Above in beyond. Dr Waldman definitely knows what he's doing. With previous bad experience Dr. Waldman give me more than my confidence. He is straight forward, conservative and trust worthy. He gave me the ability to know there's amazing surgeon out there that definitely take pride about everything . Starting with his AMAZING Staff office that provide an unconditional service and support. Kayla that take time to answer questions (even the crazy one ) you may have about the process. The procedure and seeing him excited about performing the surgery its for sure reassuring that you know you will be taking care. Last all the post surgery appointment and getting a clear picture of what you can and cannot do. I strongly suggest that you get a second opinion with Dr Waldman if you have been thinking on getting any type of surgery. Grateful!!

I had a scar revision surgery and I can't thank him and his staff enough. Most people don't even see my scars he is that amazing. I'm so happy I went with Dr. Waldman for my surgery! The experience overall was professional and helpful. Everything was explained thoroughly to me beforehand, I felt very comfortable with the process knowing what was happening all along the way. Instructions and aftercare were explained and sent home with a packet so I could refer back to them. Healing and recovery time was unproblematic, I could call with questions but I had no issues anyway. Great experience and I will be going back to Dr. Waldman for any future procedures!

Called ahead for a consultation for plastic surgery. Informed the receptionist of my higher BMI and if I would qualify. Insisted I would have to come in. Came in on February 3rd. Paid a 100 dollar fee for consult. Doctor told me he couldn't do anything due to my BMI despite him already being informed of this prior. Appointment lasted 10 minutes. Complete waste of time and money.

I have been to two other plastic surgery offices in the past. These offices did a fine job. However, Dr. Waldman's office is easy for me to get to. The staff are professional and discrete. Best of all, Dr. Waldman did an amazing job. I think he really has a gift. I was getting to the point where I didn't want to leave my home because I was feeling embarrassed about how I looked. I found them incredibly rude and very unhelpful. I was meeting with the nurse practicioner and was in the middle of asking a question and she just got up and left the room and brought the doctor in to back up her position because I was questioning what she was saying. I heard them out in the hallway discussing my problem before the doctor came in so there was no real evaluation. It was just back up. I found it embarrassing and not the way I would expect to be treated by a medical professional.

I had a breast augmentation done by Dr.Waldman and am absolutely thrilled with my results. He went over all of my options and took into careful consideration what I was hoping my results would be. He needed to make the incision through a tattoo under my right breast as well and took great care with it- you can absolutely not tell it ever happened! Went in for scabies yesterday and doc heather bigos is amazing and straight forward no beating around the bush just straight “ let’s get you better “ attitude and she follows through . Amazing office and gave me a painless punch biopsy to see other underlying issues since I’m allergic to everything and there could be more to what’s going on than just scabies .amazing doc and office. Everyone I met that works there or talked to on the phone is really nice and that says a lot about a business and how they represent it. Wish the front ladies at my dentist office were this nice lol.Her team is great.i wasn’t rushed and they took the proper time to evaluate me. I’m just really glad I went there instead of another place that had horrible reviews that I was set up for by another doc at my clinic that I canceled . I always look at reviews as I take my health seriously as I’m allergic to everything. Well recommended and glad I went. Comfortability level is a 10! She didn’t make me feel embarrassed or ashamed and not only was I comfortable but the staff are genuine and her and her assistants want to see me get better. . I’m grateful and I will recommend this place to anyone that has similar issues as mine. Next on the list is my painful cysts that will be taken care of.Hard to find good medical nowadays so I feel lucky. I take my reviews very seriously . Thumbs up :)

If you are looking for a place that will be upfront and honest with you and office staff that can properly answer any questions you have, this is NOT the place!! I called the office a month ago and spent a good 15 or so minutes talking to someone in the office about exactly what procedures I was looking to get done. Rather than being honest with me and telling me that its not a procedure the Doctor performs she bated me in to book a consultation and not until after they charged me the consult fee, had me do all the paper work, and had me wait to see the Doctor, did i finally learn from Dr. Waldman that he does not perform the procedure they had me come in for a consult for. I am completely disappointed with the experience I had with this Office and I would definitely NOT recommend to anyone to check them out.

This was the first time that I went for my yearly skin check with Waldman Plastic Surgery and Dermatology, I had Mrs. Heather Bigos . She’s a nurse practitioner, what a wonderful person, very personable, she explained everything. I don’t know how to explain the fact that she was just great. I would recommend her to anybody. Her assistant was also very nice and personable. My whole experience was great. I would recommend the dermatology department In a heartbeat.

Front desk is extremely unprofessional, I was told a free consultation but got a bill, I called and explained that they never told me I had to pay for a consultation or not I was told “free consultation” I spoke with a female at the front over the phone and was expressing my concerns that they never told me and she hung up on me.
