All their reviews are just robots or their staff probably, and if you try to see if its a scam or reviews or anything about it anywhere else or about their products; its all made for you to follow a path into thinking its legit, and a good product to get tooooonssss of ur $ from wayyyy over priced treatment and products. They cant even let you go in unless ur picking up $200 worth if products

I began coming to Dermetics years ago when I developed melasma. I realized right away that the staff were not only professional but sensitive. There were no intrusive procedures or unnecessary expenses. They solved my problem and after that I simply continued to visit on an as-need basis. The location is central easy to find, and their offices are very clean and modern. Dr. Rosen in particular is really great. I would recommend Dermetics over any other Dermatology office. This is not basement Botox! It is a bit pricey but here you truly get what you pay for. I would never want to use a coupon and roll the dice with my skin. Update July 2020: We are now living in the new world of Covid-19 and my most recent visit to Dermetics proved once again how impressive and professional this team is. Every precaution is taken and as stressful as that can be, their staff are always kind and welcoming. I felt safe and respected. Thank guys!

My mother has been going to Dr. Muhn for treatment for decades after a life of sun worshiping without sunscreen. I've been accompanying her for years now as it has become harder for her to get there on her own. She's 96. She receives excellent care - always - but what is so heart warming to watch is the respectful and compassionate ways in which Dr. Muhn treats her. At a time when many of the elderly feel invisible my mother is treated like a queen by Dr. Muhn and all the staff at Dermetics. I use Dermetics skin products religiously, too, and have always found the staff knowledgeable and delightful. My skin has never looked better. I would recommend Dermetics to anyone - at any age!

Unfortunately not a great experience. My 13 year old was in to have a mole removed from his neck. The removal went fine and Dr. Muhn made my son feel comfortable. While we were there I spoke to the nurse to see if she would have Dr. Muhn just take a look at a mole on his head. I was told that I need a referral and had to see my family doctor first. It would have taken all of 60 seconds to have a quick look at this mole and we were there anyways. I asked again if she would have Dr. Muhn look at the mole and was going to see our family doctor the following week but wanted to put my mind at ease, was brushed off again. Dr. Muhn did not look at the other mole. In the end the removal went well but felt it was all about being able to charge for a second visit. We will ask to be referred somewhere else next time. Update: Received a call to schedule an appointment to look at the mole. Thanks for the follow up

Dr. Nathan Rosen goes above and beyond. After my first botox injection, I was completely fine and loved the results, so I tried to cancel the follow up appointment (no charge for follow up) as I didn't feel I needed it. The clinic insisted I come for a follow up as Dr. Rosen wants to personally check the results of all his work. It wasn't enough that I felt everything was perfect, Dr. Rosen wanted to make sure everything was perfect. These doctors have a high degree of mastery and care deeply about results.

Very disappointed with Dermetics. After seeing Dr. Rosen on and off for years when my family doctor informed me a referral was warranted for ongoing skin issues I asked to go and see Dr. Rosen for follow up. Because it had been more than a year I required a new referral. When I was asked to confirm that I would wait 1 year to see him although it seemed a long time for an established patient I agreed. 10 months in and I am informed the referral wasn't confirmed, it will be another 1 year wait and that I won't be able to see Dr. Rosen as it is a non cancerous medical issue! He was my dermatologist for years!!!! The receptionist was frustrating to say the least. Highly recommend against this office based on their patient service alone! Really too bad as I truly think that the medical care that I received from Dr. Rosen was above the bar, hence the reason I was willing to wait to check in with him again.
