I absolutely loved this place! I had to have one of my wisdom teeth removed and I was extremely scared. The staff were amazing talking me down and explaining everything to me. Doctor Cuddy was so professional. He explained the whole procedure to me and even gave me a few options to choose from. The appointment was booked for the very next day and it took him literally 10 seconds to remove it. Amazing!! My son suffers from anxiety and the staff there were amazing while they handled his apprehension before the surgery. My wife, Bonnie, posted a review about the amazing care my son received at the Burlington Credit Valley Oral Surgery Clinic a few weeks ago. The nurses and dentist were outstanding. Unfortunately the follow up with billing has not been so positive. We have called several times to discuss the bill. Each time we were greeted by a very friendly receptionist on the phone. Every time we were assured that someone from billing or human resources would return our phone call. It has been 3 weeks and we still have not received a phone call. Disappointing for sure!!! I have a younger son that will likely require the same procedure next year. We will have to consider alternate options.

Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. My 12-year-old son was very nervous, but the procedure was short and went well. During recovery, he was ok, but I became queazy and almost fainted! The office staff immediately came to my rescue, insisting that I lie down on the waiting room chairs. They gave me ice packs, juice, took care of my son and even brought me lunch from Tim's!! During my recovery, the doctor checked to see how we were doing. I'm so thankful for the help that was so generously given to us. Thank-you ladies ❤️

My 79-year-old father was very nervous to get implants at his age but we knew he needed help with his teeth. Dr. Leung sat down with us and carefully went over the pros and cons of different options. We proceeded with successfully getting him new implants that do an excellent job supporting a new denture. After years of not being able to bite into harder foods our father is now able to eat almost anything he wants with no pain and with full confidence. To say we're all happy is an understatement. Thanks for the great work Dr. Leung, it's very much appreciated.

My relative went here and wanted to share her experience anonymously. “The dental surgeons are great people, very professional, especially doctor Kodsi and Cuddy. The front reception are wonderful too, and the young nurses were kind, BUT the older female nurse (I forget her name) was very rude before my second operation on a wisdom tooth infection in late 2018. She couldn’t properly get the needle into my vein to administer the IV, and she made fun of my arms saying they were “so small and that you need to pump them more!” and she was very rude about that, probably jealous that I was a young fit girl but my arms were not muscular enough for her standards. Weird comment to make from a nurse, but she looks to be in her late fifties to early sixties, has short hair, glasses, and was condescending when commenting on my “small, delicate” arms. Is that really acceptable for a nurse of her age to be saying to someone in their early 20s who is about to be sedated? I wanted to complain about her earlier but I was reminded of the awful scenario upon finding an appointment card in my desk. Now this is my complaint. I have no complaints about any of the young nurses, ONLY the old one, and I wish I had her name. She is known to be sassy and inappropriate with her comments at times as she did the same thing to my younger brother saying he was “not a doctor yet young man, so you can’t get too confident” in response to him just making light hearted conversation about what he’s studying in university! What kind of a person says that? First she was sassy to me on my surgery days (wisdom tooth complication), and if she didn’t have the needle in my arm, I would have shouted something really bold back to her rude self! My arms are normal for a 5’4” 115lb woman, I guess she can’t say the same because she has to bring others down to feel better about herself. Get rid of her.” again, not my words, she just wanted to post anonymously as possible so asked me.

My overall experience was good. I went to both the Burlington Office and Mississauga. The reception at both location were friendly. After my procedure in Burlington my mother was given a hard time by front desk in regards to a change in my procedure ( reduction in billing) and cash payment despite being advised prior to my appointment that the only form of payment not accepted was cheque. The main receptionist then reminder her colleague that this form of payment was accepted. I did experience what appeared to be dry socket but was given timely aftercare at both locations. On September 23rd had seven upper teeth surgically removed by Dr. Listrom. After 20 hours had little to no pain & virtually no swelling or bruising. Quite honestly I attribute all this to the wonderful surgical skills of Dr. Listrom. Oral Surgery is stressful but if it needs to be done, I highly recommend CVOS.

What an amazing experience my daughter had with Dr.Leung and the staff at Credit Valley Oral Surgeons in regards to her wisdom teeth removal surgery. Not only was Dr. Leung and his staff professional but also understanding when it came to my daughters dental fear and helping her deal with that fear by talking to her and assuring her she would be ok. Appreciating everyone recovers differently, but she had no bruising, minimal swelling and very little pain. I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Kanan Dave who is an amazing specialist. She explained the treatment in detail to me and performed the biopsy. I had no pain during or after the procedure. I highly recommend this practice. Only downside to the whole experience was parking in the location. But overall a great experience.

I consulted a few other dentists before deciding on Dr. Listrom for my implantation. This was my first implantation, so I was quite concerned with finding a trustworthy surgeon. Dr.Listrom was very patient in explaining to me about the procedure. He also did not propose aggressive procedures like one of the dentists I saw. The operation itself went well. I originally thought my extraction and implantation would take place separately, but he was able to do both in one operation, which I feel grateful for. It has only been a few weeks since the operation. So far so good. Hope all continue to be well.

I had a cracked back molar that needed to be removed and my dentist referred me to CVOS here in Burlington. They were very prompt in reaching out to me and an appointment was set up within a week. The staff and Dr. Ho were extremely professional and friendly when I came in for the extraction. Dr. Ho explained everything that would happen, made sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions. Once the local anesthetic kicked in, the actual extraction was extremely quick and painless - all I heard was a small "crack" and we were done! What also impressed me was the followup to ensure I was doing fine - they called both the next day and 2 weeks after. They certainly care about their patients!

I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed at the same time. Needless to say I was very anxious about the procedure, specifically being put under and recovery. I cannot say enough great things about the care I received at CVOS. I had the procedure done by Dr. Kodsi. He answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. He was very kind and understanding and made sure I felt comfortable before starting the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Kodsi and could not have asked for better- he was awesome! The procedure went very smoothly and I recovered quickly! The doctors and nurses are amazing, welcoming and well informed while keeping patients comfortable. They’ve handled the pandemic extremely well. However, getting in contact with CVOS is incredibly challenging. The first time I needed to contact them post-op it took me three days of playing phone tag to get in touch with a doctor and receive my antibiotics, and recently I scheduled a check up where I had to wait two days to connect with someone, as the extension they provide when they are unable to reach you seems to never be monitored by a receptionist or nurse. When dealing with CVOS employees I have only had positive experiences, but the difficulty reaching them is incredibly frustrating.

I am so thrilled to be a patient of Dr. Leung. I had invasive jaw surgery 15+ years ago, and hadn't seen the oral surgeon since. When I felt a lump in my gum area, and made an appointment with Dr. Leung, he was so proactive with my care. A cyst was removed a short time later (a result of the previous jaw surgery) and he checked in many times to make sure my healing was progressing well. My cyst grew back a year later, and again, he was so quick to have me in for removal. I have never experienced such wonderful care by a medical professional. A true gem! Thank you, Dr. Leung!
