i recently went to rejuvenate spa for botox. I purchased 30 units for my forehead and after about a month I could still move my eyebrows and had wrinkles still above the ends of my eyebrows. I had previously gotten botox done at another spa and purchased less units and did not have this problem. so I sent them an email with my concerns and they booked me in for a follow up. the injector sara was very hostile towards me saying that she told me she didnt want to inject too close to my eyebrows as I could get droopy brow (even though I've had it done before and this never happened, and this conversation just didnt happen) she said she told me to make a follow up appointment two weeks afterwards, which is not true. and she also used all 30 of the units I purchased so I dont understand why she would tell me to come back in two weeks to purchase more. I've had excellent service at monaco spa in Ancaster they used less units in one session and I never had these issues. Sara pretty much called me a liar and I am never going back there again!
