This place is a perfect balance of comfort and professionalism. You go there for one issue and Brigitte really goes above and beyond. She knows her stuff. In my opinion, one cannot find a better place than Elite Cosmetic Institute over here. The best part is that you don’t just have your issues fixed but you also get to learn a lot as well. I am currently having my acne and acne scars treated here, and after just two visits my acne has visibly gotten better. I can't wait to get rid of them!

I went in to get my skin tag removed and also fix my skin discoloration. She removed my skin tag without scarring and I notice a huge difference in my skin discoloration after one treatment. I went to Brigitte for a full permanent make-up package (eyebrows, eyeliner &lip liner) 2 weeks ago. She did a fabulous job! She took the utmost care to get the perfect shape and color to compliment my face with the eyebrows. The work she did on my lips with the liner was phenomenal. She corrected my lips giving them a shape and evened out the upper lip to create a more natural lip. She is amazing at what she does & her passion and knowledge for this industry is incomparable.

I recently took an Advanced Volume Eyelash extension course, Micro-pigmentation and Microblading course with Brigitte. This learning experience with Brigitte surpassed my expectations and SOOO much more. She has definitely given me everything that I need in order to be successful in the industry. Her insight on life and the business aspect of the industry was very powerful and educational. You’re success and confidence speaks for itself. Clearly you KNOW what you’re talking about and you lead by example given that your standards are so high. Wouldn’t you want to learn from someone who’s been in the industry for quite some time that knows what’s best for you?? Well Brigitte is everything and MORE that you can ask for in a teacher. Not only is she an amazing teacher, she will be there for you every step of the way once the course is over. The theory and practical part of this course made me confident as Brigitte guided me every step of the way and showed me techniques that are hard to come across in other trainings. It's hard to come by good teachers these days, but she is DEFINETLY one of them. Her kind heart and AMAZING personality will never be forgotten, she goes above and beyond for her students. I am so happy I came to the ESI show in Toronto this year and had the pleasure of meeting you. Which instantly I knew you were the one I wanted to learn from. Called Thursday to inquire about a procedure I wanted done and Bridget walked me through everything and made me feel comfortable so I booked an appointment and was able to see her the next day .Her place is very warming and clean and has a beautiful lounge area . I found The Elite cosmetic institute online and immediately booked an appointment after talking with Brigitte. She was so nice and helpful over the phone that I had to go visit her place so I booked an appointment. I went to this location today to get a microdermabrasion done on my face. Brigitte is by far one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was very thorough and explained everything before the procedure. She also gave me a detox on the house because she noticed something on my skin. I can see the results already and it has only been 2 hours since I got this treatment done. This is one of the most professional places I have ever been to, everything is so clean and lavish inside. She truly provides a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable, all her different licenses were on display but what is most important is how much detail she gives to her work. She is so passionate about what she does, thanks for everything Brigitte.

Love this place. I am a woman of colour who has hyper pigmentation on the face and other skin issues. I have been to several doctors and was always told there was nothing they can do because of my skin colour. I had white spots on my legs, after seeing a couple of dermatologists and be told that there is no treatment, I decided to give micropigmentation a try. I contacted a couple a clinics, sent pictures; however, I received no response. Elite Cosmetic Institute was highly recommend by one of the derma clinics in the KW area. I called Elite right away, Brigitte knew exactly what I was talking about and what I wanted done, she explained the procedure thoroughly and the cause of the white spots. I couldn’t have been more excited to have gotten an appointment with her two days after my call as I have been waiting for years to get the spots camouflaged. When I got to her clinic, she was set up and ready to start working. After putting the numbing cream on my legs, she explained the procedure once again and put my mind at ease. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to ensure perfection even at her cost. She not only worked on the white spots but also on the dark ones. Brigitte is very knowledgeable and has vast experience not only in reconstructive micropigmentation but in other areas. Brigitte is amazing and passionate about her work, she enjoys helping people regain their confidence and self-esteem. She is definitely a God sent. I booked a second appointment for a holistic microdermabrasion treatment to get rid of some pigmentation on my face and the results were immediate. Ppl need to stop writing fake rewiews , I went here 25 Mins ago thinking it’s a business . I wanted smp done as I had an issue at another hair replacement company , I arrived and it’s not a store it’s a store front Knocked on a door , she wouldn’t even open the door , she looks through the blinds and expects me to read her lips , which was impossible as the blinds were in the way . She then opens the window not even a door and says yes , I’m like I spoke to you over the phone yesterday . She’s like it’s by appointment only , she then closes the window and goes away and I hear dogs in the background . Yesterday she’s like she can get smp done in 1 session and it’s a new method and I shouldn’t go anywhere as they will rip me off ( at least the other places give 2/3 sessions ) .. there is no way this place is licensed she is afraid of the city comming up on her , or she has done bad procedures and is afraid off people attacking , there is no other reason she wouldn’t open the door unless she is afraid , this is another shady hair replacement business , on the phone she’s bad mouthing other SMP places , shows she’s desperate for sales , at least open the door if that’s the case . A dog is very unhygienic if there’s micro blading and amp going on as it’s open wounds ..... I only went here because I wanted to know how she rolls on smp and in 1 session , when the others are needles and 3 sessions . Is there any good hairnteplacemet company out there please help

Brigitte is an absolute angel sent from god to help others like myself. I booked an appointment for micropigmentation to cover up my vitiligo spots which Ive had for most of my life. Being told by doctors there is no cure really left me with sorrow and no hope in life. Thanks to Brigitte, she was able to help me to the best of her ablity by doing such a great job and gave me confidence and hope which I aspire. One thing that I love about Brigitte is her passion and will to help people and her enormous amount of knowledge/experience she posseses making me feel very confident and happy in finding someone like her. I have never met anyone who cares more about their customers as she does, no one does it better than her. NOT ONLY did she help me with my vitiligo, she noticed I had other dark spots on my body which I told her they were birthmarks. She looked at me and told me they were not birthmarks and knowing her personality, she decided to help me and finally get rid of those dark spots which Ive had since I was 7 and im 18 right now. Brigitte has helped me in so many ways possible; mentally and physically, I want to say thank you so much for helping me and being that shine of light in my life. No one does it better than you in this industry! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give a 100 stars easily.
