go back to this hack!

Dr. Carter and his staff are beyond amazing. I had an OHIP covered Breast reduction (without liposuction) in November 2020 at Joseph Brant Hospital. The results have exceeded my expectations and am so happy. Dr. Carter is very knowledgable, skilled and listens to all concerns and answers all questions you have. He even reached out after hours from his personal phone to address my concerns I had addressed to the receptionist in the hours leading up to my surgery which put my mind at ease. I was very impressed with the speed of getting an appointment as well as getting a surgery date. Dr. Carter is very friendly and competent. I had carpal tunnel surgery and it was done with a minimum of fuss by Dr. Carter at Brant hospital and his stitching was incredible. A few weeks later I hardly have a visible scar. Dr. Carter's office manager Chantel also was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this excellent surgen.

I had a pretty big cyst on my cheek Dr. Carter removed about 1 year ago. The stiches he gave me were terrible though. He ended up folding a piece of skin over the other and left me with a very noticeable bump on my face that looks like a pimple. I can't even grow hair over it to cover it up. I now Knick my scar almost every time I shave. If I had know my face would look like this I would never have gone to see him.

He and his staff (especially Chantel his receptionist) have been extremely accommodating and they have returned my calls very quickly which I appreciate.

Worst experience ever I brought a developmentally disabled Adult in for a broken hand hardly looked at him like he was uncomfortable took cast off said he is fine sent us on his way maybe spent 2 min with this gentleman I was disgusted by Dr behavior.

I had the pleasure of having Dr Carter operate on my carpul tunnel. He and his attendants made me feel relaxed and secure with the operation. I had no after op issues at all. Dr Carter answered all my questions and was very patient. I still have one more carpul to do. I know going in I will have no conerns. Also, his receptionist Nancy is a pleasure to deal with. My rating was well deserved.

He was right on time with both appointments I've had with him, and his office staff were extremely timely in all of their follow up with me regarding scheduling. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, and the incision healed extremely fast (I'm assuming that his work had some influence on that). Highly recommend his services.

Excellent experience with Dr. Carter. He removed a ganglion cyst from my left ring finger and did an amazing job. He was through, explained what to expect and provided clear post-op instructions. I have full use of the finger now, the feeling is fully restored and the minimal scar is unnoticeable. Thank you.

On July 29, 2020 I had a hand surgery performed by Dr. Paul Carter. It was a very serious surgery; I had a thumb CMC arthroplasty on my left hand (a small bone was removed, plus ligaments were repositioned). Before the surgery, Dr. Carter explained the prognosis and expectations for recovery after surgery. On the day of the surgery, during the preparation for the procedure, I appreciated that Dr. Carter showed compassion during our conversation and treated me as an individual, not a number. After my release from the hospital, I was in a lot of pain for two days and then less severe pain for two more days, but luckily after four days, I did not have to take medication for pain anymore. This was beyond my expectations. Overall, my recovery is going really well, thanks to the expertise and surgical skill of Dr. Carter. It has been only 6 weeks since my surgery and I can move all my fingers without any pain and perform actions like opening doors, hold a glass and button my clothes with only slight discomfort. The swelling is also minimal. I am extremely pleased and happy with my recovery, as it is progressing much better than I expected. My other hand hurts almost as much (even without the surgery, due to arthritis). I will definitely come back to have the surgery done on my right hand with Dr. Paul Carter.
