I have gone to Dr Hynes for a breast augmentation, Botox and fillers. He is an incredibly skilled surgeon. I am so happy with the work I have had done by his office. His bedside manner is amazing, you feel totally comfortable with Dr Hynes. His staff s fantastic and have always gone out of their ways to try and answer any questions I’ve had. I would 100% recommend Dr Hynes

Had my surgery done years ago. It went well. Now having some issues. Can't get a hold of the doctor the receptionist was so rude cold and to talk to then and now. Cuts you off, can't help you with anything. I'm so frustrated with this place. All I need is my appointment so i can go on with my life. I'm stuck talking to a cold rude disturbing receptionist who honestly is being paid to do nothing. She can't even answer a question. You get her on the phone and no answers no dr and no appointment. Why do you have to be so rude? What's wrong with you!...

Broke my hand, cant do my job at all because it healed broken and he tells me to learn to live with it. I cant hold a pen to even sign my name. Its constant pain. I'm sure if I was going to.him for a breast augmentation he would have no issues doing that surgery. I will be seeking a lawyer since no follow up xray was done after I initially broke it. Had an xray been done he would have seen it was still broken and could have fixed it before it healed that way.

Dr. Hynes and his injectionist Farah were both amazing. The secretary is really great too. I got an appointment in under a week and when I got there was seen almost immediately, which is NOT common for a lot of clinics! Will definitely be coming back!

Receptionist is the most ignorant human I have ever had to communicate with in my life I had a consultation for a cyst to be removed from my neck from my family doctor and I asked if that information would be good enough as opposed to paying for another consultation considering the cyst removal is 600$ and she said well then let him do it and hung up on me this woman is going to cost this business a ton of lost income due to poor customer service abilities

Dr. Hynes performed a tummy tuck on me and did a fantastic job. He's very professional and sensitive. Very interesting all the 1 stars gave no comments and the names seem similar in ethnicity. I smell a set up. Focus on the positive comments. If someone has a 1 or 2 star rating but can't substantiate it, it's worthless.

Whole experience was smooth, from initial consultation to actual surgery date. All the staff were great and made you feel comfortable. Karen at reception was super helpful. Nurses were great during procedure and post op. Dr Hynes made me feel comfortable with options and gave good information.I Would recommend office.. Thank you for a great experience.

Had the worst skin peel experienced today. Been having my skin peel done in this clinic for many , many years( with Paula and Coleen). But today was absolutely the worst. When the chemical was applied on my face , I felt my face burning/tingling which is normal. However, when I asked for the (cold) blower that the previous aesthetician used during the procedure , I was informed that she (person doing my peel) doesn't know how to operate it. So instead of the chemical peel sitting on my face for at least 45 minutes, she had to wiped it off in less than 5 minutes because my face was as per her own word " frost" and I can feel it burning and can no longer tolerate it as there was no (cold) blower. So the supposed to be 45 minutes peel turned into less than 10 minutes and I was charged $169.00!!! So disappointed and upset . I will never ever go back to have my skin peel in this clinic again. Need to find a new clinic.
