Dr. Assad and his team are very polite, professional and detail oriented. Most importantly Dr. Assad's work is amazing!!! I am more than pleased with the results of my 2 procedures. He was clear to outline exactly how everything would go, and made sure to follow up with me every step of the way. The whole team was very helpful and accommodating. They were very approachable and always available for any questions or concerns I may have had. The Milton Hospital and team of staff that work along side him are also very friendly and made me feel safe and calm. I would strongly recommend Dr. Assad. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr.Assad and Andrea, together they make a fantastic team. It really does take a lot of trust to put your body in the hands of someone else and hope and pray they don't "mess it up" and it can be scary to do that. I had contacted their office initially for more information on breast reduction surgery for my chronic back pain that has really been affecting my life and career to the point I almost had to give up floor nursing. Andrea was so responsive, I was shocked but they had a surgery date available only a few weeks later (a lot of the other surgeons I'd been in contact with closer to me previously had several years long wait lists). He also had great bedside manner which is always a great bonus. The entire pre and post op experience they were so supportive and responsive. The surgery itself he did a fantastic job and is very skilled. I'd been in a breast reduction facebook group for a few years where women constantly posted photos of their results, so I felt like after seeing SO many I had a higher "standard" and knew exactly how I wanted it to look and he truly did such a fantastic job, there's nothing I would change. It truly is a "weight off the chest", I am so much more comfortable now. I am so thankful and happy, like many others have said in regards to their reduction, my only regret was not doing it sooner!

I felt very confident in him and was ready right away to schedule the surgery and start my journey. As a nurse, I have been involved with and witnessed many surgeries throughout my career. As a patient, I have also had many due to a complicated illness. I came to Dr Assad to help get rid of old scars that has dramatically altered the appearance of my abdomen. Dr Assad not only removed the scars but he also gave me back my confidence to feel good about my body image and finally wear a bikini ! I can't thank him enough, because there is nothing better than feeling awesome when you look in the mirror ☺️

This Dr. was a champ for my daughter!. We tried using a physician from St. Joes who was not able to remove a mole before my daughter left for school! We waited 7 months to see her then an hour in a half on appt. day, paid 85 dollars for the consult to be told NO that she could not remove the mole before my daughter left for school. In addition, the procedure would have cost us 600 dollars!! We then called Dr. Assad and told receptionist our situation because my daughter was so upset and disappointed and she was wonderful and accommodated us for both for the consult appt.(free by the way) and again for the actual procedure appointment. Dr. Assad explained everything to my daughter and suggested a less intrusive procedure to remove her facial mole and saw her in a few weeks. He was so professional and is truly gifted and the fee was less than half of what I would have paid the physician from St. Joe's! The office is beautiful and warm and the receptionist was professional and so kind. I would recommend this DR. FOR ANY cosmetic PROCEDURE. He is truly talented in his area!

We were referred to Dr Assad by the LTC home my parents are in. My mother had an abnormal growth on the side of her face that grew very rapidly. During the COVID pandemic, it was very difficult to get an appt, see a doctor or even get an in hospital procedure appt. a couple of Doctors looked at the growth and said it was too large for them to deal with and said it required more specialized care. Dr Assad took a look at the growth and very quickly diagnosed it as a squamous cell carcinoma that was growing rapidly and quickly made arrangements to see Mom in hospital to have it removed. As a dimentia patient my mom was unable to speak for herself which created another set of concerns. I was encouraged to be present during the hospital visit and communication was directed at me. I can’t say enough about the care and compassion that Dr. Assad and all the OR team at Milton District hospital showed my mother. The care which the doctor used to remove the large growth and to avoid disfiguring my mother was evident and appreciated. We received excellent followup days later to ensure she was healing without any concerns as well as a call to discuss the results of the biopsy. All in all an extremely positive experience during a time when it is difficult to handle both procedures and visits. Dr Assad is someone who I would not hesitate to refer anyone to for care.

Had an appointment with Dr. Assad recently. Long story short he started some work on my leg. Said it’s going to take A few weeks and then I’m to come back. Hands me his card and said wait a week call and make an appointment for another week. Well after numerous attempts to get in touch with the office. I finally get through to his assistant. She then proceeds to tell me there was a appointment booked that I missed and now I have ‘missed my window of opportunity and there’s nothing she can do’..:If there was an appointment already why not just tell me to be here on this date and time. So I’m like ok whatever mistakes happen. So what’s the next step what should I do?... she ‘didn’t know’ told me maybe I should go to a walk in and ask. Very unprofessional and very very upset.
