Most amateur experience ever. I called in for PRP - they asked if I wanted to come in for a consultation the 1st time around or just get the procedure done. I told them I wanted to get booked in for the procedure so a date/time was decided. When I showed up for my appointment she was too busy to take me and told me they only do consultations the 1st time. So I re-booked. When I arrived for my PRP the 2nd time around, nor Dr Gupta nor her husband who's also a physician there could even manage to draw my blood for the PRP session. I have fine veins and have had PRP and other bloodwork done before, its never been easy finding a good vein for some reason but I've never come across a physician that wasn't able to draw blood until Dr Gupta. After poking me twice w/ no luck she told me this hasn't happened before and they'd suggest I go back to where I had gotten PRP done previously as she doubts they would have success drawing blood from me. They can't even draw blood !! She also seemed completely nervous and inexperienced as she attempted to do so. Did not feel I was in good hands. Do not recommend.

So I'm going to honest and truthful about this, I read the reviews and decided to call, she gave me an appointment in about 2 weeks, i told her I have a date can you squeeze me in tomorrow, she said ok, there was no wait time, the doctor, herself looks very young nd beautiful, she has good bed manners, explains the process products used and price.i saw the result of the filler right away, as for botox it came into full effect after a week, im really happy with the results, i didn't have any side effects, i will be going bck for another round of fillers in a week.

She explained and spent 30 minutes with me at no charge to explain the procedure. I also visited other cosmetic doctors before visiting her and they hardly spent one minute with me. I've been seeing Dr. Gupta for botox since 2013 and I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Dr. Gupta, her staff and the level of professionalism she brings to the field and to her business! The first time I saw her I had just moved here from California and had been given really awful botox injections from a doctor in the US. I was panicked and reached out to Dr. Gupta on a whim. I'm so glad I did! She took the time to coach me through the injections I had previously received (and taught me about what had gone wrong) and then she carefully and precisely provided new injections which magically fixed the botched job! What I appreciated the most then (and still do) is her candor. She makes sure to set really realistic expectations with each treatment, which I genuinely appreciate and value in my Doctor (or any professional providing a service such as this). She has never rushed me or made me feel undervalued as a client, in fact it's the total opposite! I trust her entirely and will forever enjoy seeing her for my injections and all my beauty needs! Not to mention her space is lovely, inviting and her staff are on it! Such a pleasure going to see Dr. Gupta. I could not recommend her enough!!

Dr. Gupta is very friendly and professional. I don’t think i have met a physician like her. She actually takes the time to listen to your concerns and always gives the best advice. She also has a special interest in cosmetics. I booked a consultation with her to discuss botox/fillers. I had some fine lines on my face that i was insecure about and she was able to advise me with a proper treatment plan. And i ended up getting the treatment done same day as my consultation. Must mention, results are incredible! I will definitely keep up with these treatment plans as i feel and look so much better. Highly recommend Dr. Gupta!

I've gotten both dysport and filler done by Dr. Gupta. She is knowledgeable, honest and truly a magician with her technique! I've also gotten a chemical peel done here as well by their medical aesthetician, Nellie, and Dr. Gupta counselled me beforehand letting me know it was a super gentle peel (meant to be a "lunchtime peel") that may not be aggressive like others. I love the honesty! It was pretty gentle, but I liked the fact that I could go about my day without downtime. Can't wait to come back!
