So pleased with my results after visiting Yes Medspa for the past few months. I went to see Brittani for the first time at the end of May, as I had recently come off my birth control pill after having been taking it for nearly 10 years - so my skin was extremely irritable, inflamed, and broken out. On top of that, I also became pregnant within weeks of stopping my pill, causing an even crazier hormone imbalance and absolutely terrible skin conditions for me. Brittani was so accommodating and made sure that she was giving me products that would be safe for me to take, being that many of the effective acne-fighting ingredients like salicylic acid and retinols are not safe during pregnancy. She created a custom skin care routine for me that fit my situation, and followed up with me every 4-6 weeks to make sure I was happy with the progress. I have only been on this routine for about 4 months now, and I am so incredibly happy with the results. My inflammation has completely gone away, redness has gone down significantly, and active/fresh breakouts are very scarce. I highly recommend Brittani/Yes Medspa for anyone wanting to feel more confident in their skin!! *Update* More photos taken in mid-December (pictures 3-5), about 7 months after my initial visit. Still loving the results, my skin gets better every week even with all of the pregnancy hormones!

I had 2 rounds of very expensive sculpture treatment done on my thighs. I do not recommend this treatment at all- not only has it made no difference at all, but it appears it has made them even worse. Very unhappy with this procedure and the high cost for zero results. The staff at Med Spa are lovely but this treatment has left me very disappointed. Do not recommend.

The one star is only for the fact that the staff is so nice. Beautiful office as well. Had sculpture treatment done. Was very disappointed. Cost was $4000 and is a full scam. Offices shouldn’t be allowed to provide treatment that doesn’t give results.

When I initially phoned Yes Medspa, I was helped immediately, asked questions about my goals and concerns and had all of my own questions answered by the end of call and I hung up with an appointment booked and feeling excited! From there the entire process was extremely thorough, not a single detail overlooked. Friendly and supportive, the nurses were amazing. **Male Gynomastia ** Thank you Dr Mosher, Gayle and Staff. My story.. as a heavy teenage male who lost a of weight 180 pounds + over a 2 year period 17 years ago I had significant loose skin on my body from the rapid weight loss. I had an Abdominalplasty years ago with good results from another surgeon that retired 7 years ago. Being in my early 20's at the time I had other problem areas such as my chest I needed correcting as well but could not afford at the time. Satisfied with the abdominalplasty I continued on 17 years later until now still with my male Gyno never corrected. I have kept up my activity and kept the weight off and a year ago I joined a gym to try to tone up. Mainly focused on my chest I wanted to fix and improve the saggy skin I had. Looking online on and off I saw many males in similar situations that had the male Gyno. Comparing myself to them, mine looked more on the ** moderate to severe end as the skin was sagging and hanging down. I saw some cases with a moderate to severe case like mine and all of them usually had large scars to correct which I didn't want. Finally a year into the gym and not seeing the results that I knew were there due to the skin, I had a few long talks with my personal trainer and he said unless I wanted to really bulk up my chest beyond the moon which is not what I wanted to proceed and get the surgery done, he had a few clients have it done and were pleased. Another surgeon I saw in the past before my addominalplasty as we needed a second opinion prior and my original surgeon retired... so I needed someone new. My first thought was to see the second surgeon who had some history with me and my case from years ago so I made an appointment paid the consult fee and went in. I left feeling disappointed as my concerns were not heard and left without an action plan that i felt confident with. Continuing my search I googled male gynomastia and Dr Mosher Yes Med Spa came up and it is local to me in Langley. I read some reviews, and saw some photos and decided to make the call. I went in for a consult and saw the Nurse and Dr. Mosher. I shared my story and concerns and he had a great action plan for me and heard my concerns about long scars and what my hopes were, and of course not expecting perfection. I left feeling confident and i just knew this was the right place to be. I made the jump and committed to the surgery. I saw Dr. Mosher again in follow up prior to surgery to review the plan, and Gayle who is truly amazing by the way. They both make you feel completely welcome and part of the family. Nicole as well is great and super professional. Surgery date.. one would think or assume going in for surgery is stressful or nerve wracking but i can honestly say i had FUN!. I was so at home, at ease, with a clear plan i remember saying lets rock and roll. I met with the surgical team and Anesthesiologist who by the way is great, amazing and funny. Their facility and Operating room, prep is top notch. Massage chairs, warmers, a pre warmed Operating room table you don't get this type of pampered service at the hospital. It was like being at the spa. Surgical team was amazing and we all had some laughs and they are super fun and professional and caring. I had the best time ever! I write this a week today post OP and this has been the smoothest recovery of any surgery i have ever had. The follow up care, attention to detail for my recovery and health has been their top priority. Someone is always there if needed. I am healing super well, i feel amazing and my results i can see are immediate. I am beyond pleased and look forward to continued results as the weeks of healing continue. No huge scars and firmness i never in my life have had. And no saggy skin anymore!! My chest prior hindered me from going swimming/sun tanning a taking my shirt off in public. Dr. Ashley Tregaskiss removed my breast implants and performed a Mastopexy (lift) on me 4 days ago and I simply cannot say enough good things about my experience. I am so pleased with the result already. Dr. Tregakiss’ work is meticulous. I used him after a friend of mine also had surgery with him at the Yes center with beautiful results. His coordinator/assistant Anna is the sweetest, most down to earth, helpful lady; always quick to answer any questions. The facility is very modern and clean and the whole surgical team seemed extremely well organized and not rushed at all. It was a very relaxing experience getting put under anesthesia and I must say I have never ever had such a smooth wake up from anesthesia either. I typically feel horribly nauseous when I wake up but I mentioned this to the anesthesiologist and he adjusted my “cocktail” accordingly and I felt like I simply woke up from an awesome nap. Dr. Tregaskiss’ sewing skills are also outstanding. I thought he had used medical glue his stitching is so perfect. If I ever have any other cosmetic procedure in the future, there is no doubt that I would go to Dr. Tregaskiss. I highly recommend him. My only recommendation would be for Dr. T. to show off more of his work with more before & after galleries!

The staff and doctor were very polite , professional and friendly. And the clinic is top notch and beautiful. My results however are non existent. I definitely cannot recommend this doctor (Mosher) to perform and liposuction where you actually want to see results ! Not one person could even tell I had a thing done, I’m still a total square and have a back full of rolls... no hour glass shape was remotely created (I’m 5ft 8 160 lbs, not huge to begin with and didn’t have unreal expectations by any means) it was a totally waste of time and money going here , next time I will definitely go elsewhere . It’s been going on two years since my surgery and the results were always next to nothing .

Having been small-breasted all my life, I always dreamed of having a little more, but did not want the obvious 'fake' look. One of my breasts was also noticeably smaller than the other one, which made finding a good-fitting bra very frustrating. During my consultation, I expressed my desire to "go as big as I could go while still looking natural". Being 30 and never having had children, my breast skin was very tight (i.e. would not stretch very much, and there was not a lot to work with). Because I have very little body fat in my torso, highly-cohesive silicone gel implants in a teardrop profile (also known as anatomical shape), implanted sub-pectorally through a crease incision were suggested. I had arrived at the same conclusion through my own independent research, but it was very comforting to have my conclusion corroborated in person by the surgeon. To correct the breast asymmetry, my smaller breast received a 375mL high-profile implant, while the larger breast received a 320mL moderate-profile implant. This 55mL implant size difference has evened out my breasts perfectly; both bra cups fit the same now. I used to wear a 36A/B, and now I wear anywhere from 36C to 36/34D, depending on the brand of bra. I consider my breasts to be an honest C-cup. The scars are just under two inches long, and hidden perfectly in the breast crease. Immediately after surgery, I had hyper-sensitive nipples, but this disappeared completely by the one month post-surgery mark. This was about the time I was able to wear underwire bras with no irritation to either the nipples or the healing incision. My implants are also known as gummy bear implants. While they are firmer than natural breasts, I absolutely LOVE them and haven't looked back! Nobody can tell my breasts are augmented because the final outcome looks so natural and in proportion with my 5’11”, 160lb figure. Three months post-surgery, the implants have settled nicely, my breasts feel great, and I have resumed my moderate workout routine. Dr. Mosher and his staff have a very comprehensive, easy-to-follow pre-op and post-op plan. My surgery was complication-free. Personally I did not require painkillers beyond the day after surgery because I experienced minimal pain during recovery. I only experienced discomfort due to skin stretching, and this was easily resolved with ice-packs, which were only necessary for the first week. Every step of the way, from the initial phone call and assessments, to the surgery day where they wheeled me right to my car, through all the post-op follow-up appointments, the common thread has been professionalism and friendliness on the part of Dr. Mosher and every member of his staff. I am more than satisfied with my new girls and highly recommend anyone contemplating breast augmentation visit Dr. Mosher’s office for an informative consultation.

I had surgery in December 2015, breast augmentation and a lift. I wanted double ds but they had told me that would be too big and wouldn't do it. I ended up getting 415cc in both.. which looking back now a better surgeon would have suggested more in the left side as my right has always been bigger.. which they were aware of. The surgery went well no complications other than a week or so later my mouth was FULL of kanker soars.. maybe just a side effect of medication. Now I'm here a year later and I'm having so much pain in my right breast my implant is noticeably bigger and sits at the side more which everyday I'm bothered by it as it's always touching my arm.. it's very firm too. The left side is noticeably smaller and I can't feel the implant at all.. when I lay on my side I still can't feel it as where I can feel it on my right side all the time. I'm very unhappy and disapointed with the outcome and overall experience if I could go back I would and never have gone here. This is a real review with real struggle.

I can't even begin to tell you how awful my experience was with Dr. Mosher. From the very first meeting he was negative and cold. I honestly believe that Dr. Mosher is in the business of under-delivering on your expectations so that you have to pay to have more surgery. He has zero, I mean ZERO bedside manner. In fact I was treated like a child and talked to without any respect. Which is crazy since I was a paying customer. Did I mention that after my surgery he didn't even come and see how I was doing? He just went home. My initial surgery results were uneven and lopsided and when that was brought to Dr. Moshers attention he was defensive and argumentative. He basically made excuses for why the results were uneven. He then said he could fix the lopsidedness in addition to another area which I felt was not addressed during my first surgery for an additional fee of over $3000.00 Needless to say I made sure that I during my next few visits with my nurse I asked several times about what EXACTLY was being operated on and was assured that the lopsided area and that additional area of my love handles were all included. Needless to say on the day of surgery Dr. Mosher talked to me with such disrespect and basically scolded me as I stood NAKED in front of him, like an adolescent. Saying "WHAT DID YOUR SURGICAL AGREEMENT SAY? WHAT DID YOUR SURGICAL AGREEMENT SAY?" when I asked about why he had not drawn on the lopsided areas. It took everything in me not to cry. He said that he never agreed to fix the lopsided areas. I told him that his nurses and I had gone over the surgical agreement s several time and that they assured me that my inner thighs were included. Needless to say he did not fix that area. I had my revision surgery and still have lopsided legs. As I said he does not care about the quality of his work. He takes ZERO pride and is only concerned with the money he is collecting. He has a lack of passion for his craft and is completely unaware of the term 'bedside manner'. I know now after seeing another surgon that my legs could have been fixed and without any of the side effects Dr. Mosher told me would happen. In fact the new Dr was confused as to why Dr. Mosher would even say that a woman of my age and skin type would experience anything but amazing results. Please DO NOT waste your time on this man. His facilities may be beautiful but I assure you that he is a bully and has zero attention to detail.

I am writing this because I wanted to find a way to truly show my appreciation and thankfulness towards Dr.Mosher and his staff. It has been 2 weeks since my breast augmentation surgery and I littetally think about my whole experience at Yes Med Spa with greatful, heart warming thoughts everyday! From every kind staff member who clearly enjoy working there and with such an intentional effort to making me feel comfortable. Dr. Mosher who took the time to listen to all my "research" from the internet, and he considerately dispelled any misinformation. I never felt that he was ever pushy about my getting surgery done, infact he suggested I really didn't need surgery at all. (Although I still wanted it) I liked the thourough job he did to measure and calculate several options for me to choose from. I even called a few times and emailed questions to the nurses who answered every concern and encouraged me to call anytime. I like that he goes for a conservative sizing range, that also helped gain my trust in him. I am an often anxious shy type, I appreciated that he always sat on a stool at my level and his demenar just made me feel calm. Then on surgery day the nurses were so extreamly easy to talk with making me laugh, gave me a house coat, and I sat and waited in a reclined heated chair, every detail was like being at a luxury spa and not like a cold hospital. Dr. Mosher came and saw me afterwards even though the schedule that day was running late, he was still smiling, calming and going over every detail. You can tell everything is done with precision to run smoothly so that, we the client can have the most pleasurable experience possible. Roses were even sent and arrived the day I went home! Even when I tell my other friends who have had breast augmentation about my experience, every one of them have all said they never had all the extra special care that I had. My recovery is amazingly quick, really 5 days later I was feeling great! I can't believe how small and tucked away the incisions are! I highly recommend him!! And you are truly in great hands, according to his biography found in his blog on the website; he is an expert with over 22 years experience, trained by top surgeons all over the world, and he himself teaches at UBC so that future surgeons can deliver great standards. ** Also, to dispel those negative comments a couple clients had, I did read those prior, but after my experience I wondered if they generally have negative experiences as you know some people can be negative or highly critical and rude. Just my thoughts.

Dr Mosher now has 2 confirmed cases of his patients being diagnosed with breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma. Women are dying. I used to think highly of this place. I had breast augmentation in July of 2011 after having breastfed 5 babies. Dr. Mosher had many occasions to inform me so that I could be aware if any symptoms came up. In July of 2016 I woke up to have a massive swelling in my left breast. I contacted Doctor Mosher's office and when I went in to see him he had informed me that not to worry this happens all the time and it should just go away on its own. Within days I became very sick and he set up a time for me to have a needle guided aspiration of the fluid done by Radiology. I went back to see him and he said that everything looked fine and that he would do an MRI to see what was going on. It was at that time that dr. Mosher brought up that there was a rare lymphoma associated with breast implants but not to worry I did not have it. About a week later I got a call from his office saying that he needed to speak with me. At this point I knew going in there it was not good. That was July 28th 2016 and as I walked into his office there were no other patients and they put me in a room and when dr. Mosher did come in he was in his surgical close so I knew it was bad. At that time he told me that I had been diagnosed with breast implant Associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma. At that moment my whole world came crashing down. That was the day that he told me that he did not know about this apparently rare cancer until 2012 yet in all the visits and I had to him throughout the years I was never once told about this cancer. To this day I am still fighting it and still remain sick and Dr Mosher's office has never called me to see how I was doing or if I was okay. Ladies need to know that if you have any swelling that is an immediate concern and you need to be tested for cd30 immunochemistry to rule out breast implant Associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma. Ladies need to know that this is not normal and there is no breast implant out there that is safe they all eventually fail. The chances of getting breast implant Associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma have gone from when I got dr. Mosher told me the chances were one in five million women to now 1 in 443 women. These numbers will continue to increase and women should be informed of all the risks. Also knowing that breast implants are not lifetime devices they need to be changed or removed at least every 4 years and if you do have them removed the need to remove all of the capsule. Now with only smooth implants being available in Canada. Women also need to be aware that they need to have MRIs at the 2-year Mark of having breast implants and every year after that. A woman with breast implants should never ever have a mammogram as these cause ruptures. Not only that there are thousands and thousands of women that experience complications with breast implants and usually by that time they are so sick that they have trouble trying to get them removed or cannot afford to. These are all things to take into consideration when making the decision of getting breast implants and I would encourage women to do their own research and not just listen to the surgeons as they need to know all the facts. As well I have posted the proper protocols as to women when they are looking to get their breast implants removed. Had I have known about the risks I would have never had implants to begin with. After only five short years my implants managed to give me cancer and to this day I am still sick. It is not worth your life and I encourage women to seek out information and make sure that they are getting the proper information before making this life-changing decision.

Also, his face mask was not being worn properly and he had to pull it up with his hand and then proceeded to touch my face with his bare hand.
