Taylor Frosese is so pleasant and helpful at the front as are the other front girls. Amber is the most amazing injector nurse so friendly and always honest about what looks natural and what doesn't. Was disappointed with service... The doc just mentioned some oral antibiotics/ cream, no name of diffrent antibiotics or facial cream. Or ask which face wash was being used or suggested which should be used with meds being prescribed. In the end doc didnt even say which meds she was going start off patient with...very disappointed ????????‍♀️????

Based on my experience, there seems to be something strange going on here. I was seen by Dr. Sneath, and given a prescription. At a follow up appointment I advised that the prescription seemed to be working, but very slowly. He said that’s fine as long as it’s working. When my prescription ran out, they advised me that all I need to do is inform the Pharmacy that refills my prescription to “Fax them” and they will refill my prescription. Well I called on Tuesday, and after some voice mail tag, finally spoke to the receptionist who said, “It’s just waiting for Dr. Sneath to sign.” Fine, I play the waiting game... Friday, 3 days later, my wife calls the pharmacy, nope, haven’t received it yet. She then pops into their office in the afternoon on her break and asks for an update. The receptionist advised, “He is booked with 60 patients today and he will get to it when he gets to it.” That’s pure ignorance, and horrible customer service. Lucky the receptionist wasn’t wearing a name tag because her name would be in this review right now. While writing this review, I get a voice mail saying my prescription was just faxed to my pharmacy. Quite an ordeal for some cream :P I honestly wonder if this place is about billing and prescriptions. Based on this, and my previous experience, I do not recommend this place. * EDIT * (Events since original review earlier today) I wrote in my review above about how you told me “2 years ago” (which sounds correct) that you told me, to tell the pharmacy, to contact you and you would fax an updated prescription whenever it was required. You failed to address that point in your reply below. You are saying that this could have been renewed with my family doctor? Why didn’t you tell me that before? Despite me considering that option anyway, based on my experience this week, why didn’t you just tell me that on Tuesday when I called originally, or when my wife visited your clinic this afternoon? So my wife stopped at the pharmacy on the way home from work, only to be advised that you had revoked my prescription pending the removal of this Google review. Sorry, the review stays, and I do not tolerate threats.

My first appt at Skin Clinics in Brandon was with Gabriella. I went to her with super oily skin that I couldn't get away from no matter what I tried. She was so nice and sweet! I don't recommend this place if you have psoriasis. Waiting to start medication and not a single soul in there is hearing me. Appointments are too fast for a disease that isn't really understood yet. My biggest problem is with one of the receptionist. She has no desire to help answer questions. And has requested I travel in to ask my one question. "When do I start my new medication? ?" Response. I have been approved, my medication was delivered to your office this week and it's just sitting there. Abbvie Care and bioscript have been 100% informative. It's your receptionist thats giving me a hard time.

I have had a great experience at Skin Clinics. I have been seeing Gabriella for treatment for my rosacea. The initial assessment was free and she explained all of my options. She is very knowledgeable and really supportive. I decided to do the IPL treatment, combined with the capillary treatment. During the treatments Gabriella explains every part of the process as she is doing it so you always know what is going on. The results have been amazing! Even though I am still not quite done my treatments I already see a huge difference. I am more confident and am more comfortable when not wearing makeup. It is not cheap, but worth it as an investment in yourself. This has been a life changer for me!

My mom called in today and cancelled because it is too cold tomorrow to drive 3.5 hours one way. This booking was booked a year later which was THEIR booking for her, not my moms. As she cancelled today bc of the cold weather and driving alone, the receptionist Taylor said this is her one year appointment and they can't accept her anymore bc her one year is up if she cancels for tomorrow. When THEY booked her for the date. Not my mom's booking. My mom asked again and she said, "just this one time" making my mom feel bad. My mom was hurt by how Taylor handled and said to cancel. I called back to address and Taylor wouldn't let me talk and hung up on me! She said she offered an appointment but she didn't. Not until my mom begged then felt bad and cancelled. Very unprofessional. Very uncaring and and I hope in the future the face of the company handles patients better especially when driving in -30 or colder. If they truly cared about there patients, and skin cancer. They wouldn't have handle like they did.

I Recieved a voicemail today that was pretty rude. Out of confusion i returned the call and clearly made a mistake doing so, within a few moments I was being yelled at on the phone about being rude and interrupting the lady on the other end. Fair enough. But the rest of the convo, she proceeded to interput me a few times. The lack of professionalism was unreal throughout this conversation. She wanted to resolve the issue, but how, when I am being blamed for being rude. I responded in the tone of voice she initially gave me... Treat people how you want to be treated. Again, I don't recommend this place.
